Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy's recent remarks about his star player's DUI arrest have infuriated Mothers Against Drunk Driving ... who tell TMZ Sports the words were "irresponsible" and "dangerous."

The 56-year-old made the controversial comments at Big 12 Media Day earlier this week ... when he was asked why he didn't suspend Ollie Gordon II following allegations the running back drove while intoxicated in June.

Gundy stated that after he had looked into how many drinks it would take to put a person over Oklahoma's .08 blood alcohol limit ... he seemed to admit he very well may have done the same thing as Gordon throughout the years.

Patrick Mahomes Sr. -- the father of NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes II -- has had yet another run-in with cops ... TMZ Sports has learned he was busted in Texas last month for driving on an invalid license.

According to court documents we obtained ... Mahomes Sr. was ticketed for the offense in Tyler, Texas at around 8:30 PM on June 29 -- less than five months after he was arrested for DWI in the same city.

The docs show Mahomes Sr. was given a warning for disregarding traffic signs in addition to the citation ... indicating he was initially pulled over for a routine violation.

A Los Angeles man is in custody after cops say he was caught on surveillance video dropping a 7-month-old puppy down an apartment staircase.

The clip is horrifying, so watch at your own discretion -- in the video, a shirtless man cops identified as 27-year-old Joeboury Coleman is seen grabbing the dog by the collar, taking it to the stairway railing, and then callously dropping the animal.

Concerned residents at the Koreatown residence alerted the LAPD to videos posted on social media ... leading to his arrest.

Internet personality SteveWillDoIt went to a famous theme park in Florida and then ended up in jail, where cops snapped a funny mug shot.

The YouTube star -- government name Stephen Rocco Deleonardis -- was arrested by the Orlando Police Department on Wednesday afternoon for trespassing ... TMZ has learned.

Orlando Police tell us officers responded to Universal Studios in reference to a trespass call. Cops say theme park security told them Steve was previously removed from the theme park for trespassing back in August and warned not to come back.

7/11 -- 11:30 AM PT -- Christina Fulton released a statement saying, "On April 28th, 2024, around 5:30 pm I received urgent messages from friends of my son, Weston Cage regarding his deteriorating mental state, urging me to come help. When I arrived to offer support and console him, he was already in the midst of a manic rage. Within minutes, I was brutally assaulted and sustained serious injuries."

She continued, "Despite my desperate pleas to the responding Police officers to detain him for a mental health evaluation, the Police officers refused my request and neglected my urgent need for my medical attention. As a mother, I am deeply saddened and concerned about Weston’s on-going mental health crisis. It is imperative that he receives the help he desperately needs."

Weston Cage kicked off his day in police custody ... arrested for allegedly assaulting his mother Christina Fulton.

Brendan DuBois, a best-selling New York Times author and former "Jeopardy!" champ, was arrested Wednesday in New Hampshire on child porn charges.

DuBois turned himself in to authorities Wednesday -- this after the Exeter Police Department executed a search warrant on his home following a joint investigation with the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce which kicked off in March.

DuBois has been hit with 6 felony Class A complaints of possession of child pornography.

9:30 AM PT -- Police just released Gary A. Miles' mug shot and the charges he's facing.

Philly PD says it's booked Miles for indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment.

The Philly man accused of masturbating on a woman's leg inside a Dollar Tree store has surrendered ... after cops, and even rapper Meek Mill, launched a manhunt for him.

An alleged drunk driver in New York careened through a nail salon at top speed ... and, the unbelievable moment was caught on video.

New footage seemingly showing a sleeping bag containing the dead body of Yazmeen Williams has surfaced ... and, it shows how callously at least one person treated her remains.

The horrifying clip shows an individual on a motorized scooter dragging what appears to be a large sleeping bag behind him on the street. According to CBS New York ... it's still unclear if it's the same sleeping bag with Williams' body in it, but they do look alike.

As previously reported, the sleeping bag itself was discovered tied to a dolly cart.

Jose Cuervo is not a friend of a Georgia couple who engaged in some gross margarita shenanigans ... because they've both been busted.

The man -- who tried funneling a drink down the woman's ass -- has been ID'd as Joe Boyett. He, along with Mary Sweat, were arrested for misdemeanor public indecency ... after video of their hijinks went viral.

As if their clowning wasn't bad enough, Mary triggered the arrest after she went to cops and complained someone had leaked the video and it was spreading like wildfire on social media. Up to that point, police were in the dark, but once they saw the video the couple got arrested.

Diddy is going to be indicted any day now ... at least according to an attorney representing one of his alleged sex trafficking victims.

According to the Scottsdale Police Department incident report, Wilson's family members accused the ex-Arizona Cardinals defensive back of flying off the handle at around 5 AM on June 1 at their Scottsdale, Ariz. residence.

Police in Oregon put the case together, piece by piece ... all leading to a massive LEGO bust where a toy store owner's accused of buying LEGOs stolen from his competitors.

Here's the deal ... the Springfield Police Department says a 3-month investigation uncovered evidence Ammon Henrikson, the owner of Brick Builders toy store in Eugene, was knowingly purchasing new, unopened Lego sets that had been stolen from local retail stores.

Cops say a raid on Brick Builders recovered more than $200,000 worth of the stolen toys. In total, police say over 4,000 stolen LEGO sets were found in the store.
