The Pope's only been on the job a month ... and already he's getting touchy-feely.

Former Miss USA Ali Landry -- roughly six months pregnant with a baby boy -- visited the Vatican last week and got physical with Supreme Pontiff Pope Francis ... right in front of her husband!

OK, to be fair ... the Pope's hands-on tactics were a special blessing for Ali's unborn baby, and Vatican sources confirmed that.

Either Kim Kardashian has werewolf blood or her pregnancy has triggered a serious regrowth of body hair ... TMZ has learned.

Kim -- the Armenian poster child for laser body hair removal -- has famously zapped virtually every follicle from the neck down -- but sources close to the reality star tell TMZ, her pregnancy hormones have reawakened the slumbering beast.

We're told Kim has recently been forced to wax -- something she hasn't done in years -- and she's already made appointments to get the new hair growth re-lasered after she gives birth.

FYI, increased hair growth is extremely common during pregnancy ... Drew Barrymore even admitted she grew a small goatee while she was knocked up. It happens.

But in Kim's case ... they might want to break out the lawn mower.

Rihanna came out of a medical building in Bev Hills Tuesday ... and said she's doing a lot better, but it's done nothing to stop the pregnancy talk.

Rihanna has cancelled 4 concert dates on her Diamonds World Tour ... which kicked off on March 8.

Sources connected to the singer told TMZ in early March she was suffering from a throat infection. Thing is ... it's been more than a month now and there are clearly still issues.

Because the info coming from Rihanna's camp has been sketchy ... there have been a slew of tabloid stories speculating that she's pregnant.

Kolodny says not only is there no deal, there hasn't been a discussion or even a whisper about one.

TMZ broke the story ... Halle is a little more than 3 months pregnant with her second child -- predestined to be a very good looking boy.

It's baby bump's first red carpet ... as a glowing, newly pregnant Halle Berry showed off her growing belly -- and sexy legs -- at the premiere of her new movie "The Call" in Buenos Aires on Monday.

As TMZ first reported, the 46-year-old is three months pregnant with her first child with fiance Olivier Martinez and has learned she is having a boy. Halle already has adorable 5-year-old Nahla from her previous relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

Don't cry for her Argentina ... well, unless you go see "The Call."

With all the commotion over Halle Berry's pregnancy bombshell ... it was easy to miss that "Glee" star Heather Morris got knocked up too -- so she's letting her baby belly speak for her.

The 26-year-old showed off her growing bump -- which is about 3 months along -- in L.A. Saturday ... for the first time since announcing she and BF Taylor Hubbell were expecting a kid last week.

No word whether the pregnancy will show up in any "Glee" storylines, but at this point ... it's not like it could make the show worse.

Kim Kardashian's NOT a food-shoveling, 200-pound, fatso -- and Kim is telling friends the proof isn't in the pudding ... it's in the yogurt.

We're told Kim went to the doctor last week for a checkup, and she weighed in at 151 lbs ... way less that the 200 lbs the tabloids claim.

And there's even less. We're told she's gained a grand total of 23 pounds from the time Kanye West impregnated her.

Although there's an epic headline from one of the tabs -- "I Can't Stop Eating!" -- we're told a lot of this is just plain made up. Por ejemplo ... "In Touch" ran a cover pic showing Kim shoving ice cream in her mouth. Fact is ... the pic was taken in Monaco in 2009, when she was relatively tiny.

And our Monegasque (Google it) spies tell us ... the cone is not topped with the fat stuff ... it's dairy free, sugar free yogurt with fresh strawberries. Sounds disgusting.

As TMZ first reported, Halle and fiance Olivier Martinez are expecting their first child together. We're told Halle is three months pregnant and has already learned she's having a boy.

Perhaps as a proverbial, pudgy middle finger to the tabloids who have mocked her pregnancy weight gain, Kim Kardashian put her baby bump on full display on Instagram today.

What's more ... they know the sex. It's a boy.

This could explain why Halle and Olivier were so upset when paparazzi got too close to her earlier this week at LAX while she was carrying soon-to-be big sister Nahla, who is 5.

It's definitely worth noting ... Halle is 46, and Olivier is 47.
