Katherine Heigl says her efforts to save animals from death row are being sabotaged by a rogue rescue group that's spreading a whole lot of dog s*** about her foundation ... TMZ has learned.

Katherine and her mom, Nancy, run the Jason Heigl Foundation -- named after Katherine's late brother -- which supports animal rescue efforts, particularly saving animals from kill shelters. Awesome work, for sure.

Now, according to a new lawsuit, the Heigls' org signed a deal to support The Pitty Committee, which is a Santa Monica-based dog rescue. The deal was Katherine's foundation would give TPC $5,000 per month to rescue a minimum number of pups of Katherine and Nancy's choosing.

Bhad Bhabie's mom Barbara Bregoli is ripping Alabama Barker and her family -- even threatening Travis Barker and his 1-year-old son -- after AB named BB's daughter Kali on her Insta Story.

As Cody embraced Cena, The Rock gave Cena the throat-cut signal ... and Cena delivered a cheap shot to Cody's groin, then pummeled him on the ground in a dramatic "heel turn."

Conan O'Brien's joke writer wants everyone who missed the comedic timing of his Oscars bit about Kendrick Lamar and Drake's beef to just say that -- there was no malice on the host's part!!!

Skyler Higley, who penned the part about needing to "call Drake a pedophile" after the commercial break, tells TMZ Hip Hop ... "The idea that it’s being taken as a real call-out or taking sides in any way in the beef is absurd."

Blake Lively and her legal team need to narrow their request for Justin Baldoni's communications ... so says a federal judge who ruled on the motion.

In a new order issued Friday, a federal judge ruled on Lively's request for cell phone communications of parties named in a sexual harassment lawsuit, including Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and Jennifer Abel, among others ... partially granting part of the subpoena, while rejecting part of it.

Basically, the judge finds the subpoena simply too broad -- calling the subpoenas Lively's side wants from Wayfarer Studios "overly intrusive and disproportionate to the needs of the case."

Floyd Mayweather went on national television and dogged Jake Paul ... but El Gallo wasn't about to take it sitting down -- going to social media to fire back at T.B.E. and claiming he'd whoop the 50-0 boxer's ass in the ring.

Justin Baldoni’s lawyers are blasting Blake Lively camp for asking for an enhanced protective order ... especially given how Blake has publicly smeared him ... even having her husband make a joke over the situation on "Saturday Night Live."

In a letter to the judge on Tuesday, obtained by TMZ, Baldoni’s lawyers accuse Lively of trying to keep crucial evidence from the public, pointing out that she’s been anything but shy about her accusations in the past. They’re calling her move a bold attempt to keep the public in the dark because they feel her image is tarnished.

In Baldoni's legal letter, his lawyers point out what they call "a planned skit" on "Saturday Night Live: 50th Anniversary Special," last week in which Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds stood up and made a joke about her claims for sexual harassment and emotional distress.

Last week, Lively’s lawyers filed a motion, claiming the "case involving high-profile individuals and allegations of sexual harassment" needed extra privacy to protect the involved parties from threats and potential witness tampering.

They also claimed identifying the two women from the "It Ends With Us" set would expose them to a "dangerous climate of threats, harassment, and intimidation."

Former Congressman Matt Gaetz is hitting back at Alan Ritchson, accusing the actor of lying about them being adversaries when they attended the same Florida high school.

Gaetz posted a message Thursday on X, explaining that Hollywood had apparently changed Ritchson -- best known for his title role as Jack Reacher in the TV series, "Reacher."

Gaetz — who represented Florida's 1st congressional district from 2017 to 2024 -- said the two were on the Speech and Debate Team at Niceville High School and couldn't remember any tension between them, saying flat out "we were not adversaries."
