Shia LaBeouf is calling out his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs for trashing him in court filings … claiming her agreement to settle her previous lawsuit over alleged abuse means she now has to handle all that business in private arbitration, not a public courtroom.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Shia claims FKA is attempting to invalidate the confidentiality provisions in their 2025 deal … which barred them from trash-talking the other.

The actor said FKA has made "numerous inflammatory and irrelevant accusations" in her lawsuit … and believes she wants to continue slamming him in public through the court filings.

Curtis Sliwa is still blasting Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's lavish wedding ... and let's just say he's not ready to shake it off.

Cristina Sanz -- who starred on A&E's show about adults with Down syndrome, "Born This Way" -- is dead after suffering a heart issue ... TMZ has learned.

The TV star's parents, Mariano and Beatriz, tell us Cristina went into cardiac arrest Monday while she was at her day program. She was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died despite doctors' best efforts to save her.

Cristina appeared on all four seasons of "Born This Way," which documented her career aspirations and loving relationship with her husband, Angel.

Unfortunately, the pair split in 2021 and cited the COVID-19 confinement as a stressor on their relationship.

"Calabasas Confidential" star Dylan Wolf says his make out session with Bunnie XO at Jelly Roll's Nashville bar wasn't a shot at her estranged husband ... and he says things between them aren't that serious.

We got the 24-year-old Netflix reality star in Los Angeles Wednesday, and our photog asked all about the kissing video ... with Dylan telling us Bunnie is a "great friend."

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dakota's legal team filed a motion asking a judge to set aside a previous stipulation ahead of Wednesday's hearing, attaching dozens of exhibits they say contain text conversations between the exes.

According to the exhibit titles, Dakota alleges Taylor said Ever's cries for him were "annoying," admitted he "didn't deserve the domestic violence," planned to sabotage Dakota, and mocked his safety concerns.

The director of Armie Hammer's upcoming film "Citizen Vigilante" is calling BS on a report claiming the actor hated the final product ... telling us it all stems from criticism about his polarizing movie.

Uwe Boll tells TMZ ... Armie attended the distributor's screening of the film at the American Film Market, participated in multiple interviews promoting the film ... and even led the Q&A at the film's first public screening in Los Angeles.

Newly released police records, obtained by TMZ, show detectives spent months looking into whether the "Storage Wars" star had been cyberbullied before his death. The file reads like a detective's notebook ... complete with eerie messages, mysterious phone calls, and someone who refused to answer key questions from cops.

Detectives interviewed the person accused of harassing Darrell ... they denied cyberbullying him but refused to say where they were when Darrell died, claiming they'd been receiving death threats. Police say the person insisted they had nothing to hide, denied ever entering Darrell's home, and said the two had simply had a falling out. Detectives described them as "completely uncooperative."

Lauren Bennett most likely died by suicide, or at least that's how police are viewing her death ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... authorities investigating the singer's May 29 death in the United Kingdom are treating the case as a suspected suicide.

As TMZ previously reported, the investigation remains ongoing and could take until October before it's formally concluded.

Here's the booking photo Big Tigger's estranged wife Alicia Brown posed for after being busted on kidnapping-related warrants ... and she looks shocked and surprised.

The mug shot, obtained by TMZ, was snapped after Brown was taken into custody Monday during a felony traffic stop on Interstate 85 in Georgia.

As TMZ first reported, the Hart County Sheriff's Office says deputies received a BOLO for Brown's vehicle after learning she was wanted on kidnapping-related warrants out of Maryland. With help from the Georgia State Patrol, authorities tracked down the car, conducted a felony traffic stop and arrested Brown without incident.

Nolan Wells' death has sparked a flood of theories online ... but the Mississippi sheriff overseeing the case tells TMZ detectives haven't found evidence of a crime at this point.

Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter tells TMZ ... investigators have interviewed several of Nolan's friends and other witnesses as detectives work to piece together the 18-year-old's final hours.

Ledbetter says everything investigators have gathered so far indicates no crime has taken place. That said, he cautions the investigation remains active ... and tells us that assessment could change if new evidence comes to light.

The deadly drive-by shooting in Florida that killed influencer DreamDoll Brii -- real name Brianna Johnson -- also killed her cousin ... TMZ has learned.

The Miramar Police Department tells TMZ ... Brianna's cousin, Arthur "A.J." Lee Johnson III, died in the hospital after suffering critical injuries in Sunday morning's ambush.

As TMZ first reported, Brianna was fatally shot early Sunday morning after leaving a party in Miramar. She had two passengers in her car, who were both rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

The PDA went down on the Fourth of July, when Bunnie and Dylan hung out in the rooftop's VIP section ... passionately making out underneath some flashing blue lights.

Crispin Glover's ex-girlfriend is firing back at the actor's claims that she assaulted him, insisting he attacked her when she tried to rescue her cats from his Los Angeles home.

The woman filed a declaration Tuesday as part of her ongoing lawsuit against Crispin, claiming he locked her out of the bedroom he let her live in after she and her cats moved from the United Kingdom to L.A. to be with him.

In her declaration, obtained by TMZ, the woman says Crispin told her she could collect her things after their relationship went sour in early 2024 ... but she claims the "Back to the Future" star physically attacked her when she lawfully entered her room to retrieve her cats, before falsely casting her as an intruder and reporting her to the police.

As a result, the woman said she spent a few nights in jail.
