Victory is in the air for Fiddy once again as he wins another battle, but this time it ain't on the mic -- it's in court.
50 has won in his eviction case against his ex-girlfriend/baby mama. Even though they split up years ago, Shaniqua Tompkins, thought she had the "right" to stay in a house that 50 Cent purchased -- without consent! Reports revealed the judge presiding over the case ruled in favor of 50, denying Tompkins motion to stay in the house and granting Fiddy 9,000 bucks in court fees -- which Tompkins has to pay.
Also being kicked to the curb along with his ex is 50 Cent's 10-year-old son. Don't feel too bad for Shaniqua -- she gets a whopping $6,700 a month in child support payments. 50's ex is gonna get rich -- or die tryin'!

50 Cent's baby mama thinks she has the "right" to stay in a house that he bought -- even though they split up years ago, and she's takin' his coin every month anyway.
Radar reports Shaniqua Tompkins wants to stay in her $2.4 million Dix Hills, Long Island mansion, and, in a new lawsuit, she's whining that the rapper is trying to kick her and their 10-year-old son to the curb. Tompkins already gets court-ordered child support every month from the rapper.
Shaniqua wants the court to "declare" that she has a "right" to live in the house. Fitty's reps didn't have any comment.

They may have had one of the most bitch-tastic break-ups ever, but Whitney Houston is done slinging the s**t with Bobby Brown, who is allegedly going to fling the dirty sheets off their marriage in an upcoming biography.
Bobby, among other things, is reportedly saying he married Whit in part to quell rumors she was involved in a relationship with her female assistant. He also says she was whacked out on drugs.
Whitney's rep tells TMZ, "Miss Houston is sad that Bobby feels the need to say such things but she chooses to take the high road and will not speak badly about the father of her child even if it's to set the record straight."
The NY Post says Bobby's autobio is supposed to pop next month.
UPDATE: We spoke to the press agent for the book, and she says it'll be out in June, and that it's being sold right now through something called Atlas Books. The publisher is an outfit called Down South Books.

Robin Williams told us in NYC this morning that the very, um, symbolic heart-with-a-stake T-shirt he was wearing at the airport the other day -- just days after his wife filed for divorce -- wasn't a public declaration of despair.
He called it a "coincidence".

Linda Hogan's trying to put Hulk Hogan in a legal chokehold to prevent him from tarnishing their underage son Nick with what she says are the messy matters of divorce. Yeah -- Nick's got enough problems, we think.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Linda claims the Hulkster has used Nick to deliver messages about the divorce and told him secrets that he didn't want her to know about. (Hmmm.) She also says the marital melee has caused Nick to become "withdrawn and conflicted."
Linda adds that she has no interest in selling their home, but alleges that Hulk has told Nick that if they don't sell, there could be a negative outcome in Nick's pending criminal case.
Nick's mom wants the court to order Hulk to stop talking to their son about the divorce. Period.

Carey Hart made his first public appearance since his split from wife P!nk last night -- where he still called her "the love of his life."
Hart was out partying at the opening of Ago at the Hard Rock in Vegas with Robert De Niro and Mike Tyson (uh, what?) when we ran into him. Hart and P!nk, real name Alecia Moore, called it quits last month, blaming their careers as the downfall for their marriage.

Sources close to Carey Hart tell TMZ that the motocrosser is telling people that he and his ex still love each other and "will remain best friends." The downfall of the marriage came as a result of careers getting in the way. P!nk has headed back to the studio to work on her music, while Carey is busy opening new nightclubs.
TMZ has also learned that Hart is opening the first of his new brainchildren -- a spot called "Wasted Space" -- at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas in May. The club will be a live music venue that will feature new rock bands -- and music legends.
