Makensy Manbeck & Matt Hardeman are through ... with the two announcing their split less than 24 hours after we noticed they unfollowed each other.

The two "Big Brother" stars shared their own posts to Instagram Saturday morning ... and, both Manbeck and Hardeman wanted to make one thing perfectly clear -- no one cheated in this relationship.

It's actually one of the first things Manbeck wrote in her text posted she shared to her Instagram story ... adding Matt is still in her life, and she loves him a lot -- and, though she's embarking on a long road of healing, it isn't because he stepped out on her.

It looks like there was a big breakup between "Big Brother" Season 26 contestants Makensy Jo Manbeck and Matt Hardeman ... the couple have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Check out the pic ... as of yesterday, neither is anywhere to be found on the other's 'following' list.

'BB' fans will remember the pair ignited a showmance that quickly fizzled out thanks to Matt's sudden boot from the house. Makensy fared much better, placing second.

In an excerpt from his new book, obtained by USA Today, Kevin says the alleged incident happened during a wild night on tour in Amsterdam, back at the hotel.

KF writes, "Britney and I went to our room, but shortly after, she said she’d be right back. At first, I didn’t think much of it. The hotel floor was ours; they had booked it out for the entire tour, so everyone’s rooms were nearby. But as time passed, I began to wonder what was taking so long."

It seems likely Keith simply didn't have enough time to take the pic out ... because photos show he's still not wearing his wedding ring -- just like he wasn't when he landed in Hershey earlier Thursday -- so, it doesn't seem he's pining to reconcile.
