Smart Dogs Training Academy is getting torched on Yelp after influencer Madeleine White and her DJ husband claimed their dog died while in the academy's care.

The company's Yelp page is currently flooded with one-star reviews referencing Dunkin, the couple's 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog.

Madeleine and Andrew Fedyk claimed Dunkin died during a board-and-train program in Studio City ... and now internet warriors are turning their anger towards the company's review page.

"Dancing With The Stars" alum Gleb Savchenko claims his ex-wife and her new fiancé are sending disturbing text messages to his daughter, asking about the size of his penis ... TMZ has learned.

Gleb filed court docs detailing messages he says his ex, Elena Samodanova, and her new fiancé sent to his daughter, Olivia.

In his recent filing, Gleb claims his ex calls their daughter Olivia numerous times each day and sends hundreds of text messages daily. He said a bunch of these messages include "demeaning comments, insults, love bombing, guilt tripping, manipulation, and degradation" of him.

Jax Taylor's lawyer says Brittany Cartwright is using her restraining order allegations to try to wreck Jax's career and cut off his income.

Jax's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... Brittany's filing is part of a campaign to "weaponize the internet" against his client ... accusing her of trying to disturb Jax's peace, ruin his career, and destroy his financial opportunities.

The lawyer says Jax "categorically disputes" several of Brittany's claims and has extensive evidence and communications that will tell "a very different story" when the matter gets before a judge.

Christopher Hawley's family says they immediately knew something was wrong when the 22-year-old got off the X2 roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain ... and by the next day, he was dead.

Christopher's mom, Anne, and his brother, Alex, joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday to describe those tragic moments.

Alex tells us his brother was "red" and "distressed" when he got off the ride in June 2022 ... saying their cousin had to keep Christopher's head from hitting the concrete when he collapsed.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former fighter's attorney entered a written plea of not guilty in the case. Prosecutors charged him over an alleged incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Officials claim police responded to the casino in April 2024 because Adrien was allegedly trespassing. Adrien had reportedly been hit with a lifetime ban from the casino the year before but decided to return anyway.

Milo Yiannopoulos has been apprehended by ICE in Louisiana ... TMZ has learned.

The controversial political personality is currently being held at an ICE detention center, per inmate records. The circumstances surrounding his detention are not yet clear but our sources tell us Milo was detained at an airport.

Milo is well known for his ties to Kanye West ... serving as Ye's chief of staff for nearly two years before the two parted ways in 2024. Kanye is set to perform Friday night in New Orleans at the Caesars Superdome ... perhaps the reason why Milo was in Louisiana.

DeenTheGreat got a great deal from prosecutors in his felony robbery case ... and if things go well, he won't see a day behind bars and could be back on a yacht in no time ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, DeenTheGreat -- real name Nurideen Shabazz --agreed to enter a diversion program that will require him to complete classes and other requirements. In exchange, the case will be taken off the docket, and if he meets all the conditions of the program and keeps his nose clean, he won't do any jail time.

The charges stemmed from an incident on May 27 in Miami while DeenTheGreat and friends were partying on a yacht. A woman claimed she got into a verbal fight with DeenTheGreat, which led to him kicking her off the boat.

Rumer Willis' ex Derek Richard Thomas is firing back in their custody war ... accusing her of trying to interfere with his time with their daughter.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Derek says Rumer's claims about his alleged drug use, endangering their 3-year-old daughter, Louetta, and refusing to cooperate are "materially false and misleading."

Brittany Cartwright is going after Jax Taylor's jugular in their divorce case, filing a domestic violence temporary restraining order in which she claims Jax threatened to "gut" her "like a f***en fish" and physically attacked her, according to new court documents.

The restraining order, obtained by TMZ, was filed Thursday in L.A. Superior Court and granted by a judge, who ordered Jax to stay 100 yards away from Brittany. Brittany also requested sole custody of their 5-year-old son Cruz, but the judge denied the request pending a court hearing.

Brittany also filed a declaration laying out a pattern of abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of Jax over the last decade. In court docs, Brittany says Jax exhibited "coercive control, financial abuse, emotional and psychological abuse, gaslighting and even physical violence perpetrated upon me."

Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor look like they are having some very heated arguments as their bitter divorce drags on ... at least according to a series of texts and emails she submitted in court.

TMZ obtained the alleged texts Brittany filed as court exhibits in her restraining order petition ... Brittany says the messages were sent after Jax showed up at her home to pick up their son Cruz and caused a scene.

The following day, Brittany says she sent a message, dated July 15, 2026, reading, "You have been warned I will call police for trespassing and again my son is signed up for camp and going to we rock the spectrum. YOU ARE NOT MY BOSS. Grow up and leave me alone you are sick and will never change."

This prompted Jax to reply, "Are you threatening me that sounds like a threat."
