Elena shared the quotes on her second Instagram account ... an emotional post from May claims someone let her "destroy" herself to keep "us" alive ... resulting in her feeling an "exhausting hatred." The post goes on, "I never wanted to look at someone I once loved with disgust and resentment."
A lengthy quote she reshared in March says "the war is over" and goes on to talk about being "genuinely happy" someone is out of her life and the free feeling of losing the anxiety that once boiled inside her. The post continues, "Everything feels lighter, like a weight I carried for so long is finally gone."
Karen Derrico of TLC's popular "Doubling Down With the Derricos" was recently arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly making threats and violating a restraining order.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... the reality show's matriarch was popped last Wednesday for felony making threats or conveying false info concerning an act of terrorism, misdemeanor violation of a restraining order, and misdemeanor harassment.

As we have reported, the FBI was in frequent touch with TMZ regarding the first ransom note as well as the emails we received from someone claiming to know the identities of the kidnappers and the location of Nancy's body.
We now have clarity over the sequence of events in the first critical week. Our source -- who is directly involved in the kidnapping investigation -- tells us the reason Savannah Guthrie obliquely pleaded with the kidnappers a week after the kidnapping to return her mother's body -- offering to pay money -- is that the kidnappers appeared to have freaked out that Nancy died shortly after she was kidnapped and seemed to retreat from demanding money. Our source says Savanah offered money to incentivize the kidnappers to lead the family to Nancy.
The details of Olympian Bode Miller's arrest for drugs have been revealed in newly released court docs ... and it looks like psychedelic hallucinogens are involved.
TMZ obtained a copy of the probable cause affidavit, in which the officer claims Bode was caught with a white dispensary bag containing psilocybin mushrooms ... aka magic mushrooms ... when he got busted earlier this month in Idaho.
The docs say Bode had 4.1 grams of shrooms on him and knew his drugs were illegal. The officer says the athlete was placed under arrest following the discovery.
