Sources close to the production tell TMZ, Drew from the group Emblem3 went to the set, but had to be hospitalized within the last hour because he couldn't stop heaving up his guts. We're told he's currently on an IV drip at an L.A. hospital, and may not be back for the live broadcast.

We're told the vomit-fest started last night when a bunch of contestants and crew members ordered take out to their Hollywood Hills pad -- and almost everyone who ate the tuna salad subs were up sick all night. We'll spare you the details.

Total casualties: 6 crew members out sick, Camilla from the group 1432 is on set, but yacking non-stop ... and of course, Drew is down for the count.

We're told Emblem3 is rehearsing without Drew ... and will perform even if he's a no-show.

Detroit Tigers It's All About the Chicken This Year

Published | Updated

The Detroit Tigers don't want a repeat of their devastating 2006 World Series loss, so they made a major change in how they do things -- and that change is eating more chicken.

TMZ spoke with a Tigers clubhouse rep who tells us a chef comes in and cooks for the players every day and the menu is pretty expansive -- we're talkin' hamburgers, jambalaya, Chinese food, eggs, fresh fruit, soup, Kobe sliders, mac and cheese ... the works.

But the biggest item on the menu is chicken and lots of it. The rep says chicken breast is always available for breakfast and there's always a baked chicken for lunch too, as a healthy option.

The rep says the major difference between the Tigers' menu during their failed 2006 Series run and this year ... "more chicken."

It better pay off soon ... the Tigers are 0-2 against the Giants.

Katy Perry Post-Obama Dinner with My Conservative Parents

Published | Updated

Just hours after havin' lunch with Michelle Obama ... and one day after stumping for the Pres at a Democratic rally ... Hollywood liberal Katy Perry sat down for a peaceful dinner with her ultra-conservative parents.

Katy has some major philosophical differences with her folks -- who are very devout pentecostal Christians ... especially when it comes to social issues like gay marriage.

But last night, they didn't let politics get in the way of a good meal ... and dined together at Red O in L.A. to celebrate Katy's 28th birthday.

Wonder who paid for dinner?

Jerry Sandusky Feasting on Wieners Behind Bars

Published | Updated

It's Jerry Sandusky's lucky day -- because he just got transferred to a brand new jail ... and today's lunch is hot dogs ... and buns.

A rep for the State Corrections Department in PA tells TMZ, Sandusky was transferred to Camp Hill correctional facility in Lower Allen this morning from the Centre County Jail, where he had remained in custody since his trial.

According to the rep, today's lunch is hot dogs, sauerkraut, and of course ... baked beans.

Sandusky's expected to spend anywhere from 2-4 weeks at Camp Hill before he's transferred to his more permanent home ... state prison.

The convicted child rapist was also issued his jail "blues" today -- the jail outfit consisting of blue pants, a blue shirt, a white undershirt, socks, and tighty-whiteys. It's unclear if he's in the general population or if he's being kept in solitary for his own safety.

But he's not doing too bad -- we're told prisoners at Camp Hill stay in 8'x10' cells ... which is the same size as Conrad Murray's cell in L.A. County ... AFTER Murray got his upgrade.

Soup Kitchen -- Paul Ryan DID Wash Dirty Dishes :: 101612-brian-antal-launch-2

The guy who runs the Ohio soup kitchen that Paul Ryan appeared at this weekend tells TMZ ... contrary to his earlier statement, Ryan DID get dirty with dirty dishes.

Brian Antal tells us ... the V.P. hopeful was only at the kitchen for 10 to 15 minutes and only interacted with one of their "clients."

Antal -- who wasn't at the soup kitchen at the time of the Ryan visit -- said his volunteers left some dirty dishes in the kitchen for Ryan to clean.

But when we asked him if the Ryan people had orchestrated the dish-cleaning stunt, Antal said, "No comment."

There is video floating around, showing Ryan giving a pan one scrub -- and that was the extent of the washing.

