Emma Stone and Dave McCary can pop Champagne ... they've got reason to celebrate, because they just sold their fancy estate in Texas.

Our real estate sources tell us Emma and Dave unloaded their newly restored home in Austin, which they put on the market for $26.5 million.

The couple purchased the home in 2021 and then gave it a facelift ... construction was completed this summer, and the place looks super lavish.

Chuck Potthast's son apparently found his body ... and he told the 911 operator his dad was bleeding heavily -- and didn't look alive.

We've obtained the audio of the 911 call ... which begins with a man identifying himself as Chuck's son -- and telling the 911 operator his father's lying in the bathtub and bleeding from the chest.

Potthast's son says he doesn't know what happened to his father ... and, when the operator asks him if he's awake, he responds by saying he doesn't think Chuck even looks alive.

Noah Weiland is doing alright after making some nerve-wracking posts on Instagram Thursday ... with a family friend coming to his aid during what seems like a time of crisis.

Tim Ryan -- a friend of the Weiland clan -- tells TMZ ... he spent all Thursday afternoon and evening with Noah after he posted about his own death on IG, and the 25-year-old is doing fine.

We're told the son of Scott Weiland has spoken to his mother, Mary Forsberg, since sharing the posts, and she's aware he's safe.

TMZ Sports has obtained dispatch audio stemming from the alleged Sherrone Moore assault ... with a woman claiming he attacked her at her home on Wednesday after stalking her for months.

The audio states a call was made from a Michigan football employee's address in Ann Arbor, Michigan around 4 PM.

The employee -- who has worked for the Wolverines for years -- was the executive assistant to the head coach, the position Moore held until he was fired for having an inappropriate relationship with a fellow staffer.

12/12 2:55 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained the long list of injuries Ryan Easley suffered from the tiger attack ... and the injuries are nothing less than horrific. Here they are ...

1. Two lacerations with deep punctures on the left side of the neck.
2. Two lacerations extending from the left to the right side of the neck with separate deep punctures.
3. About ten more deep punctures and multiple other lacerations around the neck area.
4. Cluster of deep red-purple contusions on the scalp.
5. Extensive hemorrhaging within the soft tissue and muscles of the neck.
6. Multiple crush and puncture injuries to the neck's cervical vertebra and spinal cord.
7. Multiple lacerations on the upper abdomen.
8. Two superficial lacerations on the left side of the upper back.
9. Five lacerations on the right side of the upper back.
10. Approximately 47 lacerations and punctures on the mid and lower back with contusions.
11. Four more lacerations in the mid back and one additional on the upper abdomen.
12. Laceration on the upper right arm.
13. Two lacerations on the upper left arm.
14. Abrasion on the lower right leg.
15. Round red mark on the lower right leg.

An associate of "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic was attacked by a tiger during a show in Oklahoma earlier this year ... and now TMZ has learned the official cause of death.

According to the Tulsa Medical Examiner, Ryan Easley died from blunt force, sharp force, and crushing injuries ... due to tiger mauling.

As we reported ... Ryan was handling a tiger during a show at the Growler Pines Tiger Preserve in Hugo, OK, on September 20. We were told a tiger suddenly grabbed Ryan around his neck and shoulder area, and sank its teeth into him before violently shaking him.

Former "American Idol" star David Archuleta may be going back to the stars ... "Star Search," that is, because he tells TMZ he's super curious about the upcoming reboot.

Here's the deal ... the talent variety show "Star Search," which aired from the '80s through the early 2000s, is making a comeback on Netflix with a reboot that will be hosted by Anthony Anderson premiering early next year.

David told TMZ reporter Charlie Neff he's stoked to see how the show will be different -- and yet retain its original magic -- from when he competed on it at age 12 in 2003.

Two current federal Drug Enforcement Administration officials tell TMZ ... mixing fentanyl with crack's a fool's errand. The substance burns off with heat -- so putting it in the drug wouldn't produce the desired effect.

The chemical structure of fentanyl breaks down once someone lights up the rocks ... and it loses its potency. We're told the drug will still have some effect, but it simply won't be as strong -- and it certainly won't have a lethal effect on a person.

One of the men is seen screaming at Andy to "wake up" while the other administers a shot of Narcan -- a life-saving medication used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses.

Andy kicked off Wednesday's interview by telling our cameraman he's now "100 percent fine." Then he changed his answer to "110 percent," while flanked on either side by his buddies -- both of whom were featured in the overdose video.

There's trouble in the grand jury room where witnesses are testifying about the circumstances surrounding Celeste Rivas' death ... because at least one witness is so uncooperative she's about to be arrested ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the way it went down ... Beth Silverman, the deputy D.A. presenting the case in Los Angeles, came out into the hallway Wednesday afternoon and approached attorney Evan Jenness. She represents Robert Morgenroth, who manages singer D4vd.

Silverman told Jenness she was going to have the judge issue a "body attachment" ... to force a female witness to testify before the grand jury. It appears the female witness was a no-show, and a visibly frustrated Silverman said she would have authorities take the female witness into custody and bring her to the courtroom.

We do not know who the female witness is, but it's interesting she's represented by the same lawyer as Morgenroth, who spent around 3 days testifying before the grand jury.

Colorado congresswoman Lauren Boebert was looking to have a fun night out with her staff at George Santos' holiday party in D.C. ... but the vibe shifted quickly when her aides got bounced at the door.

Check out the vid ... Boebert and her crew pulled up to the swanky soirée -- dubbed "Santos Claus" -- on Tuesday night, and she seems shocked when several of her staffers were blocked from entering.

Apparently, Dynzell Sigers would rather die than be a short king ... because the Georgia man went through months of pain and therapy to have his limbs dramatically lengthened to be taller.

Sigers stopped by "TMZ Live" Wednesday, and he revealed the procedure's possible side effects include death. Check out the video ... he talks about doctors breaking bones in the leg and inserting a rod to connect the broken pieces. Over time the rod is stretched, which also stretches the bone. Dynzell said each procedure requires at least 3 months of recovery.

Back in 2022, he was a young Navy medic who got rejected by a woman -- for standing 5 feet 5 inches tall. Fast-forward to 2025, and he's now a 6' 1" internet sensation after adding 8 inches to his frame with 2 risky procedures.

Jeff Garcia -- the beloved voice actor who appeared on many popular 2000s shows -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple family members tell TMZ ... the comedian and actor was pronounced dead early Wednesday morning after he was taken off life support Tuesday night at a Southern California hospital while surrounded by family and friends.

We're told Jeff was dealing with multiple medical complications in the months before his death ... suffering a brain aneurysm back in the spring, during which he fell and hit his head. He recovered from the aneurysm, but our sources say he suffered a stroke several weeks ago.

Our sources say Jeff canceled multiple shows recently because he wasn't feeling well ... which wasn't like him at all, but he didn't go to the hospital, believing he'd be fine without treatment.
