Khloe Kardashian is calling BS on Lamar Odom, who insinuated she did him dirty by not shooting down the story that he ambushed her ... so say sources close to Khloe.

The sources tell TMZ, she has had NO contact with Lamar for weeks and in fact changed her number a few weeks back and never gave him the digits.

TMZ broke the story ... Kardashian sources and eyewitnesses at SoulCycle Wednesday claim Lamar surprised Khloe on her way in at 6:45 AM, began shouting at her and put his hands on her shoulder before she told him to get away. Khloe jumped in her car and beat it.

Lamar told TMZ he and Khloe had communicated before the meeting and said it was absolutely not an ambush. But our sources say in no way did she invite him there and she had no idea he would be there.

We're told Khloe does not feel physically threatened, but says she's concerned for Lamar's well being.

The honchos who run "Empire" don't know how to pay Terrence Howard because his ex-wife is gunning for his paycheck, so they've asked a judge for help in determining the payee.

Twentieth Century Fox is in a bind. Terrence is making big bank for the hit show, but according to his settlement agreement with Michelle, she's entitled to a chunk of his "Empire" salary.

Michelle has asked Fox to deduct the amount she's owed from Terrence's check and send it to her. Terrence is demanding the full amount, because he believes the settlement agreement is invalid.

So here's the bind. If Michelle's right, but Fox pays Terrence the full amount, they may be on the hook to her. If Terrence is right, but they pay Michelle what she's demanding, Fox may have to pay that amount again to him.

It took her nearly a year, but Margaret Cho has finally filed docs to legally separate from her husband after announcing they were splitting last December.

Cho announced last December that she and hubby Al Ridenour were splitting up, but she filed separation docs in L.A. on Wednesday. In the docs she says they've actually been separated since September, 2014.

Cho and Ridenour got married in 2003, and have no kids.

The comedian announced she was bisexual in 2013, and has also said she and Al had an open marriage.

Daryl Hall did not make his wife's dreams come true, because she's filed for divorce.

Amanda Jane Hall filed legal docs to end their 6-year marriage. The docs were filed back in May but just surfaced. They had a prenup.

Hall, half of the legendary Hall & Oates, and Amanda, a British socialite and daughter of the late British gambling mogul John Aspinall, wed in 2009. They didn't have children, but lived with Amanda's two sons.

It's the second divorce for Hall. He was married to Bryna Lublin from 1969 to 1972.

Sad ... his kiss is no longer on her list.

Lamar Odom says he absolutely did NOT ambush Khloe Kardashian -- and he's heartbroken because he says Khloe knows what really happened, but ... for some reason ... won't go public to clear his name.

Lamar wanted to vent to TMZ about the story we broke -- that, according to witnesses, he shocked Khloe outside a SoulCycle ... jumping out of a car and demanding to talk to her. Khloe eventually ran away after a witness threatened to call cops.

But an enraged Lamar went off ... denying he stalked her, touched her or ambushed her -- and in a powerful rant says the meeting was actually prearranged with Khloe. He's hurt that she's not standing up for him. Even further, he threatens to spill secrets -- whose, he doesn't say -- if something like this happens again.

In the video, Odom goes between anger and sadness -- especially when opening up about how his life has spiraled out of control. He also rips TMZ for what he calls racist reporting about celebrity beefs.

Ben Affleck is not funding the new, lavish lifestyle of his former nanny ... this according to people very close to the situation.

Former nanny, Christine Ouzounian, proudly posted a pic of her new convertible Lexus, leading people to believe Ben was underwriting her.

Our sources say absolutely not.

As for Ben flying Christine back from the Bahamas and to Vegas with Tom Brady, we're told a group of people were on the plane, and various people were trying on Brady's Super Bowl rings, including Christine.

There are several reports Ben has put Christine up in a high end L.A. hotel, but our sources say that's absolutely not true.

Pablo Schreiber's soon-to-be ex-wife will be enjoying the fruits of his "Orange Is The New Black" labors for years to come, because their divorce settlement includes a chunk of his residuals.

Pablo, who plays George "Pornstache" Mendez on 'OITNB' ... just finalized his divorce from Jessica Monty -- and let's just say the timing of their marriage worked out perfectly for her.

Pablo's career took off after they tied the knot, and according to the divorce settlement ... that means she will get half of his earnings AND residuals from a bunch of hit shows, such as -- 'OITNB,' "Weeds," and "Law & Order: SVU."

Jessica also gets $8,500/month in spousal support, plus he has to fork over a lump sum of $93k. They've agreed to joint custody of their two kids.

On the other hand, Pablo does get to keep all his money from a bunch of episodes of "The Wire," movies like "The Manchurian Candidate" and "Lords of Dogtown" ... which were all pre-marriage.

Khloe Kardashian was blindsided at 6:45 AM Wednesday by soon-to-be ex-husband Lamar Odom, who launched a verbal attack.

Khloe was on her way into SoulCycle in Beverly Hills when Lamar came out of nowhere, screaming at her. An eyewitness tells us Lamar was demanding that she talk to him. She kept walking as he was screaming. At that point Lamar touched Khloe's arm and she screamed at him, "Get off of me, get off of me. Stop. Stop."

Another eyewitness asked Khloe if she wanted them to call the cops, and Lamar screamed, "You're not going to call the cops on Lamar Odom."

Khloe then screamed, "How did you know I was here?" He didn't give a clear answer.

We're told Khloe was visibly freaked out and bolted to her car and drove away.

TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Lamar signed divorce docs last month, after the divorce lay dormant for more than a year.

Moody was arrested for domestic violence but the charges were dropped.

The rest of the divorce docs paint a similar picture of abuse, with injuries that include a bloody eye and busted blood vessels.