Paul Ryan Shameless Soup Kitchen Photo Op

Published | Updated

Veep wannabee Paul Ryan pulled a fast one at an empty soup kitchen, pretending to pitch in and wash dishes that were already clean ... this according to the President of the charity.

Brian J. Antal says Ryan and his wife showed up at the kitchen in Youngstown, Ohio, AFTER all of the food had been served and the patrons had left ... and the dishes, pots and pans were already washed.

Antal says he was not at the kitchen at the time of Ryan's visit -- but says if he was, Ryan would not have been allowed inside because the soup kitchen has a strict apolitical stance. Antal says Ryan's team convinced one of the kitchen volunteers to open the doors.

Antal says Ryan was there 15 minutes and it was just a shameless photo op, adding, "He did nothing. He just came in here to get his picture taken at the dining hall."

We tried getting a comment from Ryan's camp, to no avail.

Anthony Bourdain RIPPED By Guy Fieri ... How Bout Those Drugs?

Published | Updated

Anthony Bourdain got his ass served to him Thursday night -- when celebrity chef Guy Fieri exacted his revenge on the "No Reservations" host by taking shots at his druggie past ... AND he did it all for charity.

Guy unleashed his insults at the NYC Wine & Food Festival during a charity roast of Bourdain -- who is notorious for his incessant bashing of Food Network chefs.

Guy quipped, "Anthony ... I hear you’re the only one in [culinary] class who did most of his cooking with a spoon and a Bic lighter" ... referring to Bourdain's self-confessed past drug use.

The jab must have been a sweet moment for Guy -- who has endured years of Bourdain's verbal attacks. Like the time Bourdain called Guy's newest 600-seat NYC restaurant a "terror-dome" ... that serves crappy food.

So we gotta ask ...

Lisa Vanderpump Targeted In Sexual Assault Suit

Published | Updated

An actress/restaurant server claims she was the victim of sexual assault and battery at Lisa Vanderpump's Beverly Hills Restaurant, Villa Blanca, and she's suing Lisa and the man she claims did the dirty deeds for more than $5 million.

Karina Bustillos -- who has appeared in "The Mexican Conspiracy" and "86'd" -- claims in April, a Villa Blanca manager, Michael Govia, told her to close her eyes. She says when she eventually opened them, Govia's mouth was open with his tongue sticking out, right by her mouth, in an attempt to kiss her.

Bustillos says she complained and then Govia began retaliating, calling her a "bitch" and a "c**t" and telling other servers he could "get her" -- implying he could sleep with her if he wanted.

She says in August, Govia allegedly approached her and aggressively twisted her wrists. She says when she asked him to stop, he responded, "I will do whatever I want. I'm the manager."

Bustillos says she complained to others but no action was taken. Bustillos also says Lisa Vanderpump gave her the cold shoulder after she complained.

Bustillos, who claims she was forced to quit, is suing Lisa, her husband, Ken Todd, the restaurant and Govia for more than $5 mil.

Lisa Vanderpump tells TMZ, "The waitress had a falling out with a manager. Of course I take that seriously. We've looked at all the cameras and there's no sexual harassment." Lisa adds, "This is just a disgruntled employee."

Miami Dolphins Rookies Foot Dinner Tab ... at $740 a HEAD!!!

Published | Updated

It's the LAST tab you'd ever wanna pick up -- a bill for a lavish steak dinner consumed by the heavyweights on the Miami Dolphins offensive line -- but Monday night, several unlucky rookies did just that ... and it cost 'em $7,400.

All told, there were 10 players at the dinner at Prime One Twelve steakhouse in Miami Beach -- fresh off their Sunday night victory over the Bengals -- meaning the average cost per head was $740.

Dolphins guard Richie Incognito tells us, they ordered practically everything on the menu -- including Wagyu beef, which runs $35 AN OUNCE ... in addition to a full array of appetizers, expensive wines, and of course ... lemon drop shots.

Incognito tells us, the guys go out for dinner several times a year as a bonding experience -- and it's a tradition to make the rookies pay for one of those meals.

We're told the rooks split the bill based on their salaries -- which means starting right tackle Jonathan Martin paid the most.

