Former Wisconsin tight end Jack Pugh -- a once highly touted recruit who bravely opened up about his struggles off the field -- has died at 25 years old.

The Badgers announced the news Tuesday, saying Pugh -- who spent three years in the program -- was “a positive light” and someone who truly cared about others … adding teammates and staff deeply loved him.

Pugh arrived in Madison as a four-star prospect in the 2021 class, despite being relatively new to football. The Ohio native didn’t even play the sport until his junior year at Hilliard Bradley High School … but still racked up offers from powerhouse programs like Michigan, Penn State and Michigan State.

But behind the scenes, Pugh was fighting a much tougher battle.

Rude Viral Texas Judge Has New Beef After Refusing Apology Over IT Fiasco

The Texas judge going viral for all the wrong reasons has now demanded that an attorney appear before him in court after the attorney suggested he apologize for being flat-out nasty to an IT worker.

We told you all about it -- Judge Nathan J. Milliron -- who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court -- was rude to an IT tech who dealt with an issue in his courtroom. Instead of thanking him, Milliron demanded he speak to the IT tech's supervisor ... seemingly because he didn't like his comments about the problem.

After the exchange, Attorney James Stafford reached out to Milliron per emails obtained by Houston Public Media. Stafford reportedly wrote ... "I hope you issued him an apology for the way you treated him. I hope you were just having a bad day and this is not your typical judicial temperament. Have a great weekend."

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the "8 Mile" actress was sued by a company named PDS Adjustment for breach of contract in January 2026.

A concert promoter in Bratislava, Slovakia, is suing Hollywood Vampires ... alleging Depp, Alice Cooper and Joe Perry bailed on a July 2023 concert despite being paid around $277K in advance and never returning the money ... according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

But, in new legal docs, Hollywood Vampires is firing back ... claiming the lawsuit should be dismissed due to a lack of personal jurisdiction. In other words, the band says the concert promoter didn't establish that the federal court in Texas had the power to deal with the case.

Dayton James Webber -- the quadruple amputee who is accused of shooting another man to death in his car -- may have done so after an argument over a gun and a fight about a woman ... TMZ has learned.

As you know ... Webber was arrested for the murder of Bradrick Michael Wells last Sunday. Cops say eyewitnesses told them Webber shot Wells in Maryland, then asked them for help pushing his body out of the car. Officers say these eyewitnesses told them they refused, and they got out of Webber's car before he drove off. He was later arrested in Virginia.

According to court docs obtained by ESPN, Webber and Wells got into a "heated argument" about "drugs, guns and a woman" before the shooting.
