Flavor Flav's all about fighting the power, standing up to NBC security ... but, it seems they were just doing their jobs -- 'cause we're told he wasn't expected at the tree-lighting, and security booted him.

Here's the deal ... Flav took to X to air some grievances about NBC kicking him out of the Backstreet Boys dressing room at the the Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony Wednesday night -- despite all his work with them during the Olympics.

However, sources tell TMZ security had a very good reason to kick him out of the event ... 'cause he wasn't on the list of expected attendees.

All Mariah Carey wanted for Christmas was a peaceful holiday concert ... but fans had something else in store for the pop star when they started throwing punches during her show.

A woman in Canada turned into a real-life Grinch when she slugged a fellow spectator during a Christmas-themed parade — and all for getting in her line of sight, according to police.

The unladylike behavior took place in Ontario, Canada on November 23 when the woman was trying to watch the parade with her family in the Canadian province — but the other onlooker allegedly got in their way.

Of course, the woman got pissed off so naturally she took matters into her own hands — or, rather, her fists, police said.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named David Chace claims he entered into an oral agreement with Jesse and his company Jesse James Firearms Unlimited in 2018 for the construction and purchase of a custom-made pistol set and gave Jesse a $5,000 deposit.

Chace claims he put the project on hold in 2020 and when he resumed it in April 2020, Chace says he tried to change his order from a whole set of pistols to a single custom firearm ... and says Jesse agreed to the change.
