Love knows no boundaries -- nor bars -- 'cause Joe Exotic's just tied the knot in prison with fellow inmate Jorge Marquez, who's serving time for immigration-related issues.

The "Tiger King" star spilled the beans on IG Tuesday, sharing a pic with his much-younger hubby, all suited up for the big day, with the caption, "Never been more proud of someone. Meet my husband, Jorge Flores Maldonado."

There were a few congrats, but Joe seemed to anticipate some haters, so he threw in a warning in the comments -- "You know the rules. Be nice or get the 👢👢."

Reps for Karmelo Anthony -- the high schooler accused of killing Austin Metcalf at a track meet earlier this month -- say he's been "forced to evacuate" his Texas home ... over repeated instances of harassment.

Next Generation Action Network -- which has been helping Anthony in his murder case since his April 2 arrest -- claimed Monday the 17-year-old is now in "an undisclosed location" after he and his family have been the targets of "death threats, continued harassment, and physical intimidation."

In announcing Anthony's move, NGAN officials shared some videos and pictures they say show some of the disturbances the family's had to deal with in the wake of the teen's arrest.

Kanye West is claiming he and a now-incarcerated male cousin sexually experimented with each other when they were kids -- an experience he's turned into a new song, believing it contributed to both of their dark paths.

Debuting a new grungy song called "COUSINS" on Monday, Ye sings about stumbling upon adult magazines as a kid, noting the mags he found in his late mother Donda's possession were of the homosexual variety.

Ye says he eventually showed the mags to his cousin and they reenacted the male-on-male kissing scenes ... leading Ye to eventually "suck his d!ck" until the age of 14.

Lil Durk wants the indictment against him dismissed ... arguing prosecutors pointed to a version of a song where Durk allegedly celebrated having Saviay'a Robinson -- Quando Rondo's cousin -- killed, but Durk claims he wasn't involved in decisions over the song.

Here's the deal ... Lil Durk and his lawyer Drew Findling filed the motion Friday -- asking a judge to dismiss the superseding indictment in which Durk is charged with conspiracy and using interstate facilities to assist in the assassination.

Durk's team claims prosecutors pointed to rap lyrics from the song "Wonderful Wayne & Jackie Boy," on which he's featured, where he raps ... "Told me they got an addy (gooo) / Got location (gooo) Green light (go, go, go, go, go) / Look on the news and see your son, You screamin’, 'No, no' (p***y!!!)" as evidence he was involved in the crime.

Ksenia Karelina, the Russian-American ballerina freed from a Russian prison after over a year behind bars, finally touched down back home in L.A. Friday night, greeted by family and friends, including her fiancé, boxer Chris van Heerden, who thanked Trump, and blasted Biden.

"The old administration didn't do nothing for her. We're very thankful for President Trump and the new administration," van Heerden told TMZ Sports moments after Karelina's plane touched down at LAX, and she reunited with family and friends.

Chris says while there were a "handful of people in the old administration that were amazing," he quickly realized DJT was Ksenia's best bet at being released from custody.

Alabama father Jacob Couch has died almost two weeks after he was attacked by a hatchet-wielding maniac who nearly chopped off his head in broad daylight ... at a bus stop!

The 32-year-old died Thursday night after being on life support at University Medical Center Tucson following the horrifying attack in Tucson, Arizona, police confirmed. His sister-in-law Erica Sims told KGUN 9 News that he developed pneumonia and his heart gave out.

His wife, Kristen Couch, remembered him Friday by sharing several throwback photos of them together and heartbreakingly noting she thought they would have "so many more" years together.

It's not every day a University of Massachusetts Boston student gets arrested for allegedly firebombing a Tesla dealership operated by the world's richest man, Elon Musk.

But 19-year-old Owen McIntire has found themselves in this unique place ... after they were apprehended by FBI agents on the UMass Boston campus and made an initial court appearance Friday, the Department of Justice announced.

According to a federal criminal complaint, McIntire was charged with unlawful possession of an unregistered destructive device and malicious damage by fire of any property used in interstate commerce.

Haley Joel Osment revealed his plans to go up to Mammoth Lakes, California for a much-needed vacation days before he was arrested earlier this month ... telling Andy Richter he wanted to give his loving sister a break from him and his dogs.

