A gaudy Palm Springs pool party went from bottles popping to bottles flying ... leaving nine people injured and seven rushed to the emergency room after The Chainsmokers played a set.

The chaos erupted early Sunday during Splash House's "After Hours" event at the Palm Springs Air Museum.

Palm Springs Police say officers working the festival were alerted to an assault around 1:37 AM ... after a dispute broke out and escalated into bottles being hurled into the crowd.

Police say nine partygoers who had nothing to do with the original altercation were injured ... with some getting cut by broken glass.

Courtney Clenney appeared in court Monday in the killing of her boyfriend Christian Obumseli ... accepting a deal that will put her back on the street far sooner than a murder conviction could have.

The former OnlyFans star was sentenced to 6 years in prison for pleading guilty to manslaughter ... but she'll receive credit for the 4 years she's already served -- and with additional credits, she could be released in a little over a year and a half.

After the sentencing was announced, Clenney became teary-eyed as she listened to the Obumseli family deliver a statement. They said the plea may close the legal case, but it does nothing to end their grief -- with Christian's mother declaring, "No sentence, no plea can bring back my son to me."

She urged the public not to remember Christian merely as a name tied to a criminal case ... but as a beloved son, brother and friend whose life and future were ripped away.

David Charette is a Florida man who shouldn't be around cats ... because he allegedly killed some in a cruel way, using a blow dryer and a rag soaked in bleach. 

Those are the ugly allegations Charette is now facing -- and more -- from the Lee County Sheriff's Office. On Thursday, Charette was arrested and booked in the Lee County jail for aggravated animal cruelty on $100,000 bail.

Police body cam video shows officers checking on one of the kittens, then Charette being placed in the back of a squad car.

According to police, deputies arrived at Charette's Fort Myers home after getting a tip that someone was hitting and drowning a 2-month-old kitten named Luna.

Influencer Ash Trevino Allegedly Had Relationships With 50-75 Inmates

Prosecutors say influencer Ash Trevino had relationships with over 50 inmates -- including ones in prison for aggravated robbery and murder -- over the past several years ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Texas prosecutors in connection with her welfare fraud case. In the docs, they claim Ash engaged in relationships with approximately “50-75 inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.”

Prosecutors added that the inmates were "currently incarcerated for various violent offenses including but not limited to aggravated robbery and murder.”

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the famous mother and son duo -- the bloodline of Mafia boss John Gotti -- is waiting to hear back from a surgeon today to see when Victoria can be fit in for surgery. It does not look like it's going to happen by Monday, which is Carmine's surrender date ... but they don't have a final answer yet.

A judge said this week if Victoria has the surgery before or on Monday, Carmine's surrender date will be pushed until Sept. 18.

As we reported, Carmine is due to serve 15 months in prison after pleading guilty in September 2024 to wire fraud involving about $1.1 million in COVID-19 relief loans.

Baldwin County Assistant D.A. John Oxford tells TMZ ... Andrew is taking part in random drug testing known as "color code drug testing." Basically, we're told Andrew is assigned a color by the court, and he's supposed to call a hotline every day. If he calls the hotline and his color is read out, he has to report that day for a drug test.

Oxford says Andrew didn't show up for his drug test on a day his color was called ... so he was tested for drugs at his court appearance Thursday ... and it came back positive.

12:18 PM PT -- Taylor Frankie Paul had her felony assault conviction from three years ago knocked down to a misdemeanor after prosecutors and the judge agreed she followed all stipulated conditions for the case to be reclassified.

TFP is due back in court today for a review of her felony assault case involving ex Dakota Mortenson ... and if all goes well for the reality star, the charge will be knocked down to a misdemeanor ... and we'll be streaming live.

Here's the deal ... "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star pleaded guilty to third-degree aggravated assault back in August 2023 stemming from a viral fight between herself and Dakota where she hit him and threw metal stools ... one of which hit her child.

Basically, in the plea deal she cut, other charges were dismissed ... and just as important, if she could behave herself and follow all the conditions set for three years, a judge could knock it down to a misdemeanor.

Well, today's the day ... and Taylor will be there, either in person or over Zoom.

Harvey Weinstein's lawyers are asking the highest court in California to look into whether his Constitutional rights were violated by prosecutors using pre-recorded video testimony as evidence at his trial.

The disgraced producer's legal team filed a petition with the California Supreme Court earlier this week, asking the court to consider whether testimony provided by Pascal Vicedomini via a pre-recorded Zoom call violated Weinstein's right to confront witnesses against him under the 6th Amendment to the Constitution.

Weinstein's side claims face-to-face confrontation allows the jury to base the reliability of the witness on body language and other factors ... which can't really be replicated in a pre-recorded video.

The influencer tells TMZ ... he thinks he was he was jailed over something petty and believes the alleged victim in his battery case is using his name for money and clout.

Shamar completely denies doing anything wrong during the alleged November 2024 incident and says he plans to plead not guilty. He insists he had nothing to do with the fight and claims people drag him into situations because of his social media fame.

He claims he didn't know the alleged victim, Quentin McDowell, before that night and insists he'd never been involved in any previous incident with him.

According to the arrest report from the Pembroke Pines Police Department, Bailey and a woman named Karina Manderson were drinking at Round1 inside Pembroke Lakes Mall before midnight on July 26 ... when cops say the pair started having sex right at the bar.

Police say surveillance footage showed Manderson bent over the bar with Bailey behind her ... and a witness told cops she saw them having intercourse before telling them to knock it off.

Alleged Pennsylvania Pedophile Hit With Thousands of Felony Charges

A Pennsylvania man accused of raping an underage girl is facing 5,538 criminal charges ... and prosecutors say it may be a record number of charges for one case.

According to court records, 37-year-old Nicholas Allen Spencer was charged with a truckload of mostly felony offenses, including rape, rape threats, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, forcible compulsion, threat of forcible compulsion, and on and on. Prosecutors say the alleged victim told police Spencer raped her almost daily for several years until a friend convinced her to report the abuse to authorities.

Almost 4,000 of the charges are FELONIES.

Tami Fees, Clearfield County Deputy District Attorney, tells TMZ ... the eye-popping amount of charges is "probably our largest case ever" in the county and the same likely holds true for the entire state of Pennsylvania.

LaTisha Collier didn't love being locked up ... and she's already back on the streets after filing an appeal in her forgery case, TMZ has learned.

According to Scott County Jail's inmate records, LaTisha was released from prison Wednesday morning ... and she'll be out until a decision's made about her appeal.
