After leaving court, Larry had lunch at The Ivy on Robertson Blvd., but instead of hitting up the celebrity retail haunt Kitson, located up the street from the eatery, Birkhead shopped at Babies "R" Us -- in Van Nuys!

TMZ has learned that Larry purchased tons of pink clothes, toys and baby supplies at Babies "R" Us, then went to a nearby baby furniture store where he picked up an antique white baby crib, changing table, white furniture and baby gates.

While a hearing in the Bahamas is scheduled in the next few days, it looks like Larry believes he's got a lock on Dannielynn's paternity.

A TMZ source tells us that Marcia Cross is so thrilled with her month-old twin girls, that her career is no longer a hot priority for the 44-year-old red-headed milf, who hasn't become a desperate housewife.

"Work used to be her main priority, but now she's found her real true love -- her family." Apparently, Miss Van de Kamp is a better mother at home than on screen!

The TomKat friend was overheard saying, "We want to be prepared for a baby boy." We're told the interested themes for the room were: sports, nursery rhyme, cartoon and the color blue.

The estimated cost for the eggshell blue-themed room alone is $45,000 -- and would include a custom-made blue and white antique crib, blue bedding and blue walls with floating clouds. The shop was also given a deadline of April 15, three days before Suri's first birthday, to come up with the designs.

Bridge and a male friend spent $4000 on thirteen items, including blue navy joggers and an airplane frame -- that appear to be for a boy. The "I, Robot" star also purchased a blue sherbert blanket and basket, as well as a patchwork stuffed animal bear.

If Bridget is having a boy, she can rest knowing that he's the one bastard who will never leave her for a Brazilian supermodel.

Superstar do-gooders Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed off their beautiful daughters, Shiloh and Zahara, during a walk through New Orleans' French Quarter on Friday afternoon.

TMZ contacted a medical professional at celeb-friendly Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, who informed us that long-term effects on a child born to a mother on methadone include slowed growth; meaning Dannielynn could have a lower weight and smaller size than un-methed tots.

Other side effects may include both impaired behavioral development and organizational abilities. Short-term effects the baby might experience in the first year are involuntary muscle spasms, irritability, high pitched crying, diarrhea, disturbed sleep and inconsistent breathing patterns.

If the baby is a little off, it will be difficult to say what is attributable to methadone ... and what part to genetics.

The twins, conceived through an anonymous sperm donor, were born in October. Etheridge has two children with former partner Julie Cypher, who conceived with sperm provided by rock legend David Crosby.
