Shia LaBeouf is going through it this week following an alleged drunken fight and arrest in New Orleans -- and that's on top of a split from his wife Mia Goth ... a source tells TMZ the couple has been separated for about a year.

And Page Six reports Shia moved to New Orleans after the separation to be closer to family. His time Down South has not been smooth, as he's now dealing with the aftermath of a savage beatdown and subsequent arrest early this morning.

Meanwhile, we got a picture of Mia heading into a private gym in L.A. today. She went incognito for her first public outing since news of their split broke, opting to wear a New York Giants cap and sunglasses on the overcast winter day.

We're told Lamar is "doing really good" and "feeling amazing."

Olympian Fred Kerley Battery Case Dropped ... Lawyer Confirms

The battery charge against two-time Olympic medalist Fred Kerley was dropped on Tuesday, according to his lawyer, who tells TMZ Sports that prosecutors did the right thing.

Kerley, 30, shared the news on his Instagram after appearing in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida court with his lawyer, Richard L. Cooper.

"Pressure built me, it didn’t break me. Case dismissed. Victory secured," Kerley said in an IG caption.

The new owner of Jeffrey Epstein's notorious Zorro Ranch in New Mexico is speaking out, claiming the property was never visited by police, and he says he welcomes any investigation ... after allegations women and girls were sex trafficked there for years.

Don Huffines — a wealthy Texas businessman and former Republican state senator with ties to MAGA — posted a message on X Monday night, saying he and his family purchased the ranch in 2024 and "maintained an open line of communication with local authorities."

However, law enforcement never requested access to the Santa Fe property even though Epstein was accused of sex trafficking and sexually assaulting women and girls there when he was alive, according to Huffines. There was also talk about bodies being buried on the property ... but that was never proven.

An attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is promising to cough up a $100K reward to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in Arizona's Nancy Guthrie case.

Attorney Michael Hupy -- a prominent personal injury attorney lawyer, and president of Milwaukee Crime Stoppers -- announced the $100,000 would be offered through Crime Stoppers ... which allows tipsters to remain anonymous.

He told local channel WITI-TV he feels the anonymity may encourage people to come forward, and Crime Stoppers is the "perfect place to do it."

The Pima County Sheriff's Department in Tucson initially announced a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest ... while the FBI's original offer was $50,000. The FBI announced Thursday the new reward was upped to $100,000.

Cheer Mom History of Custody Issues Preceded Apparent Murder-Suicide

Tawnia McGeehan -- the mom who allegedly killed her young daughter Addi Smith and then herself in a Las Vegas hotel room over the weekend -- had a custody battle for her daughter, which lasted 9 years ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The papers show multiple instances where Tawnia was accused of custodial interference, but the charges were later dismissed.

In the original temporary orders from 2015, Tawnia and her ex, Bradley Smith, agreed that Addi would live with Tawnia as her primary residence, but that Bradley was to be granted parent time and joint custody.

R. Kelly Lands In Solitary Confinement ... During Prison Probe

R. Kelly is under investigation for possessing a retired warden's phone number at his federal lockup in North Carolina ... and he's been placed in isolation for the duration of a probe of the incident, according to his lawyer.

Kelly's attorney, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ ... the R&B singer's problems began when he got involved in a mentor program to help guide other inmates, which was overseen by the warden at FCI Butner Medium 1.

Recently, the warden retired ... but before he left, he gave Kelly his cell phone number in case the convicted felon needed to reach out to him to seek advice about the mentor program.

In one of the uncovered messages, Epstein sends an email asking about his "trumpet plants at nursery."

For background ... Angel's Trumpet plants are extremely toxic and produce a drug called scopolamine, which is known to basically turn humans into zombies, wiping them of memory and eliminating their free will. Severe intoxication reportedly may even cause paralysis and death.

Even more alarming, scopolamine reportedly doesn't show up on toxicology reports.

Nancy Guthrie Investigation Family Members Cleared in Case

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has just confirmed all of Nancy Guthrie's family members have been cleared as possible suspects in her disappearance.

Nanos released a statement Monday, saying, "To be clear ... the Guthrie family -- to include all siblings and spouses -- has been cleared as possible suspects in this case. The family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case."

He continued ... "To suggest otherwise is not only wrong, it is cruel. The Guthrie family are victims plain and simple."

TMZ has received a 4th email from the man claiming to know who kidnapped Nancy Guthrie and where she is ... and we have a proposition for that person.

The email -- with the same bitcoin account as the other 3 notes -- says in part, "I know what I saw 5 days ago south of the border and I was told to shut up so I know who he is and that was definitely Nancy with them."

This is the second reference he's made to there being more than one person involved in the purported abduction. In the third letter, received by TMZ on Friday, he said, "... be prepared to go International."

Nancy Guthrie Landscaper Shows Up at House as Search Continues

Even with Nancy Guthrie still missing, life at her Tucson, Arizona home hasn’t completely stopped ... a landscaper was just spotted showing up and getting straight to work.

A KNXV-TV journalist captured video of the worker pulling up this morning, grabbing tools from his trunk, and heading into the backyard ... walking right past a marked police car, apparently getting the green light despite the ongoing kidnapping investigation.

It’s not the first time routine maintenance has continued either ... pool cleaners were also seen at the home last week, and while it initially raised questions, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told TMZ the family specifically requested the service to keep things maintained.

Ronnie Hickman Jumped By 4 Men At New York City Hotel ... Transported to Hospital

Cleveland Browns safety Ronnie Hickman was jumped by four people at a Manhattan hotel early Monday morning ... but thankfully, despite being hospitalized, he only suffered minor injuries.

The incident occurred around 4:30 AM at the SIXTY LES in the Lower East Side, where the DB was approached by a group of men who apparently realized he played in the NFL.

The confrontation quickly escalated into a physical altercation, sparking a brawl in the hotel lobby. The suspects took off, leaving Hickman with injuries that required a trip to the hospital

The Browns said he was treated for minor injuries and is now resting at home with his family.

Nancy Guthrie Kidnapping Investigators Eye Botched Burglary ... According To New Report

10:09 AM PT -- The Pima County Sheriff's Department disputed the report, saying ... "PCSD has never stated that this was a burglary gone wrong. Any reports indicating otherwise are inaccurate. This remains a very active investigation."

There’s a major new development in the Nancy Guthrie case ... authorities now reportedly believe her kidnapping may have stemmed from a burglary gone wrong.

According to AZFamily, citing an inside source, Savannah Guthrie's mother is believed to have been abducted during a botched home invasion -- instead of a carefully planned abduction.

What's more ... the source also tells the outlet there is belief among investigators that Nancy could be alive.

The theory comes on the heels of the FBI's announcement that DNA was recovered from a glove found near the scene ... the glove appears to visually match the gloves worn by the alleged perpetrator. As you know, the masked intruder was caught on a doorbell camera lurking around Nancy's home just before she was abducted on February 1.

NFL's Marshon Lattimore Told Cops He Didn't Have Gun In His Car ... Prior To Weapons Arrest

TMZ Sports has obtained the body-worn camera footage from the January arrest of Commanders CB Marshon Lattimore ... and it shows the NFL vet telling cops he had no weapons in his car, before a search revealed otherwise.

Police initially pulled over the car -- owned by Lattimore and driven by a female acquaintance -- for a minor traffic violation. When they ran the plates, they were expired, according to law enforcement.

Before returning to his patrol car to begin writing up the citations, the officer asked if there were any guns or knives in the car.
