RJ Mitte's fiancée is back in public for the first time since he died by suicide earlier this month ... and it looks like she's in the Halloween spirit.

Kennedy Suarez stepped out Wednesday morning in Georgia ... she was on the phone and wearing a graphic shirt with Ghostface -- the villainous murderer from the movie "Scream."

She seemed to be preparing for Halloween festivities, too ... at one point rolling a shopping cart full of food, drinks, and paper towels into a nearby building.

Nicole Virzi, a UC San Diego student who was just weeks away from completing her PhD when she was arrested, just pled guilty to beating a 6-week-old child to death.

The 32-year-old PhD student pled guilty to third-degree criminal homicide for killing Leon Katz back in 2024. The maximum sentence is reportedly 40 years.

Leon's mother, Savannah Roberts, spoke in court after Virzi pled guilty ... saying, "[This has] eradicated my sense of safety across every domain of my life. I will never fully understand the torture and murder that Nicole inflicted on my twins."

Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell is backing up his bandmate Nick Carter in his ongoing legal war with his sexual assault accusers ... TMZ has learned.

Nick filed a ton of evidence in court this week as part of his court battle with accusers Melissa Schuman and Shannon Ruth ... and the docs include a declaration by Brian.

Shannon, who has autism and cerebral palsy, claims Nick assaulted her on a tour bus in 2001 after a Washington concert. She says Nick gave her a drink that she believes was filled with alcohol … and then forced her to perform oral sex. She claims she cried as the alleged assault happened.

We will have to wait until next week for a judge in the United Kingdom to decide if the big-time celebrity fighting to keep his identity under wraps amid disturbing sexual misconduct allegations can be named publicly.

According to The Journal, Justice Matthew Nicklin told London's High Court on Wednesday that he'll do "everything [he] can" to make a decision next week.

Nicklin said ... "The court will have to reserve judgment in this case. I appreciate the urgency."

Jason Galanis pled guilty and was sentenced to serve prison time in connection with a scheme to rip off a Native American tribal entity in which he pocketed more than $8 million for personal use ... according to the Department of Justice.

According to officials, Savannah Chrisley's new fiancé purchased tribal bonds from the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation -- a short-term lender and economic development arm of the Oglala Sioux Tribe in South Dakota.

The DOJ says a manager was supposed to put the Tribal Bond proceeds in investments that would pay off annual annuity payments for interest and provide funds to the WLCC for "tribal economic development purposes."

Paris Jackson is asking the court to drastically cut the compensation paid to the executor of her late father Michael Jackson's estate ... she says he's shown "persistent incompetence" when it comes to filing financial statements on time ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs obtained by TMZ ... Paris asked the Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to slash executor John Branca's compensation from 15% to 10% of the estate's gross entertainment-related income from 2023, 2024, and every year after until a 2026 accounting is filed.

Paris claims that Branca filed late or incomplete financial statements ... and says that while Branca sought the approval of $109,219,648.27 in compensation to co-executors and a law firm, he still failed to complete basic accounting disclosures.

The official also points out that Jason's partners in the fraudulent scheme, which ran from 2014 to 2016, included Hunter Biden and Devon Archer.

Hunter was never charged in the case and was later pardoned by his father, then-President Joe Biden, for his convictions on federal gun charges and guilty pleas to nine tax-related charges.

Professional boxer Edgar Berlanga is in a heap of trouble after cops say he pistol-whipped his baby mama during a heated argument that led to his arrest for aggravated battery ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Berlanga was driving with his baby mama in Polk County, FL on October 18 when the two got into the argument, which authorities say quickly turned violent.

Police say Berlanga started slapping the woman before pulling out a pistol and striking her in the head with it.

"Cheer" star Monica Aldama's son, Austin Aldama, has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography ... TMZ has learned.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... Austin waived his right to trial and entered a guilty plea to one of the 10 counts of possession of child pornography -- a third-degree felony.

While Austin's adjudication is deferred ... he's been ordered to spend 180 days in county jail on weekends -- with one weekend served every month.

Kate Gosselin isn't paying her "bitter haters" any mind amid her son Collin's abuse allegations ... in fact, she says she's happy.

Savannah Chrisley's new fiancé, Jason Galanis, had some staggering financial obligations when his previous marriage ended ... with divorce documents listing more than $100 million in restitution, forfeitures, taxes and other liabilities ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jason's 2018 divorce judgment with ex Monet Berger assigned him responsibility for $37 million in restitution, two forfeiture amounts of $37 million and $43 million, and approximately $12 million in taxes.

And that's not all ... the docs also list a personal guarantee of approximately $8 million to $9 million.

Jennifer Lopez is NOT clashing with the director of her new Netflix thriller, contrary to a new report that claims they've been butting heads like Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
