Lil Nas X is still behind bars after his arrest early Thursday morning ... and now we know he's not getting out until at least Monday.

Authorities tell TMZ ... since the "Old Town Road" singer was arrested on suspicion of battery on a police officer, he needs to go before a judge to have his bail set ... and that ain't going to happen until Monday. Seems there are plenty of others in front of him also looking to bail out ... and Nas ain't cuttin' the line.

We're told this particular charge is an automatic appearance ... and he can't be issued a citation and released, like most misdemeanors ... 'cause "cited out" only applies to nonviolent offenses -- and Nas allegedly charged at police.

Backstreet Boys fans who couldn't get tickets to the band's residency at the Sphere shouldn't be too bummed ... as BSB member Howie Dorough just gave an impromptu performance while out and about in Las Vegas.

Check it out ... the boy bander hit the stage at Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails at The Cosmopolitan in Sin City Thursday night, where he was celebrating his 52nd birthday with his wife, Leigh Boniello, and friends.

Lil Nas X is hospitalized after a bizarre scene in L.A. -- he was strolling down the middle of a major street early Thursday morning, wearing only his underwear and cowboy boots!!!

TMZ Hip Hop obtained video of the "Old Town Road" rapper nearly naked, and floating aimlessly down Ventura Blvd at 4 AM. Someone driving past him recorded Nas, who repeatedly pointed at the camera and muttered something about heading to a party -- and at one point, he placed an orange traffic cone on his head.

Our sources say others in the Studio City area noticed Lil Nas, and thought the whole thing was weird enough to report it to police. As it turns out, several people in the area had reported to LAPD that they saw a nude man walking in the road.

11:30 AM PT -- The Clearwater Police Department said in a statement to TMZ Sports on Thursday the investigation into Hulk Hogan's death remains ongoing.

"We have been in communication with family members -- including his son, Nick, and daughter, Brooke. The unique nature of this case has required us to interview multiple witnesses and seek medical records from a variety of providers, and our detectives continue to do that. All of this takes time."

"The Hogan family has been appreciative of our efforts and our communication with them."

10:32 AM PT -- Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky, confirmed to TMZ Sports the wrestling legend's phrenic nerve was "compromised" during one of his recent surgeries.

She added that an autopsy on Hogan has been done -- but she declined to reveal its results.

Sky also said Hogan's body has not yet been cremated.

Hulk Hogan may have been the victim of medical malpractice -- malpractice that may have cost him his life -- this according to sources connected to the death case.

"Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh may be in some legal hot water after being involved in a terrifying car crash with his family.

The Rumson Police Department tells TMZ ... Charles D. Walsh -- Dylan's real name -- was the person operating the 2022 Ford Explorer that slammed through one utility pole before crashing into another one.

Police say Dylan "was subsequently issued several motor vehicle summonses" after 2 passengers in the car were transported to a medical center with complaints of pain.

Jenelle Evans' relationship with her teen son Jace has gone up in flames -- fresh off leaking their private texts, and he’s no longer living under her roof in Vegas and it's mainly because he's currently on probation, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... 16-year-old Jace is now living with a relative in North Carolina, after he threatened to call CPS on Jenelle when she grounded him for acting out.

Our sources say -- despite media reports -- Jace never followed through and filed a CPS report ... he merely threatened it, claiming he was left in charge of watching Jenelle's other kids while she was out, which she says is total BS.

Dylan Walsh -- best known for his role as Dr. Sean McNamara on "Nip/Tuck" -- was involved in a serious car crash with his family over the weekend.

The accident happened on Sunday, August 17th, while Walsh and four other passengers were riding in a 2022 Ford Explorer in New Jersey.

According to the Rumson Police Department ... the vehicle was heading northbound when it suddenly veered into the southbound lane.

Check the receipts from 2013 -- the list, which we obtained from Jillian Michaels, straight-up name-drops Organic Dark Roast, Starbucks grounds, and a bunch of different teas. The shopping list of "approved foods" for contestants was attached to an email that a show line producer sent to the trainers and other staffers.

Obviously, several of those items totally undercut Dr. Robert Huizenga’s claim to us the show was 100% caffeine-free from day one ... with coffee, diuretics, and weight-loss pills supposedly off-limits.
