Influencer Shamar McCoy and his entourage allegedly beat the crap out of a man inside a Georgia home -- and TMZ has now obtained the alleged victim's dramatic 911 call.

The nearly 3-minute audio clip kicks off with Quentin McDowell calling the 911 operator to report that he was assaulted at a residence in Atlanta.

McDowell tells the operator he heard a knock at the back door and, when he answered it, he saw a bunch of guys standing outside and they all ran up and attacked him.

Social media star Ash Trevino is being ordered to avoid men and women with criminal records now that she's avoided jail time in her welfare fraud case … which is interesting, given authorities claim she had relationships with 50-75 inmates over the past couple of years

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Texas judge who decided Ash will not have to serve jail time imposed certain restrictions on her newfound freedom ... namely, who she associates with.

Prosecutors claimed she had relationships with dozens of inmates from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice over the past several years ... and now the judge looks like they're taking steps to try and change her alleged sexual proclivities.

Jon Cypher -- who famously played Prince Charming opposite Julie Andrews in the original TV production of "Cinderella" -- is dead.

The actor died August 3 at his home in Central Point, Oregon, with his wife of 40 years, Carol Rosin, by his side ... his family announced.

A cause of death was not disclosed.

With credits, she could get out in a little over a year and a half. Mind you, she was looking down the barrel of life in prison, so this is about as good a deal as she could get. Even if there was a hung jury, she'd be locked in a prison cell awaiting retrial, and that could take at least a year.

When she's released, Courtney will have to undergo mental health and substance abuse treatment.
