Patrick Beverley is in the clear months after he was accused of choking and punching his 15-year-old sister -- TMZ Sports has learned the former NBA player will not face charges in his assault case.

A grand jury in Fort Bend County, Texas, no-billed Beverley in relation to the November 2025 accusations ... meaning it did not believe there was enough evidence to move forward with charges.

Pat Bev's attorneys, Rusty Hardin and Letitia Quinones-Hollins, are doing a victory lap ... as they said all along the former hooper "would be cleared of all charges."

Nick Reiner is on his own as he faces murder charges ... because TMZ has learned his siblings are no longer footing the bill for his defense.

Sources connected to Romy and Jake Reiner with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Nick's brother and sister have no plan to pay for a private criminal defense lawyer.

As we reported, Romy and Jake hired prominent criminal defense lawyer Alan Jackson shortly after the murders, but Jackson withdrew from the case because of an undisclosed disagreement.

We caught up with Christina Fulton outside of court in Los Angeles today where she offered kind words to the family of Rob and Michele Reiner ... knowing all too well what they're going through.

As Christina arrived for her case against son Weston Cage, hordes of media were already at the court for Nick Reiner's arraignment.

Christina said her heart is broken for the Reiner family ... "I know what that feels like ... as a mother that has had a similar situation to go through with my son."

Quinton Aaron’s relationship with his now-estranged ex Margarita Aaron has completely unraveled since his spinal stroke -- but newly obtained photos show a very different vibe back when they said "I do" in their "spiritual wedding."

In the pics, Margarita’s rocking a massive sparkler and cozying up to Quinton inside a chapel from December 2024 -- paperwork getting signed, car selfies, celebratory food, smiles all around ... basically full newlywed energy!

As we reported ... Margarita claims she gave Quinton a heads up that her marriage to her ex-husband might not be officially over because her ex was the last one with the paperwork. Whatever the case, Quinton and Margarita still went forward with a ceremony and signed marriage documents. Margarita says they were just hopeful and head-over-heels, and very much looked it in the pics.

Addison Rae’s dad Monty Lopez agreed to submit to a DNA test to determine if he is the father of the pop star’s little brother, TMZ has learned.

A Louisiana judge signed off on the parties' agreement to have Monty complete the testing within days of the order. Addison’s mom and Monty’s ex, Sheri Easterling, has to front the money for the test costs until the outcome is determined.

As TMZ first reported, Sheri filed a petition for sole custody and support for Lucas, born in 2013, late last year. Sherri shares three children with Monty: Addison, Enzo, and a minor child.

Sheri also filed a petition asking for a DNA test to be done. Monty agreed, and the court has now instructed them to move forward with it.

Nick Reiner has pleaded not guilty in connection with the murder of his parents Rob and Michele Reiner.

Nick smirked at the audience as he walked into the courtroom. The 32-year-old was arrested December 15 and charged with first-degree murder the next day. The charges include a special circumstances allegation, which puts the death sentence on the table if prosecutors choose to pursue capital punishment.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman addressed the media afterward Nick's arraignment, saying, the case is on track, and they're waiting for the coroner's report.

As you know ... Rob, 78, and his wife Michele, 68, were found stabbed to death inside their Brentwood home Sunday, December 14.

Kris Jenner says Ray J has been making her daughter Kim Kardashian’s life hell for the past two decades — and now she wants him held accountable, TMZ has learned.

The famous momager filed a declaration in her ongoing defamation case against Ray J, detailing her feelings about him. Kris claims she sued her daughter’s ex-boyfriend after he made “outrageous and untrue” allegations that Kris and Kim were being investigated by the Feds.

Diddy and his son Christian "King" Combs have been battling everybody, including one of their own law firms ... but according to new court documents, the firm and Diddy recently settled the beef.

Here's the deal ... court papers, obtained by TMZ, show that the law firm Summa LLP claimed the father-son rappers failed to pay multiple invoices for over 100 attorney hours and 90 paralegal hours worked since March 2025.

Summa said Diddy and King owed at least $53,688.35 in legal fees ... and at least some of those fees were connected to King's sexual assault suit brought by Grace O'Marcaigh.

Jesse Showalter -- the attorney for the deliveryman who was detained and later released in the Nancy Guthrie investigation -- tells Emmy-winning journalist Brian Entin his client endured at least 5 hours of questioning for no good reason.

