The upcoming "God Of War" series hit a major snag after the show's star got injured on set ... and now production is paused.

Sources tell TMZ ... Ryan Hurst -- who plays Kratos in the video game adaptation -- tore his bicep while filming a stunt ... and the injury requires surgery.

According to sources, production was hoping to have him back on set for mid-August, but the recovery process is too long to meet that timeline.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, FKA argued Shia’s claims that public statements she made about him harmed him are nonsense.

FKA sued Shia in 2020 for alleged sexual battery, claiming he got physical with her during their relationship and gave her an STD. Shia denied all claims of wrongdoing. The case was settled in 2025. Months later, Shia claimed FKA violated the deal by talking about him in an interview.

The infighting between the Kelly factions kicked off Tuesday after Kelly filed a petition to commute his 30-year sentence for sexual misconduct convictions.

In one corner, you have Kelly's Chicago-based attorney of record, Beau Brindley, and, in the other, you have Atlanta-based attorney Lela Schmidt.

Officials released the incident report on Claude's tragic death on May 28 ... in which his son, Brendan, explained the family had noticed a change in his dad's behavior over the past year -- and they were concerned he might have relapsed after 12 years of sobriety.

When Claude's wife, Deborah, confronted him on May 27 about her concerns, the report states he acknowledged he relapsed ... and Deborah told him to leave the home at 10:30 PM.

Nicki says the only contract at issue in the lawsuit is one allegedly between the production company that filed the suit and her company, Pink Friday Productions LLC.

Nicki says it's basic law that an individual member of a company isn't responsible for the debts of the company ... so he's asking the judge to dismiss the case against her and wants 24/7 to fork over her attorney's fees she spent fighting the lawsuit!

4:30 AM PST -- The person who died Wednesday evening after jumping from the Los Angeles City Hall is 19-year-old Avery Truesdale.

A person is dead after jumping from several stories up at Los Angeles City Hall on Wednesday evening … and TMZ has learned cops are investigating it as an apparent suicide.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the man jumped just after 4 PM from the Spring Street side of City Hall -- and landed onto the front steps of the iconic Downtown landmark.

The person -- who it's believed jumped from the 25th floor or 26th floor -- was pronounced dead at the scene. We're told the person was NOT a city employee.

"90 Day Fiancé" star Armando Niedermeier-Rubio is unable to enter the country to be by his daughter's side as she's being treated in the ICU ... because TMZ has learned he was turned away at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Here's the deal ... Armando announced Wednesday his daughter, Hannah, was rushed to the ER at a Mexican hospital after half her face became "droopy" and half her body lost its strength. Assuming something was wrong with her brain, he and the doctor decided to transfer Hannah to the USA so she could obtain better care.

Armando's husband, Kenny Niedermeier, tells TMZ ... Armando tried to enter the country using a letter from the hospital, but he was turned away.

NFL star Stefon Diggs is dealing with another lawsuit … this time brought by a man who claims the NFL star falsely claimed he stole his Ferrari and had his friends attack him, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Stefon asked a judge to put the brakes on the case filed by Nigel King. he argued the other defendants had yet to be served … and he cannot properly defend himself without the others being involved. 

Nigel sued Stefon, Stefon’s brother Darez Diggs, and three of their friends in Florida court in February.
