We got the Congressman from Pennsylvania on Capitol Hill Thursday ... the day the House will go on another 10-day break. It's especially ominous because Congress has not passed a bill to pay TSA workers and others, and the DHS Secretary has said the Department can't make payroll next week.
Meuser had issues with the premise -- that members of Congress should be in D.C. He says there's a lot of important work members do in their districts, like getting feedback from constituents.
We're getting a look inside the Hollywood Hills rental house at the center of the case against D4vd ... including the garage prosecutors allege was used to store 14-year-old Celeste Rivas' body after her murder in April 2025.
Photos show the garage area authorities say became a key part of their investigation, with prosecutors claiming the space was used in the aftermath of Rivas' death.
According to court docs, prosecutors allege Rivas was stabbed inside the home off the famed Sunset Strip after being brought there in an Uber from her family's house in Lake Elsinore, CA. They claim evidence recovered from the garage is consistent with an attempt to dismember her body, including biological samples that tested positive for blood.
David Allan Coe might be gone ... but, fans will get to hear some of the last songs he ever recorded in just a few short months, TMZ has learned.
Ken Madson -- Coe's manager near the end of his career -- tells TMZ ... he owns the controversial country singer's final album and plans to release it on September 6, 2026, which would've been the star's 87th birthday.
Coe last recorded for the album back in 2017, Madson says ... and, it will feature some previously released songs as well as new material. One song on it is called "A Million Reasons" -- which Coe apparently referenced on his social media last year. A title for the album hasn't been finalized yet.

In a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Wesley claims they were attending a private event at the Soho Grand Hotel when they were accosted by a security guard who forcibly removed them from the women's restroom.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a hearing was held in Nelly’s criminal case over an alleged July 14, 2025, incident at the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles.
Per court docs, on April 29, the parties reached a plea deal in which the assault charge was dropped, and Nelly was hit with a misdemeanor littering charge over trash he threw at the casino. Nelly agreed to pay a $750 fine. The judge signed off on the judgment and sentence.