Remember ... a man named Carlos Palazuelos -- who works for DoorDash and GLS -- was detained by authorities about 60 miles south of Tucson, Arizona. Law enforcement also questioned his family and allegedly broke down their front door while raiding their home.

Showalter tells Entin that Carlos was handcuffed in the back of a cop car for his 5-7 hour interrogation and still hasn't gotten his cell phone back from authorities.

Weston Gosa -- Whitney Purvis' baby daddy -- has been arrested for felony shoplifting ... TMZ has learned.

The "16 & Pregnant" star was arrested and booked on a charge of felony theft by shoplifting Friday in connection with the alleged events of November 6, 2025 ... when cops say he stole $542.96 worth of merchandise from a company called Tractor Supply in Georgia.

Gosa -- sporting a thick salt-and-pepper beard -- looks none too happy to be in police custody in the mug shot.

4:19 PM PT -- Fox News reporter Matt Finn received further clarification from the Sheriff's office about this incident ... chalking this up to a "lost in translation" moment.

Pima County officials say they told the volunteers they need PERMISSION to go on private property -- not a PERMIT to look for Nancy.

1:40 PM PT -- The Pima County Sheriff's Dept posted a response to volunteer groups wishing to assist in the search for Nancy on her property. They shared a 3-part statement on X, saying ... "Private Search Parties: Volunteer search groups have inquired about being in the area. Per the Sheriff, they were asked to please give investigators the space they need to do their work."

They continue ... "We appreciate their concern, and we all want to find Nancy, but this work is best left to professionals. PCSD has volunteer opportunities if they wish to get involved with the department. Private property laws apply and it is up to each individual property owner to grant permission for someone to search their property."

The Madres Buscadoras de Sonora -- the Mexican activist group that wants to help find Nancy Guthrie -- won't be allowed to search for her, they say ... not without getting the proper permits first.

Two members of the organization -- wearing shirts and holding flyers featuring Nancy's face -- spoke to reporters outside Guthrie's home in new video circulating online. They say they came all the way from Mexico to aid in the search ... but were turned away.

Ghislaine Maxwell's brother is publicly backing former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor ... claiming his actions may have been "sleazy" -- but, prosecutors clearly can't find any sexual misconduct dirt on him.

Ian Maxwell -- Ghislaine's older brother -- spoke with the UK publication The Telegraph on Thursday ... which just so happened to be the day Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

The former prince had a known association with Ghislaine and her late partner Jeffrey Epstein ... so naturally, the arrest came up.

Maxwell says Mountbatten-Windsor is going through an even more difficult time than his sister -- because while he and other family members stand behind her, he thinks the royals have abandoned Andrew.

"American Idol" alum Caleb Flynn appeared in court on Friday after being charged with murdering his wife ... and he's standing by the fact that he just wants to care for his two daughters, who were allegedly asleep in another room during the time of the killing.

Flynn remotely stepped foot into Miami County Municipal Court for his arraignment, where he is seen on video emphasizing to the judge he just wants to "take care of his daughters" ... and in terms of being a flight risk, he adds "I'm not a risk" while holding back tears.

His lawyer is heard in the video -- even though it's a bit hard to hear -- saying Flynn's entering a plea of not guilty and asking for a preliminary hearing to be scheduled for late February.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' alum Meghan King accused her ex-husband Jim Edmonds of leaking her cell phone to sex workers to harass her years ago ... something she mentioned to cops while reporting recent harassing phone threats from an unknown person -- but a rep for Jim adamantly denies the claim.

According to a Kirkwood Police Department report, Meghan drove to the station in Missouri in September 2025 to report alleged threatening phone calls she'd been getting.

Meghan told an officer she'd been receiving consistent calls from an unknown person threatening to hurt her and her kids. Meghan claimed she was getting the calls for the past 2 months ... but said it had gotten increasingly worse over the prior 2 days. She told the officer the person had been making “crazed overt threats” and making less and less sense.

Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro's relationship is in the crapper, literally ... 'cause the bathroom has actually become a point of contention in the divorce case, with Cheetah's estranged wife asking a judge to force the NFL star to pay for repairs.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Vaccaro says the plumbing issue dates back to when the couple's marriage was still intact, but the repairs were never made.

Now, Vaccaro says the plumbing problem has gotten the attention of her building's management because it has apparently begun to damage "another units or units."

Scott Wolf reunited with his estranged wife Kelley amid a nasty divorce ... and she says they're "healing."
