Hours before ICE officers were officially deployed at airports across the U.S. to assist TSA, bystanders recorded federal agents manhandling a mother travelling with her daughter and putting the woman in handcuffs at San Francisco International Airport Sunday night.

Watch the video ... while two men hold the woman down, a female bystander who's filming asks the men for a badge number, as neither man appears to be in uniform. The men forcibly detain the struggling woman as other cops stand by.

The text accompanying a social post featuring the video reads, "According to the eyewitnesses who posted this video, the woman was with her daughter who is reportedly a U.S. citizen. The mother could not prove her citizenship and was taken into custody."

As delays mount at airports across the country, President Trump has sent Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to aid Transportation Security Administration officers in keeping the long lines moving amid the partial government shutdown.

Check out the pics ... officers touched down at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, above, as weary travelers shuffled through airport security.

And more agents looked over the shoulders of TSA officers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, as lines were extending out the door.

President Donald Trump is following through with his promise to send ICE agents to U.S. airports if Congress continues to stiff TSA agents.

The prez announced Sunday fliers can look forward to ICE officers lining up at airport security to give a helping hand with the understaffed Transportation Security Administration agents starting Monday amid the ongoing partial government shutdown.

He posted the news on Truth Social and applauded TSA agents who have stayed on the job "despite the fact that the Radical Left Democrats, who are only focused on protecting hard line criminals who have entered our Country illegally, are endangering the USA by holding back the money that was long ago agreed to with signed and sealed contracts, and all."

President Donald Trump has issued an ultimatum to Congress over airports ... telling pols to either pay TSA -- or get ready for pat downs conducted by ICE.

The 47th POTUS took to Truth Social to issue his demand ... complaining that if "Radical Left Democrats" don't sign an agreement to fund the Department of Homeland Security -- which pays TSA -- he will send ICE agents to fill their jobs.

DJT promises they will "do Security like no one has ever seen before, including the immediate arrest of all Illegal Immigrants who have come into our Country, with heavy emphasis on those from Somalia."

The Trump Administration endured a few jabs during last night's Oscars, but they're not taking it lying down ... in fact, they made up their own award to hand out.

In a post Monday on X, the White House wrote, "And the Academy Award goes to... the Democrats. For yet ANOTHER PERFORMATIVE SHUTDOWN -- putting political theater over the American people. Fund @DHSgov!"

Julio César Chávez Jr. may be hundreds of miles away from the U.S. right now ... but his wife says the embattled boxer is staying mentally tough as he deals with the fallout from his arrest and deportation.

TMZ Sports caught up with Chávez Jr.’s wife, Frida Muñoz, who tells us the former WBC middleweight boxing champ is holding up despite the legal turmoil.

“Julio is doing well,” Muñoz said. “He’s positively strong. But we’re taking it one day at a time.”

As we previously reported, the boxing star was arrested by U.S. immigration authorities in Southern California in July over alleged immigration violations -- a bust that resulted in his deportation to Mexico, where he’s now dealing with the legal aftermath.

Fireworks on Capitol Hill ... Sen. Thom Tillis ripped into DHS Secretary Kristi Noem during a congressional hearing ... comparing American citizens killed by immigration agents to a dog she killed.

Tillis says the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis by ICE and Border Patrol remind him of a passage from Noem's book ... where she recalls killing a dog she brought on a hunting trip.

It's been just over a month since Alex Pretti was shot and killed during a chaotic immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis ... and on what would have been his 38th birthday, his mom is pouring her heart out online.

Pretti's mom shared a touching Instagram tribute Sunday, posting a smiling photo of her son standing in front of a rocky desert landscape. Over the image, she wrote about the pain of losing him, saying when you lose a child, you lose more than just a child ... you lose a piece of your heart and part of your future.

She added his laughter, smile and love will remain with her forever, calling him her "precious boy" who will never fade from her soul.

Outside the courthouse, Don first thanked his friends and supporters ... then got defiant against the Trump Admin, speaking up for journalism and the First Amendment, and he promised to keep fighting for himself and the people of Minnesota dealing with the ongoing federal immigration surge in the state.

ICYMI ... Cardi opened her "Little Miss Drama Tour" in Palm Desert, California on Wednesday night and told fans she will throw hands if ICE shows up at her concerts. A DHS spokesperson went all out in their icy response, telling TMZ ... "As long she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior."

If you're scratching your heads ... the "I Like It" hitmaker raised eyebrows in 2019 when an old clip resurfaced in which she admitted to drugging and stealing from men when she was an exotic dancer. Specifically, she said she would bring clients to hotel rooms in order to "drug them up" and then rob them.
