The wild moment went down late in the second quarter of the Lions matchup against DK's Pittsburgh Steelers ... with the CBS broadcast first showing a tense convo between the veteran wide receiver and a DET fan in a bright blue wig.

Metcalf then quickly reached up with his closed right fist ... seemingly landing a glancing blow on the fan's face before walking away.

We caught up with Reed -- who was helping give away bikes at a Raising Cane's event earlier this week -- and while he was bummed to see Mahomes go down with a torn ACL ... he knows what it means for the Bills.

"The last two weeks, man, they came back from 21 down last week," Reed said. "When you got No. 17, who's got an S on his chest, man, you got a chance. And could this be the year that they go all the way to have a shot at playing in the Super Bowl this year? Obviously, I think so."

The former BYU receiver was a guest on the popular streamer's Kick channel earlier this week ... and at one point in the convo, the two discussed how No. 12 would celebrate his next score.

Browns' Devin Bush Found Not Guilty On Assault, Harassment Charges

Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush was found not guilty of simple assault and harassment charges on Tuesday ... according to court records.

Bush’s attorney -- Robert Del Greco Jr. -- tells TMZ Sports that the administrative judge overseeing the non-jury trial, Bruce Beemer, found the 27-year-old not guilty following his arrest in May 2025 after he was accused of smashing his girlfriend’s phone.

“The testimony elicited at trial indicated that the putative victim of the domestic violence was electronically and surreptitiously intercepting the oral communications of Devin Bush,” Del Greco said. “When Mr. Bush learned of this interception, he voiced his objection, but the interception continued.”

Tennessee Titans star Jeffery Simmons is the latest athlete to fall victim to a burglary ... the 28-year-old star returned home to find his home had been broken into while the team was in San Francisco for their game against the 49ers.

Simmons shared a video of the break-in on Monday, which he says occurred on Sunday at 7:30 PM. In it, you see two men approach the back door of his pad ... before eventually smashing their way in and seemingly taking the camera down.

According to Nashville Police, six suspects were seen smashing out a glass window on video surveillance ... saying “multiple items were taken.”

T.J. Watt underwent surgery on Thursday to repair and stabilize a partially collapsed lung after a dry needling treatment session at the Pittsburgh Steelers facility ... his brother, J.J., announced on Friday.

Watt shared the news on social media after the team announced he was admitted to the hospital with a health scare. While no recovery timeline is currently available, he is expected to be released from the hospital on Friday.

"He and his family are very appreciative of everyone's kind words and well wishes," J.J. said.
