Brittany Fortinberry -- the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks -- has a new mug shot.

The 31-year-old Eminence, Indiana ex-teacher is seen wearing an orange jumpsuit and showing more stress from the charges against her, compared to her first mug shot.

According to a Marion County Sheriff's spokesperson, Fortinberry's new mug shot comes after she was briefly transferred from Morgan County jail to Marion County for a legal matter, then sent back to Morgan County.

Xavier Worthy is suing his ex, alleging she abused him and fabricated claims of domestic violence in an effort to "extort a home, money, cars, and other valuables" from him.

The Kansas City Chiefs star filed the lawsuit in Texas on Monday morning ... less than three weeks after he was arrested over Tia Jones' claims that he choked her during a March 7 dispute at their Williamson County home.

Worthy alleged in the docs that he's actually the real victim ... claiming Jones was the one who became violent -- and "extortive" -- after he says he found out in late February that she had cheated on him.

The University of Georgia student whose mug shot went viral last week has been arrested again ... TMZ has learned.

According to police records, obtained by TMZ, Lily Stewart was busted by cops in Georgia early Sunday. According to records, the 20-year-old college student was picked up by cops on charges of obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling.

Both are misdemeanor charges. Lily is still in jail and her bail is set at $4,000.

Prison inmate Charles Miles gave notorious wife-killer Scott Peterson a beating behind bars earlier this month ... and now he's sharing his side of the story.

In an exclusive preview clip obtained by TMZ, Charles tells Court TV via phone call he went into "attack mode" after Scott rammed into him during a game of pickleball. He says Scott "aggressively" sprinted at him with his paddle in hand --allegedly to chase the ball -- and made no effort to avoid him.

This pissed Charles off, who says he "beat him down to the ground" and "beat the hell out of him." Charles says there was a bit of a struggle, but once he overpowered Scott, he climbed on him and started pounding him.

Yella Beezy is in a heap of trouble ... and nowhere is that more evident than in his latest video -- and we don't mean for one of his rap songs.

Check out surveillance footage, obtained by WFAA ... the rapper is escorted into the Dallas County jail's intake section by a number of cops with his hands cuffed behind his back.

The officers bring Yella up to a police desk, where he just stands quietly looking around, showing no emotion.

"Ghost Adventures" star Aaron Goodwin is showing thanks for all the love and support he's getting after cops arrested his estranged wife for an alleged murder-for-hire plot.

Aaron posted about the arrest Friday for the first time since we broke news of her bust, telling his followers ... "Thank you everyone for all the love and support through this emotionally trying time. It has really helped a lot and I appreciate you all."

We broke the story ... Victoria Goodwin was arrested earlier this month and booked on solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges. Cops say she was messaging a Florida inmate about getting out of her marriage with Aaron when she allegedly sent the message "Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce."

Police say Victoria and the inmate -- convicted killer Grant Amato -- earmarked a little more than $11,000 to pay for the hit ... and the alleged plot was only discovered when cops found the inmate's contraband phone, which allegedly contained messages with Victoria.

A Wisconsin teen has an unusual defense for allegedly stabbing his mom to death ... he claims he was inspired to commit the savage crime by the notorious Menendez brothers, who killed their own parents with shotguns.

Racine County prosecutors charged 15-year-old Reed Gelinskey with intentional homicide after the March 4 attack on his mother, Suzanne, in their home in the village of Caledonia, about 20 miles south of Milwaukee. Prosecutors say Reed bashed Suzanne with a dumbbell and stabbed her three times in the chest and twice in the neck, killing her.

According to a criminal complaint, obtained by TMZ, Reed allegedly planned the gruesome murder while watching the shotgun scene in the Menendez brothers' Netflix documentary, "The Menendez Brothers." Reed reportedly referenced the scene that shows the murder of their parents, José and Mary Louise "Kitty" Menendez, when talking to cops.

As you know, Erik and Lyle Menendez wielded shotguns and fatally shot their parents in their Beverly Hills mansion in 1989. After two trials, they were convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole. The brothers are now making a bid to try to get out of prison through resentencing, a commutation or potential parole. They are expected to appear in court for a parole board hearing on June 13.

Trina's husband and "Love & Hip Hop: Miami " costar Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr., AKA Swurv, was recently arrested for battery -- over a punch cops say happened nearly 2 years ago!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained the police report detailing Kearse's March 20 arrest in Miami ... according to the docs, a man claimed he was crossing the street back in July 2023 when Kearse's black Dodge Charger stopped abruptly in front of a stop sign, causing his hand to strike Kearse's trunk.

The man told cops Kearse called out to him over it, but when the guy approached the vehicle to explain the situation, he says Kearse grew irate and aggressive and eventually trailed him to a nearby residence.

Owen Hayes, the college baseball player who cops say beat the crap out of an 84-year-old man at a California bar, is no longer enrolled at his university.

Hayes was playing baseball at The Master's University in Santa Clarita, CA up until this week, when he surrendered to authorities at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station and was booked on a charge of felony assault.

In a statement to TMZ, the school says ... "The individual in question no longer attends The Master's University. The University takes all violations of its standards and biblical convictions seriously."

A woman in Indiana was arrested after she and her two kids allegedly beat up a student ... and, the fight was seemingly caught on shocking video.

Latea Hentz -- a 36-year-old mother -- and her teenage son and daughter are accused of hopping on a school bus to throw hands with an 8th-grade student they claim was bullying the son.

Watch the clip ... the three people in the vid -- identified by local outlets as Hentz, her 17-year-old daughter and her 13-year-old son -- throw punch after punch at this other student. One person in the fray screams at this kid to never touch her son again.

Erik and Lyle Menendez's family members held another rally to support the incarcerated brothers ... and, it touched on many of the same points they've been making in recent months -- and provided another forum to challenge L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.

Family representatives for the Justice for Erik and Lyle Coalition spoke outside Hochman's office in Downtown L.A. According to a press release, the group was set to discuss Hochman's "relentless fixation on the past, as he continues to dismiss who Erik and Lyle are today" ... and, they certainly hit on that.

Before the press conference even began, citizens gathered on the street overlooking the area to show support for the brothers ... bringing signs and wearing shirts calling for justice for Erik and Lyle. One even showed a picture of D.A. Hochman with the words "you're the liar" scrawled across his face.