Here's the deal ... Osment chatted with Richter on his podcast "The Three Questions with Andy Richter" -- and, the two discussed Haley's house burning down in the Eaton Fire during L.A.'s January wildfires.

Two victims killed in the mass shooting at Florida State University have been identified ... one was a food services executive and the other worked in a dining hall.

Robert Morales worked as a dining coordinator at FSU ... his older brother, Ricardo Morales Jr., identified him as one of the shooting victims in a heartfelt social media post.

The other deceased victim was identified as Tiru Chabba ... he was a father of two from South Carolina who worked for Aramark and was on campus during Thursday's mass shooting.

The drummer for The New Pornographers seems to be living up to the name of his rock band ... he's been arrested for allegedly possessing child porn.

Joseph Seiders was taken into custody last week and booked into jail in Riverside County, California for alleged possession of child pornography, annoying/molesting a child, invasion of privacy, and attempted invasion of privacy. Seiders posed for a frowning mugshot with gray stubble on his face.

According to officials ... On April 7, an 11-year-old boy told sheriff's deputies responding to a report of suspicious activity that a man had used his cell phone to record him using the bathroom at a business in Palm Desert, California.

11:53 AM PT -- TMZ has learned "Victim 4" is someone who worked for Diddy, but was not romantically involved with him. We're told the defense argued they wanted that person's name revealed during the trial, so other potential witnesses could come forward with information that might refute the alleged victim's testimony.

Diddy's trial will proceed as scheduled ... 'cause a judge just ruled on his team's motion to delay the trial for two months -- and he's not giving them more time.

The hearing was held in New York City Friday, after Diddy's team accused prosecutors of turning over evidence too slowly ... asking the judge to grant more time so they could comb through all the discovery.

The judge disagreed with Diddy's side ... pointing out the rapper has four law firms representing him who should be able to sort through everything to be ready for the case by the scheduled May 5 start date.

Police say a home connected to Austin Metcalf -- the teenager who lost his life during a stabbing incident at a track meet earlier this month -- was swatted on Thursday.

According to the Frisco Police Department, authorities rushed to a Metcalf family home in Frisco, Texas after receiving a call regarding a gunshot.

An FPD spokesperson, though, said officers on the scene quickly determined it was a swatting call -- aka a hoax aimed to disturb the Metcalfs -- and they left.

Paul Rodriguez won't face consequences for his recent possession arrest ... 'cause the city where he was arrested has decided not to move forward with the case.

The Burbank City Attorney tells TMZ ... the case has been rejected for lack of sufficient evidence.

As we told you ... Paul was arrested for allegedly possessing narcotics in late March, though Rodriguez maintained the drugs weren't his.

Cassie says Diddy is fishing around, demanding she turn over her bank statements and a book she wrote about him ... and she wants a judge to put the kibosh on his legal request.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cassie is trying to get the court to kill a subpoena she claims she was served by Diddy's legal team.

Cassie says Diddy sent her a subpoena March 19 demanding she turn over "all draft memoirs, autobiographies, narratives, diaries, journals or notes ... and any communications about plans to publish or threaten to publish such a document."

Harvey Weinstein and his team just scored a small legal victory ... 'cause he's getting out of Rikers Island -- at least, temporarily.

The disgraced movie producer is headed for Bellevue Hospital after his attorney Imran Ansari and his New York State healthcare and prison consultant Craig Rothfeld successfully petitioned the court to move him because of his deteriorating health.

A judge signed off on the move Thursday ... putting Weinstein into Bellevue pending his hearing -- which is scheduled for April 24 at 2:15 PM ET.

The Menendez Brothers resentencing hearing has ended for the day ... and will not be continued on Friday, as originally scheduled.

The next hearing is scheduled for May 9, and will address the admissibility of a risk assessment report ... and the brothers' defense attorney Mark Geragos is expected to file for L.A. County District Attorney Nathan Hochman to be personally recused from the case. Hochman grew up in Beverly Hills and went to the same high school as the Menendez Bros.

In a news conference after today's hearing, Geragos repeatedly accused the D.A.'s Office -- and specifically Hochman -- of retraumatizing the Menendez family. One family member was reportedly hospitalized after crime scene photos were shown in court on April 11. Bryan Freedman, who represents members of the Menendez family, said he wants to ensure their Marsy's Law rights are respected.
