2:24 PM PST -- Kourtney Kardashian listened to fans outraged that she'd take her toddler Rocky onto a boat with no life jacket -- 'cause she just posted that she got her little boy a brand new one!

Check out the update on her Instagram Story ... she thanked fans for their concern and admitted she "didn't think about some of the dangers" associated with boating.

She added she hopes this incident makes "other mommies aware of the dangers of certain types of boating without a life vest."

Kourtney Kardashian is in some rough waters with fans after she posted a snap of her 21-month-old son Rocky Thirteen on a boat without a life vest.

Check out the pic ... she's lounging on the back of the vessel with her little one cuddled up in her lap. It's a sweet pic -- but fans can't help but notice Rocky's got no flotation device on all while the boat is in motion!

Just check all the comments -- fans are begging KK to put a life jacket on her bundle of joy ... and in disbelief that she would post such a photo.

8/9 6:25 PM PT -- Seems Blackson pulled a fast one on us. Turns out his son's name isn't Bruce Leroy like he says in the clip -- that's a reference to a character from 1985 action-comedy "The Last Dragon."

He wrote on social media that his son's name is really Mikey ... so, looks like he got us with this one. Chalk it up to the hazards of interviewing a comedian!

Hulk Hogan's daughter thinks the circumstances around his death are kinda suspicious, and she's speaking out about it for the first time.

Brooke Hogan broke her silence Tuesday, revealing her concerns while on radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge's show, saying the news her father was battling leukemia came as a total shock to her. In fact, she says it doesn't make any sense to her.

Brooke told Bubba there's no history of cancer in their family, and she said she was personally by Hulk's side multiple times when he had different surgeries, and would always look over his bloodwork. She's wondering why doctors wouldn't have discovered the leukemia earlier.

Cops say they've still yet to find any signs of suspicious activity surrounding Hulk Hogan's death ... this despite his daughter, Brooke Hogan, saying Tuesday there are aspects of his passing she finds fishy.

The 37-year-old Hogan told Bubba the Love Sponge on his radio show she was skeptical about a few things that came out after the WWE legend died ... namely his leukemia diagnosis.

She wondered why, if he did indeed have it, how did doctors not discover it earlier? She also told the shock jock -- who used to be close friends with her father -- she was curious as to why the medical examiner never got a look at her dad's body.