Champagne problems ... in this case, Dom Perignon.

The crazy spending didn't end at dinner -- sources tell TMZ, the crew dropped by the FDR lounge at the Delano hotel following their feast ... where the rookies dropped over $2,000 on a table and drinks.

Clinton didn't come alone, he rolled in with a few famous friends ... specifically Danson ... Mayor Villaraigosa ... and actress Mary Steenburgen -- who all attended the event as well.

Sources on scene tell TMZ ... the group -- about 20 in all -- noshed on yuppie foods like, roasted black mission figs ... shishito peppers ... quinoa veggie burgers ... and Okinawan sweet potato gnocchi.

We're told, being the awesome host he is, Clinton then picked up the tab -- which set him back somewhere between $1,000 - $1,500.

Which is like .0015% of his net worth.

Published | Updated

"Dancing With The Stars" is not even one week into the competition but all-star contestants Pam Anderson and Kirstie Alley are already laying down unique demands behind-the-scenes ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the production tell us ... Pam requested her trailer be fully stocked with cases of bottled coconut water called Beyond. Not so crazy, you say? Well the brand is imported from Australia ... and almost impossible to find in the U.S.

Meanwhile, we're told Kirstie REFUSES to eat the craft service food provided by "DWTS" ... and instead chooses to stick to her custom designed diet program Organic Liaison -- which gets hauled in for her daily.

FYI -- Kirstie's rep tells TMZ ... the actress lost 100lbs on her frou-frou diet and is committed to sticking with it ... and adds, "Steve Jobs didn't listen to music on a Zune."

What's a Zune?

If the guys from Boyz II Men are still hungry for justice ... they can finally take a bite out of Aaron Rodgers at their L.A. concert tonight ... where a food vendor is serving up an item in his honor ... a big, fat chicken sandwich.

B2M has a show at the L.A. County Fair in Pomona ... and to remind the group that Rodgers is still refusing to wear the 49ers jersey he's obligated to sport after losing a friendly bet in Week 1 ... a sports bar at the fairgrounds called Finish Line Sports is serving a special Aaron Rodgers Cry Baby Chicken Club.

The bar owner tells us each ARCBCC will be served on San Francisco sourdough bread ... with 49er fries on the side.

For the record, Rodgers acknowledged making the bet ... tried to weasel out of paying up ... and is now hoping everyone will simply forget it ever happened.

Never forget.

According to court docs, both parties came to an agreement earlier this month. The judge signed off on the settlement and terminated the case on the same day.

The docs say Graham will pony up a "fair" amount to his former employees, but it's unclear how much.

If you recall ... Elliot was sued by 14 former waiters from his self-titled Chicago restaurant who claimed he violated federal law by pooling their tips and then redistributing them unfairly to bussers, bartenders, and food runners.

Popular NYC Restaurant SUED You Let Celebs SMOKE WEED In the Basement

Published | Updated

One of the hottest restaurants in NYC has a hidden room where stars secretly get BAKED OUT OF THEIR MINDS ... while eating delicious Chinese food ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The restaurant at the center of the controversy is Philippe Restaurant in Midtown ... which feeds expensive Asian cuisine to stars from the likes of Rihanna to Woody Allen.

But according to a new lawsuit filed by 4 employees, the guys who run the joint frequently give permission to some of their famous clients to smoke herb in a private basement dining area.

The employees don't name the celebrity pot-smokers -- but do note that rappers Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj have dined in the basement.

In the suit, the employees claim they were forced to serve the stoner clientele ... "which exposed them to smoke from a harmful and illegal substance."

One employee claims he was fired after complaining to management about not being able to breathe while working in the basement and smelling like pot when he returned home from his shift to his wife and son.

The other employees claim their shifts were significantly reduced in retaliation after they joined another lawsuit against the restaurant in which they claim they were unfairly tipped out and denied overtime.

All 4 employees are seeking unspecified damages.

An attorney for Philippe tells us ... "The restaurant adamantly denies any allegations that pot smoking or any other smoking is permitted in the restaurant."
