1:33 PM PT -- Tough news for Bills fans -- head coach Sean McDermott confirmed Monday that Gabe Davis’ gruesome knee injury is a torn ACL, ending his season.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis is showing off his battle scars after leaving Sunday's AFC Wild Card game with a busted knee ... an injury that still looks horrible a day later.

Davis took to his Instagram Monday morning to show off his wounds after he was carted off in the 4th quarter of a tight game against the Jaguars in Jacksonville ... which Buffalo ultimately won 27-24.

Despite nearly a full day passing, Gabe's knee is still clearly screwed up ... with bad bruising and swelling around the area. Still, the veteran wideout isn't sweatin' things, writing “Nothin but a bit of a flesh wound.”

"The last two weeks, man, they came back from 21 down last week," Reed said. "When you got No. 17, who's got an S on his chest, man, you got a chance. And could this be the year that they go all the way to have a shot at playing in the Super Bowl this year? Obviously, I think so."

Lamar Jackson is owning up to his role in a physical altercation with a fan in the Baltimore Ravens' season-opening game against the Buffalo Bills ... claiming while the spectator put hands on him first, he has to be better.

The moment happened in the third quarter of the "Sunday Night Football" matchup at Highmark Stadium ... when the guy slapped Jackson and teammate DeAndre Hopkins while they celebrated a touchdown near the stands.

Jackson retaliated by shoving the young man while the cameras were rolling -- a moment he wished hadn't happened.
