Bryan Kohberger will get his day in court again ... because a judge has set two court hearings in response to the convicted killer wanting to withdraw his guilty plea.
Judge Steven Hippler -- the very same judge who accepted Kohberger's guilty plea last year -- set a status conference in the matter for June 3, 2027, and an evidentiary hearing on June 17.
Prosecutors asked the judge to dismiss Kohberger's filing without a hearing ... but they didn't get their wish.
Florida Man Arrested Allegedly Poured Meth into Baby's Sippy Cup
A Florida man was arrested for allegedly pouring methamphetamine into a 1-year-old child's sippy cup ... and the child ingested the drugs, overdosed, and was taken to a hospital in critical condition ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told the alleged incident went down in February, and doctors treated the child, who survived and was then placed in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.
46-year-old Mark Windham was arrested Saturday and charged with child neglect causing great bodily harm and possession of drug paraphernalia with residue ... the Nassau County Sheriff's Office announced.
NCSO previously announced that the child's parents and two other residents in the Callahan home where the alleged incident took place were arrested ... they were identified as Hayden Simmons, Damien Windham, Erica Foley, and Judith Addison

A Rutgers University dean seemingly graduated from Biological Sciences to a degree in perversion ... because prosecutors say he was caught filming upskirt videos.
The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General said Tuesday that Joshua Kohut, the dean of research at Rutgers' School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, was hit with a single charge of invasion of privacy for allegedly shooting his videos with a cell phone camera.
Attorney General Jennifer Davenport said Kohut used his "mobile phone to record 'upskirt' videos without his victim's knowledge."

The U.S. Marshals posted a photo on X showing two of their officers taking the alleged Chucky wannabe into custody after learning that he was reportedly hiding out in an apartment complex in southeast Vegas. The officers conducted surveillance inside the complex to locate Hughes and then moved in to arrest him without incident.

The Vanity Fair reporter who went viral for her unsettling grin and wink during the Lindsay Clancy murder trial has to find something new to smile about ... because the outlet has called off the essay from her they planned on running.
A spokesperson for VF's parent company, Condé Nast, tells TMZ ... "We were interested in the prospect of a personal essay by Brittany Romano about her experience growing up with Lindsay Clancy. Yesterday, after clear conflicts with our editorial standards and processes, we informed Romano that we were not moving forward with her essay and informed the court that she is no longer credentialed by Vanity Fair."
Romano went viral on Monday, when a camera panning the courtroom caught her in the front row of the gallery ... she mugged for the camera, with a super creepy smile ... and even freaking winked.

Three juveniles and an 18-year-old are in a heap of legal trouble after going on a joyride in a stolen SUV and crashing into another vehicle, killing a grandmother and her longtime partner, according to New Jersey prosecutors and media reports.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office tells TMZ ... Nayshaun Brown, 18, and his three juvenile cohorts allegedly stole the SUV last Saturday morning and took it for a spin in Mays Landing, NJ. NJ.com reported that the four were trying to elude police at the time of the crash.
Prosecutors say the suspects got into a head-on collision with another vehicle carrying Robert Barr Jr., 54, and Alice Stilwell, 67, both of whom died. Stilwell was reportedly a grandmother who was Barr's "long term partner."

Lindsay Clancy Judge Says No to Mistrial Bid
Lindsay Clancy will not be getting a mistrial ... after the judge shot down her defense team's request Monday following controversial testimony about religion.
The drama unfolded during testimony from forensic psychologist Dr. Kirk Heilbrun, who brought up Clancy's belief that she and her children would be together in heaven ... and referenced Catholic teachings on suicide being a "mortal sin."
Clancy's attorney immediately objected and asked for a mistrial, calling the testimony "over the top ... talking about religion, talking about heaven, talking about killing people and the impact it would have on Lindsay as well as her children."
But Judge William Sullivan said no dice.
