Someone light 5,000 candles in honor of Chris Pratt's L.A. home ... because he's saying bye bye ... TMZ has learned the "Parks and Rec" star is putting the place on the market.

Chris and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, are parting ways with their posh Pacific Palisades pad ... and they're asking for a cool $20 million.

The estate is 11,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms ... and it's got all the bells and whistles ... like a fully equipped gym, a spa, a full-sized movie theater, a formal dining room and a gorgeous kitchen.

RAYE and Michael B. Jordan may have sparked romance rumors during their recent theme park outing ... but there's actually more business than pleasure at play ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... RAYE is working on the soundtrack for a movie project Michael is involved with, which brought the singer and actor together for some time away from the studio.

The revelation comes after the pair were spotted getting cozy at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Their appearance quickly sparked speculation online that the two could be Hollywood’s newest couple.

Todd Bridges' estranged wife is giving him three choices for his official website ... pay her more than $20K, let her keep running it and sharing in the profits, or watch it disappear from the internet.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Bridges' ex Bettijo B. Hirschi says her company developed and managed realtoddbridges.com ... work she values at $20,720.

Bettijo wants the "Diff'rent Strokes" star to decide his website's fate within 30 days after their divorce is finalized. She says he can pay the full amount and take control of the site, let her continue running it under a profit-sharing deal, or pull the plug entirely and have the website permanently deleted.

Adam22 said his wife Lena The Plug "went over the line" when she threw her wedding ring in front of Drake ... but admits he isn't holding it against her.

We got the podcaster in Los Angeles on Monday, and our photog asked about Lena's appearance on the 20-vs-1 dating stream … where the porn star took off her wedding ring and hugged Drake tight, then presented him with a Hall Pass signed by Adam22 himself.

The Florida police officer who was arrested after authorities said he used law enforcement cameras -- also known as Flock cameras -- to track a woman he met on the set of a Vince Vaughn TV show avoided jail time with a pre-trial intervention program ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Lamar Eliseo Roman, who was charged with three felonies related to unlawful use of computers/systems, entered into an agreement with prosecutors that will keep him out of prison as long as he meets certain conditions.

He will have to keep his nose clean for 2 years, pay $1,700 in fines, perform 100 hours of community service, sign a statement of personal responsibility, and continue therapy.

Blueface and Chrisean Rock were pulled over by police in California over the weekend because of equipment violations, TMZ has learned.

A rep for the San Diego PD tells us ... officers made the traffic stop on a vehicle carrying Blueface, Chrisean and their young son, Chrisean Jr., as they were apparently livestreaming Saturday night. Blueface and the others had just left Blu Temple/Blu Cabana after the rapper had performed at the venue.

Cops said officers learned that someone in the vehicle was on probation, which, as part of the conditions of the court, required police to search the SUV for contraband. It's unclear who was on probation inside the vehicle.

Beyoncé is being dragged to court over an alleged unauthorized sample on her hit "Alien Superstar," TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a company called Hirose Enterprise and a producer named Shuji Hirose are suing Beyoncé and various music companies for alleged copyright infringement.

Hirose says it owns the rights to a song titled "Moonraker," performed by a musician named John Holiday. The company says Beyoncé sampled the “spoken-word introduction” of the song "Alien Superstar," which was released on her 2022 album "Renaissance."

This is an ongoing family court matter involving longstanding custody and residency issues, and I am addressing everything through the proper legal channels with my attorneys."

Because there are active legal proceedings and minors involved, I don’t want to litigate the details publicly, but I do want to make clear that any suggestion that I have abducted my daughter or am hiding her is not an accurate characterization of the situation."

Gleb adds, "Regarding Olivia’s phone, she is nearly 16 and is in communication with her mother. I have not prevented her from communicating with her mother."

"Dancing with the Stars" pro Gleb Savchenko's ex-wife wants authorities to find him and their teenage daughter ... saying she has no idea where they're staying in Los Angeles.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Elena Samodanova says she filed a request with Hong Kong's Department of Justice to have 15-year-old Olivia returned to China.

Elena says she was informed the case was then sent to a California District Attorney’s office ... and that U.S. authorities were now taking steps to locate Gleb and Olivia before deciding what happens next.

Gigi says Reggie was exposed to Agent Orange while serving in Vietnam and later battled Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease.
