TMZ caught up with her Tuesday night at a Karen Bass election-night event at The Line Hotel in Koreatown -- and check out the video ... 'cause Kym doesn't hold back when we asked about Spencer spending $10M at the height of his fame.

She didn't hesitate before offering her take ... suggesting Spencer's current situation might've looked a whole lot different if he'd made a few different decisions back then.

"Euphoria" star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is defending creator Sam Levinson's controversial ending -- saying Rue's death was ultimately meant as a tribute to the late Angus Cloud.

We caught up with Adewale, who played ruthless drug kingpin Alamo Brown in the final season, and he told us Levinson was using the storyline to shine a light on the harsh realities of addiction.

According to Adewale, Zendaya delivered a powerful performance that reflected what many people and families experience when addiction turns tragic.

Steve Shirilla's contract for his teaching job has not been renewed, TMZ has learned. And Steve tells us he's the one who wanted out.

He told TMZ ... "I wouldn’t resign a contract with them for the simple fact of how they handled this situation… the school and the diocese showed their true colors…"

Steve also says, "I’m done talking about this or anything that’s not about the injustice my daughter has been put through my only focus is her."

The case against Anna Kepner's accused killer is facing new scrutiny ... after newly unsealed court records revealed the suspect's lawyer claims the FBI has no DNA evidence directly tying him to her strangulation.

According to court testimony first highlighted by FOX 35 Orlando, investigators could not say whether any DNA was recovered from injuries on Anna's neck. An FBI agent reportedly said he was unaware of any forensic evidence directly linking Timothy Hudson -- Anna's 16-year-old stepbrother -- to her death.

The issue surfaced during questioning about the government's forensic evidence ... with investigators reportedly acknowledging they could not determine whether the person who allegedly sexually assaulted Anna was also the person who killed her.

Drake Von -- an award-winning gay porn star -- is cooling his heels in a Las Vegas jail cell after getting arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his partner ... TMZ has learned.

Court records, seen by TMZ, show Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday by police and charged with two felonies -- domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force. Von was also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

A rep for the Las Vegas Metro PD tells TMZ ... Von is accused of attempting to strangle his partner at a palatial million-dollar home in Vegas. The rep did not provide additional details.

Stefon Diggs is breaking his silence on that viral spat with Cardi B ... and from his point of view, it wasn't much of a fight at all.

The NFL star wideout was asked about the now-viral video showing him and Cardi in a tense exchange outside a Maryland coffee shop ... and he brushed off the drama, insisting the two are doing just fine.
