JonBenét Ramsey Photographer Child Porn Conviction Overturned

A photographer who took pictures of JonBenét Ramsey just months before she was found dead in her Colorado home won a big legal victory ... as the Oregon State Supreme Court overturned his child sex conviction.

Here's the deal ... Randall D. Simons was arrested in November 2019 after cops accused him of "regularly accessing images of child pornography" on a public Wi-Fi network at a local A&W restaurant, according to local reports. He was convicted in 2021 on 15 counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse.

Simons took his case to the state supreme court ... which found the police's year-long investigation of him violated his right to privacy under the Oregon State Constitution.

According to jail records, Clavicular -- real name Braden Eric Peters -- was arrested Thursday night on a warrant out of Osceola County and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge.

The 20-year-old posed for a stone-faced mugshot ... staring blankly into the camera. Records list him at 6'1", 170 pounds ... with a bond set at $1,000.

Months after a woman hit Paul Pierce with a paternity lawsuit ... she is now asking a court to make the NBA great pony up nearly $30K a month in child support.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, Princess Santiago claims Paul is the father of her newborn and is asking the judge to award her sole legal and physical custody, monthly child support in the amount of $29,811 and another $100K for her legal bills. She is also again requesting genetic testing to confirm that Paul is, in fact, the daddy.

On top of that, she wants Paul to pay one-half of all "reasonable expenses" relating to her pregnancy, birth, and post-birth expenses -- which she says totals $18,846.

Jarvis Butts has reportedly died in prison ... just two weeks after being sentenced for killing 13-year-old Na'Ziyah Harris.

According to Fox 2 Detroit, the Michigan Department of Corrections says Butts died on Thursday at Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center … and his death is being investigated as a suicide. Officials say the staff took “life-saving measures” that were ultimately unsuccessful.

On March 12, Butts pleaded guilty to Na’Ziyah’s murder and was sentenced to 35 to 60 years behind bars -- seen in the video above. During sentencing, the judge said … “Mr. Butts, you’re going to have many years to sit and dwell on your horrible actions.”

YNW Melly has been in jail for 7 years waiting for another trial in his Florida murder case ... and he wants out on bond pending that trial.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old rapper -- legal name Jamell Demons -- is requesting a release from custody pending trial, through his attorney Drew Findling.

The papers go in depth about the purportedly "dehumanizing" living conditions in the Broward County Jail and their impact on Melly.

According to the docs, Melly started solitary confinement way back in December 2021 on a 23 and 1 schedule -- which means Melly is locked alone in a small cell for 23 hours a day while being allowed out for 1. And he says during that 1 hour, he's not allowed to interact with other detainees.

King Combs Attempted Burglary 911 Dispatch Audio

Christian "King" Combs' L.A. residence was a target for an attempted burglary early Thursday morning ... and in dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, cops are heard rushing to the home.

According to the audio, the incident was first reported as a burglary in progress with the person who contacted authorities identifying themselves as the homeowner -- telling dispatch they were out of town at the time, but monitoring their Ring camera.

The caller -- who is identified as King Combs' girlfriend, Raven Tracy -- said suspects had attempted to break into the home ... and according to the dispatch audio, the caller's partner was inside the residence, as was as an employee who also called cops.
