'RHOBH' Star PK Kemsley Back, Back, Back It Up Into Neighbors' Car
PK Kemsley's got enough drama with his divorce ... but now he's adding smashing into his neighbors' car to the mix!
Check out this video from Tuesday in Los Angeles -- PK backed his $120K Range Rover out on the street, straight into a Toyota RAV4 owned by his neighbor’s caregiver ... then casually drove off like nothing happened.
The extent of the damage on the RAV4 is unclear, but PK's own ride was left with a pretty noticeable dent. Didn't seem to faze him though ... he was spotted strolling back into his Encino building completely unbothered.
PK tells TMZ ... "I genuinely thought the new Range Rover had automatically braked for me. It wasn't until I got home and noticed the world's tiniest mark on my car that I realized I'd very gently nudged the neighbor's bumper. I went over, apologized, and offered to pay. Entirely my fault. Although in fairness, trying to reverse while subconsciously searching for paparazzi hiding in bushes is probably not recommended by Land Rover."
Alex Murdaugh Double Murder Conviction Overturned ... Going Back on Trial
UPDATE
8:47 AM PT -- South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson released a statement Wednesday, saying ... "While we respectfully disagree with the Court's decision, my Office will aggressively seek to retry Alex Murdaugh for the murders of Maggie and Paul as soon as possible. Let me be clear -- this decision does not mean Murdaugh will be released. He will remain in prison for his financial crimes. No one is above the law and, as always, we will continue to fight for justice."
Alex Murdaugh just caught a massive break behind bars ... with South Carolina's high court tossing out his murder convictions, and ordering a new trial.
The South Carolina Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that Murdaugh’s 2023 convictions for the murders of his wife, Maggie, and son, Paul, can’t stand because the jury process was compromised.
At the center of the decision is former court clerk Becky Hill ... who was accused of making anti-Murdaugh comments to jurors and influencing deliberations during the nationally televised trial. The court said the misconduct was serious enough to blow up the verdict entirely.

Spencer Pratt to CBS Thanks for the Hit Piece You Ran About Me! ...Sources Deny Allegations
UPDATE

Spencer is clearly much happier since his full story has been posted, tweeting ... "A new era of responsible journalism! Thank you to CBS for posting our full interview so the voters can hear from their next Mayor!"
Spencer Pratt has told CBS to go running for "The Hills" after accusing them of turning his recent interview with them into a hit piece.
The reality TV villain took to X on Saturday to flame CBS for allegedly turning over the footage from his interview at his scorched Pacific Palisades lot to Karen Bass' PR team so they could turn his campaign into a political "sideshow." He also didn't forget to troll Karen for her response to 2025's Pacific Palisades fires.
Spencer has also sworn off CBS for this ... saying they won't hear a peep from him if he serves as L.A.'s mayor for 8 years -- he's just gotta win back-to-back elections first, of course.

Blake Lively One Last Lick to Get Money from Baldoni ... And They Both Agreed to It
Update
9:40 AM PT -- Justin Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman tells TMZ ... “Let’s be clear, this is a win and total victory for the Wayfarer parties. The court had already dismissed 10 of Ms. Lively’s 13 claims, including every sexual harassment claim, every defamation claim, and all claims against the individual defendants. Ms. Lively voluntarily dismissed the rest. In our view, they settled because they knew they were going to lose in court. All that remains is a pending request for fees based on a very narrow issue that has been with the court since September 2025.”
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's "It Ends With Us" legal war isn't over yet, after all ... she just filed docs seeking money from him under a California law, and Justin's already agreed to abide by whatever the judge decides on the matter.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Blake's attorneys say part of the settlement they hammered out this week, allows her to keep alive one remaining claim against Baldoni and co. for having filed a defamation suit against her.
Remember ... Baldoni filed that suit after Blake filed her sexual harassment complaint against him. In the new docs, her lawyers say California law entitles her to attorneys' fees, and compensatory and punitive damages.
Ultimately, the judge dismissed Justin's defamation suit, which allowed her to use the Cali law to seek these damages. There won't be a jury trial, though ... the judge will decide whether, and how much, Justin's side has to pay.

Britney Spears DUI Charge Dismissed After Plea Deal ... Dicey Condition Set

There are conditions to the plea ... notably, she'll be placed on 12 months' probation, which could be a problem if she violates the law in the next year.
She also cannot possess drugs without a valid prescription. Again, this could be a problem. As we reported, Britney has gone to Mexico more than once to get Adderall.
She's also ordered to continue with mental health and substance abuse treatment, meeting with a psychologist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month.
If Britney violates any conditions of during her probation, she could be sentenced to jail.
Her lawyer Michael Goldstein tells TMZ ... “Through her plea today, Britney has accepted responsibility for her conduct. She has taken significant steps to implement positive change which is clearly reflected in the Ventura County District Attorney’s decision to reduce the charge in this case and dismiss the DUI. Britney appreciates this discretion and is also grateful for the outpouring of support she has received.”
Prosecutors offered Britney a sweet plea deal, though she did not attend the hearing. The pop star's lawyer appeared on Britney's behalf at about 9 AM in a Ventura County courtroom.
