Leah Remini says she and Jennifer Lopez leaned on each other while they were going through their divorces last year ... but, that doesn't mean they're as close as they once were.

The actress opened up about her friendship with the pop star in an interview with Us Weekly ... saying she got back in touch with J Lo just after the two both filed for divorce within days of one another.

Remini says the two often texted each other "loving messages of support" during this time ... a sweet reconnection between two friends many thought were on the outs when Leah didn't attend Jenn's wedding to Ben Affleck in 2022.

1:25 PM PT -- Ryan Lochte just opened up on the divorce ... writing on his Instagram page he believes the split is "the right step toward peace and well-being for us both."

"I remain committed to healing, growth, and co-parenting with care and respect as we move forward separately," he said. "Thank you to our family and friends for your continued support -- it truly means a lot as we begin this new chapter."

Comedian and actress Fortune Feimster is pulling the plug on her marriage to wife Jacquelyn Smith, officially filing for divorce in Los Angeles after more than four years of marriage.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Fortune filed earlier this week, citing the usual “irreconcilable differences.” The breakup appears to be amicable -- and there won’t be any financial fireworks thanks to a prenup the couple had in place.

David Andrew Armstrong (aka Donovan Michaels) filed a response to Geffen's divorce petition. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong's lawyer, Samantha Spector, checked a box that asks the judge to "Determine rights to community and quasi-community assets and debts."

That's significant, because TMZ has previously reported, Geffen, an 82-year-old whose wealth is estimated at $8.7 BILLION, has been retired for 15 years. Our understanding is he has no income other than investments, including property sales and dividends from stocks and equities. Those assets are all separate property.
