3:12 PM PT -- Hill's teammate, Calais Campbell, told a reporter after the game that cops also slapped handcuffs on him during the incident ... adding he understands why, but it still made him feel a certain type of way.

Tyreek Hill's not ready to talk about his detainment yet ... telling a reporter after the Dolphins dramatic win Sunday he won't get into specifics -- but, he's grateful for all the support.

The wide receiver spoke to a CBS sideline reporter after the Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders made a 52-yard kick to beat Jacksonville 20-17 ... and when asked exactly what went down this morning, he immediately waved off the question.

The wide receiver -- who was detained by police just hours before his Week 1 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars -- just scored a huge TD ... and, fans filmed his reaction in the endzone.

After scoring, Tyreek turned toward the crowd and put his hands behind his back ... micmicking the position cops put him in this morning.

1:24 PM PT -- Director Stephanie V. Daniels of the Miami-Dade Police Department just announced one of the officers in the Tyreek Hill detainment has been given "administrative duties" while Internal Affairs investigates.

10:14 AM PT -- Director Daniels tells TMZ ... she's reviewing details surrounding the incident and body cam footage from the scene. Further updates will be provided when they become available.

Tyreek Hill -- the best player on the Dolphins -- was put on the ground and placed in handcuffs just hours before Miami's kickoff Sunday ... although it appears he'll still play in the game.

Video circulating on social media shows several law enforcement officers confronting the 30-year-old just feet away from Hard Rock Stadium -- where the Fins will take on the Jaguars at 10 AM PT.

Check out the vid ... Hill was put face first on the ground -- all while authorities seemed to yell at him.

TMZ obtained photos of Amy leaving the Tennessee Safari Park in Alamo on a gurney Monday ... it looks like she's in pain, and she's got a piece of clothing for a tourniquet.

Folks who were there say they saw Amy walking through the parking lot with a shirt wrapped around her arm ... before EMS workers helped put her on a stretcher.

Michael Madsen spent part of his weekend in jail ... because cops arrested him after he allegedly pushed his wife.

A pet groomer in Florida's been arrested, accused of savagely kicking a small dog multiple times in a disturbing video that's gone viral.

Miami-Dade Police have arrested Richel Yumar-Gonzalez and charged him with one count of cruelty to animals -- police say he's the guy caught on tape aiming several kicks at a small white dog named Coco.

In the video, the dog tries to sprint down a hallway -- and the man in the clip kicks the pup hard to stop it.

Travis Scott If Signs Are Amiss, You Must Dismiss ... Asks Judge to Toss Trespassing Case

Travis Scott's looking to put his June arrest behind him ... asking a judge to throw out his trespassing case because he says the marina lacked "No Trespassing" signs.

The rapper's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, filed a motion to dismiss Tuesday claiming Scott can't be found guilty of trespassing after a rowdy night with yacht staff in Miami a couple months ago.

Basically, Scott's legal team says signs warning against trespassing weren't visible at the marina itself. He says there were signs on the surrounding private property, but he says those don't count for his presence at the marina.

Nathalie Fay, an actress with a memorable part in the first 'Hangover' film, has been arrested for allegedly punching her boyfriend in the face ... TMZ has learned.

The actress -- whose real name is Nathalie Tordion -- was arrested in South Miami, Florida on Saturday after police responded to a call about an incident with her on-again, off-again BF, identified in the police report as Brady.

Cops say Brady told them he'd gone to pick up Nathalie for the Miami Dolphins NFL preseason game against the Washington Commanders.

Lawrence Taylor Felony Case Dropped

Lawrence Taylor's attorney tells TMZ Sports the Hall of Famer's felony case has been dropped -- roughly one month after cops accused the ex-New York Giants star of failing to follow conditions imposed on him as a registered sex offender.

Mark Eiglarsh says the decision came down from Broward County prosecutors on Wednesday ... after he tells us he successfully showed the allegations against Taylor stemmed from nothing more than the former football player's estranged wife making claims in order to "gain leverage in their bitter, three-year divorce battle."

"We are deeply grateful for the prosecutors in this case," Eiglarsh said, "ensuring that true justice was served."

Matthew Perry Dr. Plasencia Reopening Practice ... Feds Have Strict Terms

One of the doctors charged in the death of Matthew Perry is already getting back to business, almost as usual, because while he's allowed to treat patients ... there are some federal strings attached.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia can legally reopen his medical practice, Malibu Canyon Urgent Care, as soon as Tuesday -- following his arrest last week -- and his attorney Stefan Sacks tells TMZ ... Plasencia will do just that.

Here's the catch, though, Sacks says the doctor must inform all patients about his ongoing criminal case, and that the feds yanked his DEA registration ... which prevents him from prescribing any meds that include controlled substances, such as ketamine.

A New Jersey transit bus journey took a wild turn after the driver put a savage beatdown on a passenger ... and now several videos from the scene are going viral.

In one video making the rounds online ... the bus driver is seen putting a man in a chokehold, threatening his life, and loudly reprimanding him for allegedly spitting at him earlier in the ride.

7:21 AM PT -- Paris prosecutors confirm to TMZ ... Travis’ case has been dismissed because the crime was insufficiently characterized.

Travis Scott has been released from a Paris jail and no charges have been filed for an alleged assault ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ reported, Travis was arrested early Friday at a fancy hotel in the Olympic City, after getting into a fight with his bodyguard. A hotel security guard stepped in to break up the fight, and the hotel claims Travis attacked him. He was arrested and taken to jail.

Now Travis' rep tells TMZ ... "Travis Scott has been released with no charges." We're told there are no plans for him to be charged in the future, although we have not been able to confirm this with Paris prosecutors.
