9:56 AM PT -- Yella Beezy's lawyers, Toby Shock and John F. Gussio, are now speaking out about the case, telling TMZ ... they attended a court hearing today with Yella and, during the proceeding, the prosecutor entered the shooting video into evidence and introduced a couple of new arrest affidavits for codefendants. The prosecutors also asked the court to allow a witness to testify that Yella was one of the key people who allegedly supplied money to the accused shooter, Kewon White, to do the hit on Mo3.

The attorneys also said they were "gratified" the judge lowered Yella's bail to $750,000 from $2 million, citing a lack of evidence against him and other factors. They summed it up by saying ... "We look forward to fighting the case in court — Yella denies the charges."

Video of rapper Mo3's shooting death is surfacing for the first time ... and you see him being chased down in broad daylight by a hitman.

Prosecutors in Texas just released footage of Mo3's November 2020 killing, and the video picks up with Mo3 stopping his car in the middle of Interstate 35 in Dallas ... getting out of his ride and running for his life.

The masked gunman stops his car a few yards in front of Mo3 ... and with traffic whizzing by, both men get out and start running down I-35.

A mock jury of 12 people heard evidence for and against Diddy and voted his fate ... and the results may surprise you.

Former MMA fighter Sean Loeffler has been sentenced to five years of supervised probation and a $5,000 fine after pleading guilty to a third degree sexual abuse charge in Oregon.

A Lincoln County judge also sentenced him to five years' bench probation for an interception of communications offense. FYI ... bench probation means the court will monitor him, rather than a probation officer.

The once-promising athlete received his sentence Wednesday afternoon after pleading guilty to sexual abuse and interception of communications misdemeanors Monday.

Brittany Fortinberry -- the Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing children by allegedly asking them to gangbang her while wearing "Scream" masks -- has been ordered to stay the hell away from the alleged victims in her case.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Fortinberry's prohibited from having direct or indirect contact with one of the underage boys involved in the case and she can't go to his house, school or work. If she sees him in public, she has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away.

Prosecutors say the court also issued an order prohibiting Brittany "from having any direct, or indirect, contact with our victims."

Former Duke football player Brandon Braxton was charged with first-degree murder in connection with the July 2024 death of a North Carolina real estate agent -- with investigators saying he owned up to committing the crime.

Braxton was charged last Thursday with the murder of Charlotte-based realtor Whitney Hurd -- eight months after she was found dead inside her townhome.

According to the New York Post, the former wide receiver confessed to the act while being held at the sheriff's department after being arrested for trespassing -- one of his seven arrests following the murder.

Houston rapper Sauce Walka is grappling with mixed emotions after narrowly escaping a deadly shooting in Memphis on Saturday that claimed the life of his friend and artist Sayso P.

Sauce's attorney, Carl A. Moore, tells TMZ ... the rapper is mourning the loss of his friend but is grateful to be alive.

We're told the "Check Please" rapper has been released from the hospital after being treated for gunshot wounds to the leg ... and is on a "long road to recovery" but "is gaining strength daily."

Luke Rockhold believes it's a serious injustice that Cain Velasquez is back behind bars ... and now, he's urging Donald Trump to step in and help remedy the issue.

Rockhold told TMZ Sports on Tuesday he believes Velasquez's attempt to seriously hurt Harry Goularte on a Northern California roadway back in February 2022 was "somewhat justified" -- as the MMA legend believed the man had molested one of CV's close relatives.

Victoria Goodwin was in a Las Vegas courtroom Tuesday for a preliminary hearing ... she's facing two charges -- solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Victoria's wearing jail scrubs and talking to her attorney, with her hands cuffed to a chain around her waist. She agrees to the judge's question about returning to court in 2 weeks.

TMZ broke the story ... Victoria was arrested earlier this month after police said she hatched a plan to kill Aaron while he was filming his show with Zak Bagans ... as a way to get out of her marriage.

The new Karen Read documentary series -- giving a BTS look at her first trial and her preparation for the retrial in the death of her boyfriend, Boston police officer John O'Keefe -- is blowing up ... but TMZ’s learned they won’t be rolling the cameras for her upcoming retrial.

The ID team stopped filming with Karen a few days after the first trial wrapped last summer, catching the aftermath, and then they did follow-ups in August ... but none of those included Karen -- and that's the extent of it.

Houston rapper Sauce Walka narrowly dodged a brush with death in Memphis Saturday when several gunmen hopped out of a car and opened fire ... new surveillance footage obtained by TMZ Hip Hop shows.

His Memphis-born artist, Sayso P, was said to be the intended target by police and was gunned down at the scene.

In the new camera angle, a black suburban SUV can be seen parked in front of the hotel where Sauce, Sayso P, and crew were staying for the night.

Diddy won a small victory in court today when a judge tossed a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer accusing him of sexual assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed five of the nine claims Rodney Jones made against Diddy ... including RICO claims, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract claims.

The court also dismissed a Trafficking Victims Protection Act claim against Diddy's company, Combs Global.

Israeli settlers have reportedly attacked one of the Palestinian directors of the Oscar-winning film "No Other Land," and Israeli soldiers have taken him ... according to one of his Israeli co-directors.

Hamdan Ballal was beaten Monday in the West Bank, according to Yuval Abraham, who worked with him on "No Other Land."

Yuval posted on X ... "a group of settlers just lynched Hamdan" ... adding, "They beat him and he has injuries in his head and stomach, bleeding."

6/9 1:40 PM PT -- Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office dismissed the case against Mark Morrison.

1:42 PM PT -- Mark Morrison’s attorney is calling the heated altercation between the singer and restaurant management "a racially charged confrontation."

Rick King, Morrison's attorney, tells TMZ ... the alleged shove was sparked by a dispute over an unpaid entertainment fee. King goes on to say, "However, it is important to acknowledge that this altercation between Mr. Morrison and the male employee of the Le Bar à Vin, Nicola Lavacca, arose in the context of a racially charged confrontation. At this time, Mr. Morrison and legal counsel are working diligently to ensure that the facts of the case are fully understood and appropriately addressed."

The attorney says Morrison is fully cooperating with authorities, and is confident that the investigation will clear up the situation and vindicate him from any wrongdoing. For now, Morrison is asking the public to withhold judgment until all the facts are presented.

"Return of the Mack" singer Mark Morrison got busted on a battery charge in Florida ... after allegedly striking the general manager of a swanky restaurant.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Morrison stormed into Le Bar à Vin in Palm Beach on Saturday evening ... and started yelling and cursing at the venue's general manager. It seems Morrison was upset over an event he started planning with the venue on Friday.

Cops say witnesses told officers the situation escalated to the point Morrison allegedly pushed the manager in his upper body. Nicola Lavacca, the manager, did not fight back.

The L.A.-area home once owned by attorney Robert Kardashian -- where O.J. Simpson laid low before his '94 arrest -- has officially been sold.

The new owners of the 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom Encino home dropped a hefty $5.1 million after comedian Russell Peters listed it in late December.

Peters, who picked up the legendary place for $5.6M back in 2017, was initially hoping to nab $5.995M for it.
