Designer Marc Jacobs was among the hardest hit by Hurricane Sandy last weekend -- telling TMZ, he completely lost his Manhattan apartment due to flooding ... and now, he's looking for a new place to live.

Marc was out walking his dog Friday in New York -- and he told us, he had to move uptown temporarily because Sandy completely destroyed his West Village apartment.

Marc says it's so bad, he hasn't even been able to go back to try to salvage some of his belongings.

A-Rod likes things that are white -- his Yankee Uniform, his girlfriend, and apparently houses -- because the 90210 crib A-Rod might buy is a $3.2 million, all-white abode ... TMZ has learned.

Our real estate sources tell us the Beverly Hills house A-Rod and his girlfriend Torrie Wilson perused Thursday is a serious contender to be the MLB star's next purchase.

And from the pics it's clear the 2,566 square-foot house is very, very, very white ... white polymer floors, white walls, white cabinets and all white bathrooms.

Other than white, the house is also rockin' 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, fire lit lounge and awesome city views.

"Big Time Rush" lead singer Kendall Schmidt is so popular with the ladies ... he plunked down some major dough and moved all the way to Sin City to escape some love-crazed female fans ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kendall tell TMZ ... several members of Kendall's team became concerned after some overzealous fans began camping outside of the 22-year-old's L.A. pad ... and they urged him to get another place where he could hide out.

We're told Kendall took the note and quickly found a place in Las Vegas -- inside a well-protected gated community.

Here are the stats -- 1,900 square feet, 3 beds, 3 baths ... and it cost somewhere between $300k and $400k.

We're told Kendall still owns his place in L.A. -- and will use the home when he comes to town -- but the Vegas pad will be his primary residence.

Michael Jackson's former house is now a playground for semi-nude dudes in assless undies -- which ain't so weird ... relative to what used to go on there.

Alex Rodriguez may be done with New York, because he and his wrestler girlfriend Torrie Wilson were spotted house hunting in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

While he's out shopping for new West Coast digs, the Yankee third baseman is still trying to unload his ginormous Miami palace for $38 million.

Even Hurricane Sandy doesn't want to mess with the "Jersey Shore" ... because the infamous Seaside Heights home that housed Snooki and the gang survived "virtually untouched" by the massive storm that ravaged the East Coast this week.

We're told other than losing a few shingles, the only damage to the home was to the boards and lumber underneath the house. Amazingly, all of the windows remained intact ... no broken glass.

The house is located behind the boardwalk t-shirt store where the cast worked -- that store was crushed by Sandy's wrath.

They're a little old (if ya know what we're sayin') ... but a bunch of ripped, nearly naked men showed up at Michael Jackson's death house recently for a very steamy not-gay-at-all photo shoot.

TMZ obtained the pics ... taken roughly 3 weeks ago at Michael's former residence on Carolwood Dr. in the Holmby Hills area.

Sources connected to the shoot tell us ... the guys are models for the Jo's underwear line ... which is said to enhance one's bum area. Not that we were looking, but some of the man panties are "assless."

We're told the models all had a blast in the home ... especially when they realized its historical significance.

As we previously reported, the owner of the mansion has struck a deal to sell the house ... and the new buyer moved in last week ... even though escrow has not closed yet.

Donnie Wahlberg's cereal bowl was floating across his kitchen last night ... after his apartment flooded due to Hurricane Sandy ... and he documented the entire situation on camera.

Wahlberg shot footage of himself sloshing his way through his flooded apartment ... a situation that became very common across the East Coast yesterday.

The New Kids on the Block member tweeted, "My entire building is under a foot of water. Awesome neighbors all banding together to help each other! Stay safe!"

A short time later, Wahlberg posted an update -- "Safe & Sound on Higher Ground! Don't worry about me. Material things are meaningless. Check in with those you know in the storm!"

The 16 finalists on "X Factor" better not get any ideas about biting their fellow contestants -- because it's specifically VERBOTEN in their new digs ... along with a bunch of other really random things, like exposing your genitals.

TMZ has obtained a list of the "house rules" in the new mansion where the "X Factor" finalists are shacking up -- and in addition to outlawing biting and indecent exposure ... here are some more crazy laws of the land:

-- No loud music
-- No physical altercations of any kind (not just biting)
-- No guests
-- "Be sensitive to others"
-- No drinking or drugs

FYI -- if the house looks familiar ... that's because "American Idol" used the same pad to house its finalists last season. It was also used as a sex compound for Playboy TV's bone show "Swing."

