It may not be football season yet, but Tim Tebow is suiting up this Sunday nonetheless ... to deliver an Easter sermon in Texas.

Tebow, who was traded the New York Jets last month, will be delivering the 10:00 AM address at Celebration Church in Georgetown, TX -- with a crowd expected to top 30,000.

Joe Champion, a pastor at the church, told local reporters, “There will be the sacredness of Easter. It’s not a Tim Tebow show. It’s not about a celebrity. There’s really only one celebrity that we are going to honor and highlight.”

Lil Wayne pulled off the ultimate romantic gesture last night at a swanky Miami restaurant -- slipping his girlfriend a FAT ring hidden inside a dessert ... and then shouting to the restaurant, "SHE SAID YES!"

Sources at Barton G restaurant tell TMZ, Weezy secretly handed wait staff a ring with a giant yellow rock on it during his meal -- and asked them to slip it inside the restaurant's signature sundae.

Moments later, after the dessert was delivered to his table, we're told Lil Wayne jumped up and shouted to the entire restaurant -- "SHE SAID YES!!!"

Sources tell us, everyone inside the restaurant believed the rapper had just popped the question. Weezy even tweeted later in the night ... saying again, "She said yes!" ... prompting millions more to think he had just gotten engaged.

But Wayne later clarified, "I meant 'she said yes' to being my valentine!!! Hahahahahahaha! Y'all krazy!" Yes, we're the crazy ones.

FYI, the dessert -- called the Sabrina Sundae -- costs $43 and comes with TWELVE scoops of homemade ice cream, complete with sparklers and crazy toppings.

As for the meal itself -- we're told the couple split the fried chicken and skirt steak.

It all seems a little weird to us -- so we gotta ask ...

For the first time in years, Heidi Klum spent Valentine's Day WITHOUT the company of Seal.

Heidi -- accompanied by a bodyguard -- was out on Sunset Blvd. last night around 7:30 PM ... walking right past Boa restaurant and into an area where you can enter the Soho House ... a super-fancy members-only club with a restaurant and a bar.

Nothing says "I love you" like a banana hammock made of candy -- which is exactly what Erik Estrada's adoring wife got the actor for Valentine's Day ... but that's just the tip of the naughty iceberg.

Sources tell TMZ, Nanette Estrada purchased the "Naughty and Spice" basket from Snookies Cookies in Hollywood to deliver to her hubby for the holiday -- and it contains all sorts of dirty little gifts.

Among the sexy surprises -- a pair of candy panties, one candy man pouch, furry handcuffs, glow-in-the-dark body paint, lovers' dice, lickable tattoos, body spice, a feather plume, and a heart-shaped "massager."

The basket also includes some classic Snookies treats like cookies, brownies, marshmallow pops, and chocolate covered pretzels.

Sources tell us, Nanette even wrote Erik a romantic note to go along with her gift -- "Papo, You're still the hottest thing in this lifetime for me! I'll love you forever. Happy Valentine's Day!"

Unless your New Year's Eve party featured Steven Tyler and Alice Cooper on the same stage performing the classic song "Come Together" ... you were not at the coolest NYE around.

Tyler and Cooper performed at Mala Restaurant in Wailea, Hawaii ... and Cooper can be seen reading the lyrics to keep up with Tyler, who covered the classic Beatles track with Aerosmith back in 1978. Watch closely for a Weird Al cameo as well.

There were no streamers, no confetti and no countdown to midnight for "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood this year -- because TMZ has learned the jail she's currently in didn't celebrate New Year's Eve ... at all.

According to law enforcement sources, Madison County Jail in Indiana did not do anything to mark the New Year. We're told visiting hours on Saturday were only from 7:00-7:30 PM, but Portwood had no visitors on the schedule.

But don't worry, Amber wasn't alone. Our sources tell us that due to overcrowding, Amber has been transferred out of the cell she shared with one other inmate ... and into a room with several other inmates -- whose convictions range from probation violation to dealing a controlled substance.

And if you think Amber just put her head down and caught some shut eye on NYE, think again -- as part of moving into that large room, instead of a bed ... she slept on a vinyl mattress that sits on a concrete floor.

Vanessa Bryant is single and ready to mingle -- and TMZ has learned she'll be spending her New Year's Eve at a VIP table in one of the hottest clubs in Las Vegas.

According to our sources, Vanessa has reservations at Surrender, which is located inside the Encore hotel. It's the same hotel Paris Hilton was spotted at earlier this week.

Amber Portwood's second-to-last meal of 2011 won't be leaving her with fond memories ... but at least there will be KOOL-AID!!!

The "Teen Mom" star is currently behind bars at Madison County Jail in Indiana, awaiting her late January court date on possible probation violations.

According to our sources, Portwood's lunch today will consist of a turkey sandwich on white bread with American cheese, fruit cocktail, and Kool-Aid to drink.

Portwood's Xmas dinner wasn't much better -- she dined on turkey sausage pizza, a side of carrots (cold, not steamed), peas and some pineapple.

The Lohans came together for a traditional family Christmas photo on Sunday -- but one person was conspicuously missing ...

While Ali, Dina, Mike Jr., Lindsay, and Cody chowed down in Long Island to commemorate the birthday of Jesus -- Michael Lohan was stuck in Florida ... completing his court-ordered 4-month stint at a treatment center, which includes a domestic violence intervention program.

Sources close to the Lohans tell us, it was pretty joyous -- lots of gifts, delicious food, and no one jumping off a 3-story balcony.
