John Gotti's grandson Carmine Agnello will have to spend just over a year behind bars as his mom, Victoria Gotti, desperately tries to find a kidney donor during his incarceration, TMZ has learned.

The federal Bureau of Prisons says Carmine's release date has been pushed up to September 2, 2027, which is a nearly 13-month stretch instead of his original 15-month sentence.

As we reported, Carmine pleaded guilty in 2024 to a $1.1 wire fraud scheme tied to COVID-19 relief funds. Carmine surrendered Monday to the feds and was imprisoned at the Federal Correctional Institution Fairton in Fairton, New Jersey.    

Lucy Davis -- a British actress best known for her role in the OG 'Office' TV show -- has cancer ... and treatment can't save her.

The star shared the sad news on Instagram ... posting a video of herself ringing a bell after completing cancer treatment -- though it turns out not to be the celebratory ring of remission, but simply a knell for her chemo treatment.

In her caption, Lucy writes that she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2025 after feeling a tiny lump, which she almost didn't get checked out. She says the cancer metastasized to some of her bones ... making it "incurable" -- far too late for chemo to make a difference.

Mitch McConnell apparently has Scott Jennings on speed dial ... and CNN wants to know why the Senator from Kentucky is calling his old pal instead of a credible news organization.

Scott got the third degree Tuesday on "The Arena with Kasie Hunt" after claiming McConnell personally called him earlier in the day.

John Gotti’s grandson Carmine Agnello has surrendered to the Bureau of Prisons after a New York judge denied his request to again delay his report date in order to donate his kidney to his ailing mom, Victoria Gotti.

The BOP tells TMZ ... Carmine surrendered himself on Monday and is now housed at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Fairton located in Fairton, New Jersey.

We told you all about it -- Carmine was sentenced to 15 months in prison after pleading guilty in September 2024 to a $1.1 million wire fraud scheme tied to COVID-19 relief loans. He was able to secure an extension to his original July 20 report date due to his plans to donate a kidney to his sick mother.

Frank Beard -- the longtime drummer of the rock band ZZ Top -- is dealing with serious health issues ... and it's so bad it's affecting their tour ... TMZ has learned.

The health update comes just days after ZZ Top cancelled their August 5 show at the Hollywood Bowl.

Sources tell TMZ ... Frank's health was the reason behind the cancellation.

At the time, frontman Billy Gibbons said on social media ... "Insurmountable obstacles require canceling our Hollywood Bowl performance."

Perez Hilton's family is sharing a major update on his well-being after his dangerous acts on a live stream earlier this week.

His family told fans via his website that he's still in a Florida hospital under the Baker Act, which allows for the temporary and involuntary detention of someone who is experiencing a severe mental health crisis.

They added, "His communication has been extremely limited and confined to immediate family, medical providers, and others directly involved in his care." His family shared on Thursday they were able to make contact with him, which gave them "hope."

Baseball legend Tommy John is saying goodbye to the game and the fans who followed him for decades ... penning an emotional farewell letter as he battles serious health issues.

Tommy wasn't at Yankee Stadium for Saturday's Old-Timers' Day celebration ... but the Yankees shared a message from the 83-year-old thanking the organization and the Steinbrenner family for giving him the chance to "say goodbye to everyone."

Tommy is currently in hospice care at his home in Bradenton, Florida, according to a Reuters report.

Joe Biden's health battle has taken another difficult turn ... with his son Hunter revealing the former president's cancer has spread further and is leaving him in serious pain.

Samuel's wife, Shawna Stewart, tells TMZ ... Sam's brain continues to swell because ventricles have enlarged ... and they're not holding the cerebral fluid, which is resulting in seizures. He's undergone three brain surgeries, we're told.

She also says his left lung has partially collapsed.

Victoria Gotti is currently on the mend from a serious infection that canceled her kidney transplant from her son, Carmine Agnello ... as they wait to see if they'll secure a rescheduled surgery date before he heads to the slammer.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the famous mother and son duo -- the bloodline of Mafia boss John Gotti -- is waiting to hear back from a surgeon today to see when Victoria can be fit in for surgery. It does not look like it's going to happen by Monday, which is Carmine's surrender date ... but they don't have a final answer yet.

A judge said this week if Victoria has the surgery before or on Monday, Carmine's surrender date will be pushed until Sept. 18.

Reese Witherspoon's father was rushed to a Nashville hospital on Friday ... after he was reportedly found face down on the ground at his home.

84-year-old John Draper Witherspoon was discovered on the concrete by the pool at his condo ... according to Page Six.

John appeared to be conscious when he was rushed to the hospital ... but nothing else about what happened or how he is doing is known.

Earth, Wind & Fire drummer John Paris is the band member who suffered a medical emergency that forced the group to postpone its San Francisco concert ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

We're told none of the group's three longtime members -- Philip Bailey, Verdine White and Ralph Johnson -- were involved.

The San Francisco Fire Department told TMZ ... a fire engine and private ambulance responded to the venue for a cardiac incident, and one person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
