Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is in the crosshairs of prosecutors who want to charge him with involuntary manslaughter, and they're putting the squeeze on one of Nick's friends to turn on him ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say authorities believe Nick's alleged crime is arranging to get drugs for Bobbi Kristina the day she almost drowned in her bathtub.

We know Nick claims both he and Bobbi did drugs that morning, and now sources tell us there was nothing intravenously injected.

The autopsy is not helping authorities make their case -- it showed no obvious signs of foul play and the toxicology reports will only determine if she was under the influence and not who supplied the drugs.

The key for prosecutors is the third person in Bobbi Kristina's home that day -- Max Lomas, who's currently being prosecuted in Georgia for 2 drug-related felonies, not connected to Bobbi Kristina.

Lomas' case has lingered for nearly 6 months, and one source familiar with the case tells us, authorities are interested in offering Lomas a deal -- probation on the drug charges and immunity in the Bobbi Kristina case in return for spilling all the details of what happened in her house.

We're told prosecutors believe Nick had reason to know Bobbi Kristina had a drug problem and also knew she would indulge to the point of losing consciousness, yet he helped her get and use drugs and then left her in harm's way.

Bobbi Kristina got extremely drunk the night before her mom died, fell asleep in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and flooded the room ... and it could be critical evidence in the homicide investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Bobbi was partying with Whitney Houston at the Beverly Hilton bar and got drunk and unruly. Bobbi Kristina went up to her room, drew a bath and fell asleep in the tub ... intoxicated. By the time she woke up there was water everywhere.

Sources tell TMZ, attorney Jose Baez, who reps Bobbi's BF Nick Gordon, knows about the incident and will use it to convince prosecutors Nick did nothing wrong ... that she simply took too many drugs and did the same thing she did at the hotel with fatal results.

We've also learned the night Whitney Houston was found dead in her tub, Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital for acute alcohol poisoning. Whitney's PR team said it was for exhaustion, but law enforcement tells us it was excessive alcohol consumption.

It's relevant especially in light of the Medical Examiner's preliminary autopsy report, which reveals no obvious evidence of foul play.

Bill Cosby got the Quaaludes he used to drug women from a gynecologist.

The info was just made public by the Washington Post, which got hold of previously sealed documents in the sexual assault lawsuit filed by Andrea Constand.

Cosby says he got 7 scripts for the drug, which was prescribed under the pretense of a bad back.

A lawyer who worked for the gyno, who died 13 years ago, says the doctor was unscrupulous and was the go-to doc for the rich and famous when it came to prescribing recreational drugs.

But according to court docs, the gynecologist almost came to blows with Cosby when he found out about Tamara Green, one of the women who accused Cosby of sexual assault. He warned the comedian never to do it again.

John Stamos is still a fighter after completing a sting in rehab for substance abuse.

John spent 30-days in a live-in facility after his DUI arrest in Bev Hills last month. As we reported, we were told he had substance abuse issues that developed over a substantial period of time.

Stamos was so messed up when he was arrested he was rushed to the hospital.

It looks like rehab did him good. Welcome back, John.

Deryck Whibley and Sum 41 were back together this week for the first time in a while, but the real story is how good he looked ... a year after nearly drinking himself to death.

The band got back together for a performance at the Alternative Press Music Awards in Ohio after taking a break so Whibley, who almost died in 2014 from alcohol abuse, could deal with his issues.

Whibley was actually placed in a coma for a week so his body could detox.

Deryck says he still has trouble walking and is still undergoing extensive physical therapy.

Seems like it's working.

Flavor Flav’s DUI is way more alarming that anyone thought, because we've learned he was allegedly under the influence of cocaine ... the drug that almost ruined his life.

Flav was busted back in May for speeding on a Vegas freeway. Cops saw an open Heineken bottle in the center console, and he admitted he had smoked pot "not too long ago." The admission was necessary because the car reeked of weed.

But it got a lot worse when an EMT took his blood at the station ... revealing there was cocaine in his system.