Tom Cruise will NOT press charges against the drunk dude who trespassed on his property ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported ... Jason Sullivan -- an Australian model/interior designer/reality star -- has been living next door to Tom at the home of Kevin Huvane, Tom's agent. We're told Jason came home drunk last night, mistook Tom's property for Kevin's and began to enter the grounds. Tom's security told Jason to leave, but instead he tried scaling the privacy wall to get further into Tom's property. Jason began walking toward Tom's house and was warned he would be tased if he continued. When Jason kept walking, he was tased twice.

Jason was arrested, cited for misdemeanor trespassing and released.

Tom's lawyer, Bert Fields, tells TMZ, "Tom's not a vindictive guy," adding, "The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent."

Jason Sullivan is telling friends ... he blames his arrest on the ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-alcohol ... 'cause he was so drunk when he returned to Bev Hills last night, he mistook Tom Cruise's home for the Bev Hills pad where he lives.

Sources connected to Sullivan tell TMZ ... Jason was out partying late with friends Sunday night ... and knew he was too drunk to drive home, so he responsibly got a ride from a sober friend.

We're told the friend dropped Jason off near the Bev Hills home where Sullivan has been living ... but in the moments after he exited the car, the drunk Australian interior decorator became confused ... and tried to enter an adjacent home ... which happens to belong to Tom Cruise.

As we previously reported, cops were called by someone reporting an intruder at Tom's home ... and when they arrived to the scene, security guards had already tased Sullivan and then he was arrested for trespassing.

Sources say ... Jason sustained some pretty gnarly injuries from the taser on his back -- and is sporting some nasty bruises.

Retired NFL badass Michael Strahan just took a $150,000 hit on his L.A. beach pad ... which is actually GREAT ... 'cause it could've been A LOT worse.

Strahan JUST sold his swanky 2,560-square-foot Hermosa Beach condo for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1.85 mil. He originally paid $2,050,000 for the place.

BUUUUUT ... Strahan bought the condo in 2005 ... at the height of the ridiculously over-inflated real estate market ... so to only take a $150k hit is pretty damn good.

As for the property ... it's awesome -- 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a rooftop deck, an elevator and it's less than one block from the Pacific Ocean -- which is by far one of the top 5 oceans.

Strahan has been busy on the real estate market this year ... he recently unloaded his OTHER crib in Hermosa Beach for $3 mil -- and then he and his hot fiancée (below) bought a giant Bel Air estate for $7.9 mil.

It's good to be Michael.

More bad news for Tameka Raymond ... first Usher made it clear he's gonna evict her from his mansion ... now TMZ has learned her OTHER landlord -- from a small business she owns -- is suing her for $50k in unpaid rent and other stuff.

Antelope Valley Plaza filed the eviction case against Tameka -- claiming she signed a two-year lease agreement back in 2010 for three retail spaces in a Georgia complex ... where she runs Kangazoom -- an indoor play center for kids.

AVP claims in the docs Tameka was supposed to pony up $9,966.67 / month ... but she hasn't anted up for months -- and now owes $36,943.42 in back rent.

But wait ... there's more. AVP claims she owes more than $4k in late charges, $2k in unpaid taxes all tolled, AVP is gunning for $49,816.18.

The house where Michael Jackson died is in escrow and about to close ... TMZ has learned ... and the buyer was so anxious, he's moving in weeks before escrow is scheduled to close.

The buyer is Steven Mayer, a super-rich investment banker.

Our sources say the purchase price was somewhere between $17 and $20 mil -- it was listed for nearly $24 mil.

And this is interesting ... for some reason the seller is letting Mayer move in before escrow closes -- something real estate honchos think is high risk.

Mauricio Umansky at The Agency represented Mayer and the seller of the home. We reached out to him, but haven't heard back.

Taylor Swift hasn't pulled the plug on her deal to buy a mansion next to the Kennedy compound in Massachusetts ... yet ... despite rumors she split from her Kennedy family boyfriend -- TMZ has learned.

A source connected with the real estate transaction tells us, the deal for the $4.5 million Hyannis Port home is still going full steam ahead ... and is currently scheduled to close in two weeks.

As we reported, Taylor plunked down the cash for the home -- located across the street from Ethel Kennedy -- in order to be closer to her 18-year-old boyfriend Conor Kennedy.

Reports are now circulating the couple has called it quits -- but so far, that hasn't changed Taylor's real estate plans.

Still counts as an investment, right?

Who really needs 11,000-square-feet of living space? Not Hollywood legend Warren Beatty ... because he just sold his ginormous Beverly Hills mansion for a cool $6.7 million.

Beatty and his wife, Annette Bening, had listed the 6-bedroom, 8-bath estate for almost $7 million back in June.

Just 3 months later -- with the help of celeb real estate agent Kurt Rappaport -- they scored a serious buyer, who we're told is a Swedish hotel magnate.
