The Hollywood Hills home tied to D4vd's murder case is still sitting empty ... and another hefty price cut suggests the landlord is eager to find a tenant.

The house, which originally hit the rental market for a whopping $23,950 a month, is now listed for $18,950 ... another $2,550 drop from its previous asking price of $21,500.

That's a $5,000 monthly discount from the original price ... and still no takers. Guess no one is dying to move into a place that was allegedly the scene of a bloody murder.

New Mexico State's Emma Christiano scored a clean layup in the final seconds of a one-point game on Friday ... too bad it went in the WRONG basket!

The good news? The Aggies still found a way to win.

NMSU trailed Southern Utah 61-60 in Las Cruces when freshman forward Stacey Chavino tipped away a Thunderbirds inbounds pass with 20 seconds left.

Christiano, a senior guard, chased down the loose ball and took it in for an easy layup ... on her own team's hoop. Instead of taking the lead, the Aggies suddenly trailed 63-60.

Even the ESPN+ booth got fooled. Play-by-play man Adam Young called it like NMSU had just gone ahead ... until analyst Anita Maxwell Skipper quickly set him straight.

"Wrong basket. Wrong basket," Skipper sighed.

Young admitted the play threw him for a loop, too.

ESPN's play-by-play didn't know what to do with it either. It logged the bucket as "team makes 81-foot-shot" and credited it to Southern Utah with no player's name attached.

But Chavino wasn't having it.

The freshman scored a layup with nine seconds left to cut it to just one, again. And after staunch defense, Chavino hit another jumper with 1.4 seconds left to deliver NMSU their first win of the season.

Don't feel too bad for Christiano ... she wasn't the only player to score on their own hoop THAT AFTERNOON. Earlier on Friday, Northwestern State's Karma Wynn laid one on her own basket in a 30-point loss to Arkansas.

An Oregon man who believed his mother was demonically possessed while he was high on meth has been sentenced to life in prison for her murder ... and prosecutors say he had been thinking about killing her for weeks.

38-year-old Ronald Kirk was convicted of second-degree murder and felony possession of a firearm after shooting and killing his 61-year-old mother, Rosa Leyva, inside the home they shared.

Kirk had been living with his mother in her small Gladstone, Oregon home ... but according to FOX12, their relationship was anything but peaceful.

Macklemore claimed Friday that nine major U.S. arenas -- including MSG, the World's Most Famous Arena -- refused to host his "Free Palestine" tour after three sold-out shows in Europe.

Meghan Markle's estranged father, Thomas Markle Sr., is already out of custody ... he was released on bond just hours after his arrest in Florida on a federal child pornography charge.

The 82-year-old appeared in federal court in Tampa on Friday afternoon ... and he did not enter a plea, according to People.

Wayne Gretzky has emerged victorious after The Great One was sued by the owner of "OMG gum" for allegedly lying about his weight loss ... TMZ has learned.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Steven Sparks was ordered to pay Wayne's family trusts and a corporate entity a total of $200,000 in damages for breach of fiduciary duty.

On top of that ... because the judge found Sparks repeatedly failed to meet discovery deadlines, he was also ordered by the court to pay $39,525 in cumulative monetary sanctions.