Flav lost his fortune in the '80s after blowing more than $5 million on coke. He said he was spending $2,600 a day for 6 years straight on cocaine.

Very sad.

10:00 AM PT -- Wayne's camp denies he was smoking in flight. They say they were told the plane turned around for mechanical problem.

Lil Wayne was kicked off the private jet he chartered minutes after takeoff, because the rapper lit up a joint almost immediately after wheels up.

We're told Wayne told the pilot before takeoff at a Ft. Lauderdale airport, he and his entourage wanted to smoke during the flight. The pilot could not have been clearer ... absolutely not.

But shortly after takeoff, Wanye and his posse lit up, and the pilot was in no mood to negotiate. The captain turned the plane around 17 minutes after takeoff and landed it where it came from.

It looks like Wayne brought his own beverages, because we got this photo in which he's holding a double cup. We're told it contained pink/purple liquid, consistent with sizzurp.

Wayne has had problems with sipping sizzurp on private jets in the past. TMZ broke the story he suffered some pretty wicked seizures from the codeine drink back in 2013.

Caitlyn Jenner's gotten much looser with her attitude toward booze in the weeks since saying goodbye to Bruce.

Bruce was always very health conscious, and would only drink the occasional beer -- but our sources say Caitlyn's now a connoisseur of wines and champagnes ... relaxing with a few glasses while hanging with her girlfriends.

And CJ's not just highfalutin -- we're told she did down a few shots too at The Abbey over the weekend.

Our sources say people in Caitlyn's life have noticed she is drinking more, but no one thinks it's an issue in the slightest -- she's just finally comfortable living her authentic life.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper got busted in Atlanta on Wednesday for selling weed, and possession of firearms. According to Richie's reps, the arrest went down in a recording studio ... which happens to be the same studio where Young Thug shot his "Halftime" music video.

As we've reported ... that music video is part of the indictment against the guy cops say shot up Wayne's bus.

Richie's peeps say the cops were investigating Thug, but instead found Richie with marijuana and 2 guns. Richie's camp claim the drugs and guns weren't his, but since he didn't want to snitch ... he "accepted responsibility."

Positive spin: Richie's an up and comer, and the Young Thug/Lil Wayne related arrest could give him street cred.

Reality: He has previous felonies, so he could be facing hard time in prison.

Scott Disick just cancelled a high-paying gig to show up at an Atlantic City nightclub this weekend.

Scott was scheduled to host at Pool After Dark in A.C. on Saturday night -- he was getting $50k for the appearance. But sources at the club tell TMZ ... Disick's people just informed them he would NOT be there.

We're told there was no explanation for why Scott's pulling the plug. His people asked if Pool After Dark could reschedule, but no decision's been made yet.

TMZ broke the story ... Scott also waited until the 11th hour to cancel a Las Vegas appearance last weekend. That one's been rescheduled for July 24.

Donovan McNabb's DUI arrest just got extreme -- because cops say his blood alcohol level was more than TWICE the legal limit when he was arrested ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the former NFL superstar was popped in Arizona on June 28 after crashing into another car on the way home from a sports bar.

McNabb INSISTED he had nothing to drink that night -- claiming he had just had some cough medicine to fight a cold.

But the officials tell TMZ Sports .... the results from McNabb's blood test are in -- and he registered a .17 ... more than DOUBLE the legal limit, .08.

Kim Richards made it a full month in rehab, and then bolted out of the joint in the middle of the night ... TMZ has learned, and the timing could be directly tied to her family.

Sources say Kim packed her bags, and left the Malibu facility over the weekend -- fleeing under the cover of darkness. Although she lasted more than 30 days ... we're told she'd had enough because she wasn't getting along with the staff, including the doctors.

The timing is interesting, since her whole family was across the pond for Nicky Hilton's wedding in London. As we first reported ... her sis Kyle is taking a tough love approach.

We just got more video of Lil Wayne getting drenched onstage Sunday night and everyone says Birdman is the culprit, but it looks like lots of people got soaked during the melee, including Birdman himself.
