Former NFL star Marcellus Wiley is no longer facing a criminal charge over an alleged domestic violence incident involving his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors in Orange County, Florida, told the court they would not be pursuing the case.
The filing states prosecutors declined to file charges because "testimonial evidence received is not corroborated by any physical or other evidence and is therefore insufficient to obtain a conviction."
In other words, it sounds like prosecutors didn't feel there was enough evidence for an easy conviction.

Frank Beard -- the longtime drummer of the rock band ZZ Top -- is dealing with serious health issues ... and it's so bad it's affecting their tour ... TMZ has learned.
The health update comes just days after ZZ Top cancelled their August 5 show at the Hollywood Bowl.
Sources tell TMZ ... Frank's health was the reason behind the cancellation.

Tyler faces three sexual exploitation charges -- including allegations involving inducement or enticement, possession with intent and video -- along with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Brad Pitt says his seven-year run of sobriety is over ... he's drinking again, though he insists he's learned he still needs to keep a tight leash on things.
The actor opened up in a wide-ranging interview with Esquire ... saying, "I was sober for seven years. And then I got back off the wagon" -- quickly adding he's drinking "in a more restrained manner."
Brad admitted he got overconfident a couple of times and quickly realized drinking in large quantities still isn't good for him.

The actor died August 3 at his home in Central Point, Oregon, with his wife of 40 years, Carol Rosin, by his side ... his family announced.
A cause of death was not disclosed.

Courtney Clenney Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter ... Release in Less than 2 Years
Courtney Clenney made a wise plea deal Monday ... because she could be a free woman in less than 2 years.
Courtney, who was facing second-degree murder, pled guilty to manslaughter in the 2022 death of her boyfriend Christian Obumseli. Courtney and prosecutors agreed to a sentence of 6 years in prison, but she gets credit for time served, and she's been behind bars 4 years to the day.
With credits, she could get out in a little over a year and a half. Mind you, she was looking down the barrel of life in prison, so this is about as good a deal as she could get. Even if there was a hung jury, she'd be locked in a prison cell awaiting retrial, and that could take at least a year.
When she's released, Courtney will have to undergo mental health and substance abuse treatment.
