It sounds like Zak Bagans has another ghost adventure brewing ... this time in the Vegas bunker house he just bought, TMZ has learned.

The "Ghost Adventures" star dropped $4.5 mil on the 16,000-square-foot property, which boasts painted skies, fake landscaping, a pool, and lighting designed to replicate the different hours of the day -- the sprawling home is known as the "Underground Mansion" and has a Cold War luxury bunker hidden nearly three stories beneath an ordinary home.

Apparently, when Zak did a walk-through of the impressive estate, he learned about the bunker's dark history, which was so spooky that some staff refused to go down there alone.

Zach Bryan quietly purchased a sprawling Tennessee estate earlier this year ... TMZ has learned.

According to property records and sources with direct knowledge ... the country singer bought the nearly 40 acre property near Franklin in February for $18.25 million.

The Leiper's Fork estate includes a 5,035 square foot main residence with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a wraparound porch and sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Renée Zellweger can breathe a little easier … she's been dismissed from a lawsuit brought by a house guest who claims she was injured at her boyfriend's rental home ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tracey Belland dropped the Oscar-winning actress as a defendant in her $10 million lawsuit. The lawsuit against Renée was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can't be refiled.

Tracey sued Renée and her boyfriend, Ant Anstead, over an alleged 2024 incident that happened at a home he was renting in Laguna Beach, CA. The woman claimed she hurt herself after stepping on a thin rug that was covering a hole, causing her to stumble and fall and injure her knee.

The attempted burglary went down late Saturday night at Monet's Hollywood Hills home ... where at least three ski-masked suspects went up to her front door and tried to open it, according to our law enforcement sources.

We're told Monet's alarm was suddenly triggered, prompting the trio to dash away. Our sources say someone was home at the time ... but one source tells us that person never confronted the suspects, denying published reports to the contrary.
