Anna Kepner should’ve been walking across the stage with her classmates this weekend ... instead, her grieving father accepted her diploma through tears as the crowd rose to its feet.

Christopher Kepner attended Temple Christian School’s commencement ceremony in Titusville, Florida ... six months after Anna was killed aboard a Carnival cruise ship.

Watch the video, obtained by "Good Morning America," that shows him wiping away tears as he walked onstage to collect Anna’s diploma following a standing ovation from the packed auditorium.

The heartbreaking moment became a tribute to Anna throughout the night ... with Christopher, his wife Shauntel and other relatives wearing blue butterflies -- Anna's favorite -- while Shauntel also created a senior table covered in photos of Anna and her friends over the years.

An autopsy report is filling in the blanks in Auburn grad Whitney Robeson's death ... alleging a casual show-and-tell of antique firearms ended with a deadly gunshot.

According to the Jefferson County Coroner, Whitney was visiting Alabama with her boyfriend on March 7 when his dad allegedly pulled out a collection of antique firearms to show the couple. Investigators say he was handling a Colt Navy single action revolver when the gun -- which he allegedly didn't realize was loaded -- fired a single round into Whitney's chest.

As we reported ... Jeffrey Scott Towers -- the father of Robeson's partner -- was arrested and charged with manslaughter last week, 2 months after Whitney's death. He was released from jail after posting a $30K bond.

Clavicular just got served the world’s most brutal slice of humble pie in court -- and it came courtesy of the judge overseeing his alligator shooting misdemeanor case ... who accidentally stole the entire internet’s "looksmaxxing" crown right from under him!

The influencer, famous for flexing his appearance online, showed up for a hearing Friday ... but people barely cared about the charges once Judge Marcus of Florida’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court walked into frame with icy blue eyes, slicked-back hair and a jawline sharp enough to cut glass.

Memes flooded social media within hours ... with commenters claiming the judge "mogged” Clavicular, while others joked the irony was too good with the judge being the actual, flesh-and-blood definition of "looksmaxxing."

An Alabama woman reported missing for more than a week was found dead on Saturday ... and a man has been charged with abuse of a corpse in connection to the case.

Karen Deann Hollis went missing on May 8 ... and friends and family feared the worst since the 23-year-old suffered from a condition that could impair her judgment ... and sadly those fears were confirmed when her body was found, reported local news station WBRC.

For the moment ... few details have been released by authorities about the case ... however, Randall Lendell Dejourney, 44, has been charged with abuse of a corpse, per the station.

Anna tells TMZ her projects will cover a broad timeline of her life -- starting much before her "Fake Heiress" scandal to her time on "Dancing with the Stars" and her experience hunkering down in NYC under house arrest amid her ongoing U.S. immigration proceedings regarding her visa status.

She hopes this memoir will give viewers a fresh perspective on who she is and everything she's working toward, explaining ... "There’s this assumption that life freezes at the moment the internet decides who you are, but in reality you still have to keep evolving while everyone else keeps projecting an outdated version of you onto the screen."

We told you last week "Street Outlaws" star Daddy Dave was caught on video allegedly planting a GPS device under someone's vehicle -- and now we have the footage of the alleged crime.

TMZ obtained security cam video showing what purports to be Dave -- dressed in all black with a hoodie over his head -- walking down a street in Bath, New York, on the night of May 12.

In the video, the suspect squats next to the parked vehicle and then reaches beneath the undercarriage, presumably to attach the tracking device.

Bath Village Police Chief Donald Lewis tells us ... the man seen in the video appears to be Daddy Dave, whose real name is David Comstock. According to a police press release, Dave placed the tracking device under the vehicle while being recorded on video.

But Daddy Dave tells TMZ ... "It's not me. You guys are barking up the wrong tree." 

Six-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez went missing in Texas four years ago ... but now investigators have learned the little boy is dead and have finally found his remains.

The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office announced Friday that Noel's corpse was discovered the day before in Everman, a small city near Fort Worth, and dental records were used to confirm his identity.

During a press conference, Tarrant DA Phil Sorrells said the child's mom, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, has been indicted for capital murder and will stand trial in the case.  

A woman was shut down in her effort to obtain a restraining order against streamer Chud the Builder, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Yashmine Shauntea West filed a petition for a protective order against Chud in November 2025.

Yashmine claimed that Chud -- legal name Dalton Eatherly -- had committed "racial violent behavior." She said he "exposed me on social media ... has created a harassment following."

Alex Murdaugh could be staring down an even darker outcome during his retrial for murder -- because prosecutors say everything’s back on the table ... including the death penalty.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson said Friday the state could seek the maximum punishment if Murdaugh is tried again following the shocking overturning of his murder convictions.

The bombshell ruling came after the South Carolina Supreme Court decided Murdaugh didn’t get a fair trial due to alleged jury tampering tied to former court clerk Becky Hill.

The Alabama man charged with manslaughter in the shooting death of a 22-year-old woman, who was dating his son, is NOT innocent ... at least according to the attorney for the victim's family.

Jeffrey Scott Towers is charged in the shooting death of Whitney Harlow Robeson, who graduated last year from Auburn University. His attorneys say he's an "upstanding" man who is not guilty of a crime ... but the lawyer for Whitney's family begs to differ.

Andrew J. Moak tells TMZ ... "The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office determined that Mr. Towers acted with criminal recklessness. Given that determination, efforts to portray Mr. Towers as 'innocent' are not supported by the evidence in this case."

The Auburn graduate who was allegedly killed by her boyfriend's dad died from a gunshot wound to the chest ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Jefferson County Coroner and Medical Examiner's Office ... 22-year-old Whitney Robeson died from "injury to left lung, heart, and aorta, due to gunshot wound of chest."

The manner of death is homicide, the office also announced on Friday.

The Arkansas mom who had her young son in the car when she led police on a high-speed chase is facing six years behind bars after a high-speed pursuit involving state police.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, a Mississippi County sheriff's deputy said he attempted to conduct a traffic stop on 23-year-old Thalia Jones, who was driving a red Dodge Challenger. 

The deputy said that turned into a chase -- with Jones allegedly driving 81 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. The report says Jones immediately sped off after he turned on his blue lights. 

A former Oklahoma death row inmate is out of prison for the first time in almost 3 decades ... thanks to Kim Kardashian.

The billionaire posted Richard Glossip's bail this week ... according to film producer Scott Budnick, who's been advocating for his release.

Budnick went on Instagram to share photos of Glossip walking out of prison, and revealed that Kim "GRACIOUSLY paid for" his bail.
