Austin Metcalf's father, Jeff Metcalf, has a theory about why Karmelo Anthony's trial included no Black jurors ... and he minced no words in his explanation.
Jeff went on Sarah Fields' "JinxedSip" podcast and unleashed his rage toward those upset with the racial makeup of Karmelo's murder trial jury ... saying it's because Black folks can't be unbiased or even get their own lives straight.
Just watch the shocking clip ... after telling Black people they were unable to hold bias from the trial, he says a majority don't know their own fathers and have a bunch of baby mamas running around living off government assistance ... yikes.
Sabrina Carpenter Man Arrested at Her Home Fights Restraining Order
The man who was arrested after Sabrina Carpenter claimed he showed up at her home multiple times is now objecting to her request for court-ordered protection against him ... TMZ has learned.
Sabrina obtained a temporary restraining order against William Applegate earlier this month ... but Applegate is now asking the court to deny the singer's request for a permanent order prohibiting him from coming near her ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.
Applegate said he did not believe Sabrina wanted the restraining order … and that it was concocted by her team and "brought against Carpenter's will by her employed security group and the Los Angeles Police Department in conjunction with her legal team as an artifact of a military government program's maligned instructions."
He claimed Sabrina's Coachella performances on April 10 and April 17 were "made for and directed at me."
Applegate also alleged that the singer and her family "knew about my presence outside her residence as soon as it began in April."

Jail records show the 28-year-old Broncos OLB was arrested at 10:07 PM ... and booked into the Douglas County (CO) Jail.
It's unclear exactly what allegedly unfolded, but Cooper is now facing four additional charges -- two domestic violence counts, harassment based on repeated phone calls, and violating a protective order -- in addition to the domestic violence and criminal mischief charges he was already hit with by prosecutors.

Rick James' Son Tazman In Jail, Facing Fentanyl Charge
Rick James' son, Tazman Johnson, is currently locked up in the Los Angeles County Jail facing serious drug charges involving Fentanyl ... TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained jail records that show the late musician's son was arrested April 29 on a felony warrant and no bail warrant.
Court docs, obtained by TMZ, say Tazman was initially arrested in March 2024 for possession of Fentanyl. Rick's son was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. He was released from custody on bond.
A couple weeks later, a judge issued a bench warrant for $10K after Tazman failed to appear in court.
He wasn't arrested on the bench warrant until April, and last month he pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Looks like the latest Giudice family drama is playing out in court instead of on Bravo ... because Teresa Giudice's daughter got busted for an alleged assault.
TMZ has obtained court records showing the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star's daughter, Milania, was arrested in New Jersey last month and charged with simple assault.
According to the docs, Milania was arrested May 14 and charged with purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury ... a disorderly conduct offense under New Jersey law.
The case remains active in Montville Township Municipal Court, which tells TMZ the matter is marked as "domestic violence/confidential."
Karmelo Anthony Crowdfunding Page Pulled After Murder Conviction
A Karmelo Anthony crowdfunding page that raised more than $630K has been yanked ... a day after the 19-year-old was convicted of murdering Austin Metcalf.
A rep for GiveSendGo tells TMZ ... the page created by Karmelo's mom was allowed because everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty ... but after his conviction things changed.
The funds -- which climbed over $633,000 as of Wednesday morning -- were intended for "legal defense and family relocation" ... and according to GiveSendGo the funds have been distributed over the past year for said purposes.
Karmelo Anthony I'm Not Done Fighting Yet ... Appeals 35-Year Sentence
Karmelo Anthony isn't done fighting his murder case just yet ... because we've learned he's planning to appeal after being convicted of murdering Austin Metcalf.
According to court records, obtained by TMZ, Anthony filed a notice of appeal. The move comes less than 24 hours after a Texas jury found him guilty of murder ... and he was subsquentially sentenced to 35 years behind bars for the fatal stabbing at a Frisco, TX track meet.
Karmelo's lawyer, Mike Howard, tells TMZ, "After the conclusion of the trial yesterday, we gave the court our official notice that Karmelo Anthony is filing an appeal. We believe there are several important issues for the appellate courts to consider. An appeal is the next part of the legal process and a right afforded every American.”
As we previously reported, jurors rejected Anthony's self-defense argument and returned a guilty verdict Tuesday following days of emotional testimony and closing arguments. He was then sentenced to 35 years in prison ... with the case drawing national attention from the moment of his arrest.

Matthew Lambert pleaded guilty Wednesday to three counts of official misconduct and one count of receiving unlawful gratuities, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to complete counseling and 100 hours of community service.
In a statement, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg said ... "The defendant's disturbing conduct is unacceptable for a member of law enforcement."

Karmelo Anthony Murder Trial 2 Arrested Outside Courthouse
Emotions were running high outside a Texas courthouse while Karmelo Anthony was inside awaiting his fate ... and Anthony wasn't the only one who left in handcuffs.
According to the Collin County Sheriff's Department, one person was arrested for public intoxication Tuesday while another was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Authorities say they're still gathering information and have not yet released the identities of either individual.
The arrests came as supporters of both Anthony and stabbing victim, Austin Metcalf, gathered outside the courthouse during the trial and sentencing hearing.
