Soon-to-be-single white female seeks loving man who enjoys long walks on the beach and didn't kill his pregnant wife.

Amber Frey, famous for her relationship with Scott Peterson back in the day, has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Bobby Hernandez, a California Department of Corrections officer. She cites irreconcilable differences.

Former "OC" star Tate Donovan probably can't wait to get the heck out of town now that his divorce is final -- and we know just how he's gonna do it.

According to his divorce settlement filed last month, Donovan got off pretty easy from his short marriage to Corinne Kingsbury -- one of the topless chicks from the famous K-Y wrestling match scene in "Old School." He only has to pay spousal support in the form of a one-time payment of $55,000. He also gets to keep the house, which was in his name only anyway.

But here's the kicker -- and it really says this in the papers -- Donovan gets to keep all the airline miles he acquired prior to the marriage as well as all airline miles accumulated during the marriage "at zero charge."

He must really love those cocktail nuts.

Chris Kattan and Sunshine Tutt were only married for 59 days -- but that doesn't mean she isn't going home with a nice consolation prize.

Sources tell TMZ there was prenup that would've given Tutt less than 10 grand -- but a renegotiation just upped the ante to a low six-figure sum.

Tutt's lawyer, Ronald Richards, told us: "My client is very relieved that she can leave this two month marriage with some resources that will allow her to rebuild her life."

As you know, Chris filed for legal separation two months after they married. Now little Ms. Sunshine has beat Chris to the punch, filing for divorce a few minutes ago citing irreconcilable differences.

Super-producer Swizz Beatz is splitting with his wife -- but it's not Alicia Keys' fault. So he says.

Just a few days after flipping his car on a rural Mississippi highway with a female friend in the car, Morgan Freeman is headed for divorce.

Freeman's lawyer and business partner tells a Memphis paper that Freeman and his wife of 24 years are divorcing. Several sources have indicated to TMZ that the marriage between the two has been over for some time.

Multiple calls to Freeman's rep were not returned.

The former lovebirds -- who haven't been seen together in months -- briefly reunited in Hollywood on Monday. Carey has said he still has hope for a future with Pink.

Looks like the only thing that stinks about their divorce is the hairspray.

We're told that Fiddy picked up his son Marquise yesterday from baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins -- and the drop-off went off "without a hitch"! The rapper and his boy haven't seen each other since before the house where Tompkins and Marquise were living burned down at the end of May.

As we first reported, after Getty was caught out in the open with a buck naked Sienna Miller, Getty had been emailing wifey Rosetta, "I love you."

Now, in the "You Should Bottle that Chutzpah" department, we've learned Getty continues to send a flurry of emails to Rosetta, the mother of his 4 children. In the emails Getty writes, "I love you," "I miss you," and says he wants to move back into the house. He does not say if he's cut off his relationship with Sienna.

We're also told Balthazar has been calling Rosetta incessantly. She refuses to answer and he hangs up. In short, she wants nothing to do with him.
