Harvey Weinstein is begging to go back to court for his rape retrial ... mainly because he doesn't think he'll "hold on" much longer behind bars.

The controversial former film producer -- who is set to be retried in New York City after his 2020 sexual assault conviction was overturned last year following an appeal -- pleaded to move up the court date in a Manhattan courthouse Wednesday ... where HW looked worse for wear.

Weinstein, who was wheelchair-bound and frail-looking during the new court appearance, said he doesn't think he'll be able to attend the current April 15 start date ... as he doesn't think he can survive his incarceration on Rikers Island.

A wild shootout between a Michigan homeowner and armed intruders ended with three people injured by gunfire -- and the violence was all caught on video.

The drama unfolded last weekend at the Dearborn Heights home of Benjamin Nevers as he was sleeping in bed with his girlfriend -- and two suspects broke in through a kitchen window, according to Fox 2 Detroit.

Nevers reportedly woke up and saw the suspects on a security camera walking around the house, while his buddy was resting in the living room.

An unprecedented snowstorm in the Florida panhandle proved to be a positive experience for a group of incarcerated individuals ... who turned their prison yard time into a full-on snowball fight.

Check it out ... prisoners are seen whipping a number of snowy balls at one another, some even bringing the sleet inside the prison walls. The men playfully toss the slush at their fellow inmates, skillfully ducking and diving behind tables and other fixtures to dodge the onslaught of snow.

Though a few of the inmates wind up flat on their backs from the slippage caused by the snowballs, the prisoners appear unbothered ... continuing to enjoy themselves amid the region's unseasonably cold weather.

Philadelphia Eagles fans hardly behaved in the aftermath of the team's big NFC Championship Game victory ... police say they had to make multiple arrests and issue several citations amid the parties that followed the Birds' win over the Commanders.

The Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement on Monday two men -- Jose Moya and Eugene Dennis -- were thrown behind bars over allegations they assaulted police officers who were working NFCCG detail. The Dept. added another man -- Tramayne Davis-Blockson -- was placed into custody for allegedly stabbing someone in the leg following a verbal altercation.

Thirty-one others, cops say, were issued citations for disorderly conduct or failure to disperse.

TMZ Sports has obtained the mug shot of the woman who was accused of killing Minnesota Vikings cornerback Khyree Jackson and two of his friends in a car crash last July.

As we previously reported, Cori Clingman was arrested on Thursday after allegedly striking Jackson's Dodge Charger with her Infiniti Q50 while attempting to change lanes at a high rate of speed on July 6, 2024, according to the Prince George's County State's Attorney's Office.

Officials said Clingman's vehicle forced Jackson's car to run off the road and hit several trees.

Solomon Henderson, 17, who fatally shot a 16-year-old student and injured two others at Antioch High School in Nashville -- posed for a picture mimicking the dead German Nazi leader, which is downright chilling considering Henderson's age and his vicious crimes.

Police say they are investigating an expansive online manifesto purportedly written by Henderson to determine his motive. The massive document includes statements such as “race mixing” and “take revenge," as well as Hitler references and notations about previous school shootings.

The British man who pleaded guilty this week to murdering 3 little girls in an attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the UK last year has just been sentenced to 52 years in prison.

18-year-old Axel Rudakubana walked into a dance studio last summer and attacked children inside with a knife, killing 3 girls -- a 6-year-old, a 7-year-old, and a 9-year-old -- and injuring 10 others. He was arrested at the scene, still holding the kitchen knife he used.

Rudakubana -- who was 17 at the time of the attack -- was charged with murder and attempted murder, as well as producing poison, and possession of an Al-Qaeda training manual ... the poison and the manual were found in his home after the attack. He pleaded not guilty in December, but changed his plea to guilty on the first day of his trial Monday.
