Actress Teri Polo delivered a baby girl, Bayley, Thursday afternoon -- her first child with boyfriend Jamie Wollam, according to People. Each has a son from a previous marriage. Welcome to the circle of trust!

Teri is best known for her "Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers" movies with Ben Stiller.

Thomas Nelson publishing released a statement on their website saying, "Lynne's memoir will provide a window into the real-life world of fame and worldly success, including the toll it extracts (sic) from some who aspire to it. It will provide a much-needed corrective to a world obsessed with the wrong priorities." Sounds like a perfect gift for Britney.

The statement goes on to say, "We believe in redemption. Therefore, we are standing with Lynne and her family during this difficult time. Though the book has been delayed, we believe God is at work. The story is still being written, and we are confident in His ability to turn ashes into beauty. (Isaiah 61:3) " Maybe Jamie Lynn's pregnancy is a virgin birth!

While they are still going forward with the parenting how-not-to memoir, a rep for Thomas Nelson told TMZ, "(the) Book is still delayed indefinitely with no set release date."

At the unveiling of her new, nude, anti-fur PETA ad on Robertson Blvd. on Thursday, a covered up Eva was asked about Hollywood teen pregnancies -- and joked that it was an "epidemic," adding, "I hope I don't catch it."

TMZ has learned Britney Spears just spent $500 on a gift basket for her newly pregnant unwed teen sister Jamie Lynn. Hey, sis, you gone have a booboo too!

We're told Brit called up West Hollywood celeb baby emporium Petit Tresor late Wednesday afternoon and ordered Jamie Lynn a Tuni & G tank top with the words "Hot Mama 2 B" on it, along with a bunch of all white items including a blanket, a stuffed elephant with a white satin bow, onesies, socks and sneakers. According to our sources, the note attached read: "Dear J.L., We love you! Brit, Sean and Jayden." Auntie Brit luvs y'all!

Now that she's pregnant and famous, Jamie Lynn really is following in her big sister's footsteps. Marriages, divorces, panty flashin', rehab, head shaving and custody battles to follow!

Uncle Odus tells us that Casey is a "fine young man" who has always been courteous. That sentiment is apparently shared by many in his small town of Gloster, Miss., where we've been told over and over again Casey is a good kid from a good family.

As for Jamie Lynn, Uncle Odus says he has only met her once, on Thanksgiving of this year. As for news of her pregnancy, he says he found out, like the rest of us, on Tuesday night. He tells us the family was "shocked' and yet "we aren't." As a pastor, Uncle Odus says he's seen "this type of thing" more often than he'd like.

Just how did the deal go down? Rewind. Sources close to Britney's family tell TMZ it all started when Britney melted down on an OK! Magazine photo shoot. Britney's mom, Lynne, read the article (who didn't?!) and called OK! personally to thank them "for handling it so well." She stayed in touch with OK!, and called them this week when she learned that news of Jamie's pregnancy was about to break. Her only requirement? Keep Britney out of it. This is about Jamie Lynn. "She trusted them to do it in a way that would be sympathetic to her daughter," our source says.

We're told Jamie and mom did not want money, but OK! has agreed to pay $1 million to the younger Spears for a photo shoot when the child is born. Why so little when others have commanded several million? We're told it's because Jamie Lynn is not an international star and it's not worth it to the mag to pay big bucks for something they can't sell overseas.

Another interesting note: We hear Jamie is further along than the 12 weeks she says in the mag's article. Expect a spring baby.

We're told that before the news hit today, Britney was not aware of her little sis' bun in the oven. Oops ... a Spears did it again.

Recently, Britney was estranged from her mother Lynne, but has spent time with Jamie Lynn. TMZ cameras caught the younger Spears defending her older sister against an angry neighbor last October. Those hormones are a bitch!

Move over Jamie Lynn, Jessica Alba, Halle Berry and Nicole Richie, because there's another little lady joining the unwed mother pregnancy ranks -- TMZ has conformed that British singer Lily Allen is with child. Smile.

The 22-year-old pop star and her boyfriend of three months, 37-year-old Chemical Brothers member Ed Simons, are expecting. So much for her new weight loss regimen!

A rep for Allen told TMZ, "I am pleased to confirm that Lily Allen and her boyfriend Ed Simons are expecting their first child. However, as the pregnancy is at a very, very early stage, the couple ask that you respect their privacy, as the health of Lily and their child is their paramount concern. As the pregnancy is at such an early stage the couple will be making no further comment but they are obviously both thrilled by the news. Lily's new album will be released as planned next year."

TMZ spoke exclusively with Joyce Aldridge, mother of Casey, who confirmed that Jamie Lynn Spears is indeed pregnant with her grandchild.

Joyce said, "We are aware of the recent interview regarding her and being pregnant, and we are in agreement with everything that was said by Jamie Lynn about the situation ... everything is fine."

When asked if Casey had anything to say about his girlfriend being preggo, she said, "At this point, Casey doesn't wish to speak out, but it would be wonderful when the time comes." When asked about their ages and any negative aspects, she said, "Casey will address all of this when it is time."

A source tells us the interview, which hits stands tomorrow, is six pages and is on the record with Jamie Lynn and her mother. She tells the mag that the father is Casey Aldridge, who she has been dating for some time and first met at church. Brit's younger sister, star of Nick's "Zoey 101," says she's keeping the baby.

Sources tell us that she has not yet told her older sister. Well, she knows now.

UPDATE: Nickelodeon issued the following statement this afternoon: "We respect Jamie Lynn's decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn's well being."

British actress/fashion victim Helena Bonham Carter has given birth to a baby girl -- her second child with director Tim Burton. The couple that scares together, stays together!

The couple's rep confirmed the birth to People saying, "They are absolutely delighted they have a daughter. It's a lovely Christmas present for the family."

The eclectic couple had not found out the sex of the baby prior to the delivery, and are not releasing any further details at this time. The two also have a son Billy, who is four. Maybe they can name the baby Jane!

TMZ has also learned that earlier this week, the 26-year-old dark angel and her production assistant boyfriend turned luckiest man in America, Cash Warren, shopped at West Hollywood baby store to the stars, Petit Tresor. We're told Jess purchased a Mia Bossi diaper bag, Kissy Kissy maternity clothes and a bunch of white -- i.e. gender neutral -- onesies. In total, the happy couple spent over $1500 of Jessica's money.

Between Jessica, J.Lo, Halle and Xtina -- are any Hollywood hotties not pregnant?!

No wonder Jessica Alba's been trying to elude the cameras so aggressively lately - she's been hiding some big news, it seems.

People magazine reports this morning that Jess is pregnant, and longtime boytoy Cash Warren is the dad, according to her rep, Brad Cafarelli. The couple are expecting their joy-bundle in late spring, early summer next year. They met back in 2004 on the set of "The Fantastic Four."
