A nude painting from Jeffrey Epstein's New York City townhouse popped up on eBay ... and it sounds like the seller wanted big bucks.

The online auction house had a listing up for "Jeffrey Epstein's Desk Art" ... a lewd depiction of a woman that Epstein hung over his desk ... according to the New York Post.

The eBay listing, which has since been scrubbed, sought $25,000.

Apparently, the seller bought the art from a New Jersey auction and tried to flip it. Epstein's estate sold off a lot of his belongings.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey is mourning the loss of a dear friend ... famous fashion designer and celeb stylist Kithe Brewer.

Kithe died this week at 60 and Cynthia tells us she's "heartbroken" over his passing.

Cynthia tells TMZ … "He was more than just an incredible fashion designer, he was family to me, like a brother. He was truly a visionary and so far ahead of his time creatively."

YNW Melly's attorneys are blasting the decision to keep him locked up as he awaits retrial in his double murder case ... and they're citing a recent ruling involving the alleged Trump attempted assassin.

Melly had his bond denied Thursday and his lawyers, Drew Findling and Carey Haughwout, ripped the decision in a statement to TMZ ... "The irony is that in the last few days, the nation saw a United States Magistrate Judge apologize to an individual accused of an attempted assassination of the President for his mere days in solitary confinement and not a word by this Court regarding the three years."

They're referencing Cole Allen ... a judge apologized to him in court for his jail condition.

Miles Bridges was granted a temporary restraining order against his ex, Mychelle Johnson, after claiming she showed up to his NBA game to cause trouble ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a North Carolina judge signed off on Miles’ request to keep Mychelle at least 500 yards from him, his home, and the Charlotte Hornets facilities.

The judge instructed Mychelle not to harass the NBA star or his girlfriend, Shara, and not to cyberstalk Miles.

Khamzat Chimaev and Sean Strickland came face-to-face today for the first time -- just days before they'll meet in a locked cage -- and you could cut the tension with a knife!

"I am a terrorist for him. I'm gonna take off his head. I'm gonna kill him! Allahu Akbar!" Chimaev screamed in response to a fan, who referenced disparaging remarks Strickland previously made about Chimaev.

Paul Marciano is making a major cut from his personal life ... because the co-founder of the fashion brand Guess has filed for legal separation from his wife.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul filed for legal separation on Monday from his wife, Mareva Georges Marciano, after nearly a decade together. He cites the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The docs show the two share one child, 13-year-old Gia ... and Paul is asking for joint legal and physical custody. He's also acknowledging spousal support will be handled under the terms of the couple's prenup ... which they signed back when they tied the knot in November 2016.

Joe's lawyer, Edward Andrew Paltzik, tells TMZ ... Ashlee's mother Yolanda texted Joe asking what happened on April 9 shortly after Ashlee died in Tanzania ... and despite being completely crushed by her death, Joe responded promptly and appropriately.

But according to Joe's side, Yolanda never replied back -- and he says he hasn't heard from the family since.
