Republican Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert's son Tyler is facing a new charge of child abuse after his 2-year-old son went wandering out of the house ... TMZ has learned.

This is the second time Tyler, 20, is in trouble with the law after his son got loose ... he was slapped with a similar citation last year.

A watch commander at the Windsor Police Department in Colorado confirmed the latest incident ... and Tyler was cited on a misdemeanor charge of child abuse without injury.

Crystal Hefner and her attorney, Gloria Allred, announced Tuesday they believe Hef's sex diary contains around 3,000 photos of women -- some possibly underage -- before, during and after sex.

Hugh is famous for his Playboy Magazine empire, but Crystal and Gloria says the scrapbooks are personal nudes and not photos that were ever shown in Playboy. They say Hef's alleged sex diary dates back to the 1960s ... with names of sexual partners matched with sex acts.

The FBI came up dry on its DNA test of the glove found 2 miles from Nancy Guthrie's home, but TMZ has learned the agency is now doing genealogy testing, which has become a powerful tool in catching criminals.

The DNA on the glove did not get a hit from CODIS -- the database that profiles nearly 27 million people convicted of various crimes -- but genealogy testing is far broader. They're also analyzing DNA evidence found at Nancy's house.

The big companies -- 23andMe and Ancestry.com -- do not cooperate with law enforcement for privacy reasons. But smaller companies work with law enforcement, so it's another avenue for the FBI to pursue.

Pop star Addison Rae’s dad was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Monty Lopez -- birth name Manolito Juan Lopez -- was arrested on July 27, 2025.

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana accused him of "exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive." The incident allegedly occurred nearly a year earlier, on August 31, 2024.

Don Huffines — a wealthy Texas businessman and former Republican state senator with ties to MAGA — posted a message on X Monday night, saying he and his family purchased the ranch in 2024 and "maintained an open line of communication with local authorities."

However, law enforcement never requested access to the Santa Fe property even though Epstein was accused of sex trafficking and sexually assaulting women and girls there when he was alive, according to Huffines. There was also talk about bodies being buried on the property ... but that was never proven.

An attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is promising to cough up a $100K reward to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in Arizona's Nancy Guthrie case.

Attorney Michael Hupy -- a prominent personal injury attorney lawyer, and president of Milwaukee Crime Stoppers -- announced the $100,000 would be offered through Crime Stoppers ... which allows tipsters to remain anonymous.

He told local channel WITI-TV he feels the anonymity may encourage people to come forward, and Crime Stoppers is the "perfect place to do it."

The Pima County Sheriff's Department in Tucson initially announced a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest ... while the FBI's original offer was $50,000. The FBI announced Thursday the new reward was upped to $100,000.

Tawnia McGeehan -- the mom who allegedly killed her young daughter Addi Smith and then herself in a Las Vegas hotel room over the weekend -- had a custody battle for her daughter, which lasted 9 years ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The papers show multiple instances where Tawnia was accused of custodial interference, but the charges were later dismissed.

In the original temporary orders from 2015, Tawnia and her ex, Bradley Smith, agreed that Addi would live with Tawnia as her primary residence, but that Bradley was to be granted parent time and joint custody.

R. Kelly Lands In Solitary Confinement ... During Prison Probe

Kelly's attorney, Beau Brindley, tells TMZ ... the R&B singer's problems began when he got involved in a mentor program to help guide other inmates, which was overseen by the warden at FCI Butner Medium 1.

Recently, the warden retired ... but before he left, he gave Kelly his cell phone number in case the convicted felon needed to reach out to him to seek advice about the mentor program.

In one of the uncovered messages, Epstein sends an email asking about his "trumpet plants at nursery."

For background ... Angel's Trumpet plants are extremely toxic and produce a drug called scopolamine, which is known to basically turn humans into zombies, wiping them of memory and eliminating their free will. Severe intoxication reportedly may even cause paralysis and death.

Even more alarming, scopolamine reportedly doesn't show up on toxicology reports.

Nancy Guthrie Investigation Family Members Cleared in Case

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has just confirmed all of Nancy Guthrie's family members have been cleared as possible suspects in her disappearance.

Nanos released a statement Monday, saying, "To be clear ... the Guthrie family -- to include all siblings and spouses -- has been cleared as possible suspects in this case. The family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case."

He continued ... "To suggest otherwise is not only wrong, it is cruel. The Guthrie family are victims plain and simple."

TMZ has received a 4th email from the man claiming to know who kidnapped Nancy Guthrie and where she is ... and we have a proposition for that person.

The email -- with the same bitcoin account as the other 3 notes -- says in part, "I know what I saw 5 days ago south of the border and I was told to shut up so I know who he is and that was definitely Nancy with them."

This is the second reference he's made to there being more than one person involved in the purported abduction. In the third letter, received by TMZ on Friday, he said, "... be prepared to go International."
